Had such a great experience! My second time coming here and Kimberly has done a phenomenal job both times. Zara also gave the most relaxing shampoo and head massage! I was so relaxed. Highly recommend.

I booked an appointment for myself and my mom with two different estheticians but at the same day/time. After not receiving any notification or reminder even a day before the scheduled appointment, I called to make sure I noted the day/time right. And what I hear is that the esthetician I booked the appointment with was off the day of the appointment and even my appointment and my mom's appointment were at a time with 2 hours in-between. I had specifically mentioned at the time of booking that we will be coming from Brampton and would like to be done in around 2 hours. So instead of notifying me that the esthetician is off, they don't even care and booked us at the wrong time with the wrong person.

I Initially did not have a good 1st experience and was very unhappy with the service. The salon manager contacted me to extend her apologizes, offer a refund of the services I had paid for and welcomed me back to have another manicure with the correct products. I received the 2nd manicure with the products I wanted and the full service, I was very pleased.

First at all, I’m going to this salon for 6 years, service is always beyond expectations. 2 days ago had a hair cut with Ivana, she is an amazing artist and personality. Second I’m so happy with my hair cut. Highly recommend.

I loved this salon but now I'm never going back because the OWNER had an absolute disgraceful hissy fit when my mouth fell open after he made my hair GREY instead of platinum blonde despite the fact that we looked at loads of pics and an actual person prior to my treatment!

Just walking into this salon makes you feel special, and it only my gets better from there. The staff are kind and friendly, making sure you have everything you need, from water or coffee to checking in if you’re comfortable …and the amazing doesn’t stop there. I went for highlights and had the honour of having my hair done by Kiril (one of the owners) - I walked in feeling like every woman feels when she needs her hair done, desperately needing a pick me up and I left feeling and looking AMAZING! He took so much care, talking about what he recommended for my hair, making sure it turned out perfect! And ladies, it did! I highly recommend this salon and Kiril - you won’t be disappointed ♥️ best salon in the City!!!
