The treatment and care was amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is beautiful except just need to watch tricky first two steps stairs immediately as you open the door. I loved the massage treatment and atmosphere, for those 60 minutes for the first time I totally forgot about my little 4 month old’ worries. Thank you Susan Lamb

Best place for moms to be and moms!! I decided to see a pelvic floor physio and an osteopath to help me prepare for delivery and let me tell you. I had such great support from my physiotherapist Namita and osteopath Dr Elissa. I would highly recommend using your resources! The studio is clean, bright and super inviting. Everyone who works there is so helpful and kind. If you’re pregnant and are looking for some relief, this is the place to get support!!!

A very peaceful clinic where you feel safe having your postpartum follow-ups. I personally have chosen physiotherapy with Amanda to work on pelvic floor and on my C-section scar. So far, it helped me to slowly but surely resume workouts and running. I recommend YogaMamas.

Dr. Aida is very present and has excellent and compassionate communication. At my first visit I felt very comfortable sharing parts of myself that I usually would not share. ALSO! all the staff at yoga mamma’s are SO KIND.

I came to Yoga Mama Clinic postpartum with a locked pelvis and, having had unsatisfactory experiences with pelvic floor therapy in the past, I didn't have high hopes. But Amanda proved me wrong. Her clear instructions and tailored exercises helped me gain significant mobility in a short time. By our second session, I already felt equipped with the tools needed and noticed a remarkable improvement in my range of motion. Finding a dedicated pelvic floor physiotherapist is rare, and Yoga Mama Clinic is truly a gem for all new mothers. A heartfelt thank you to Amanda for literally saving my hips! Additionally, a special shout out to Sandra who ensured I had a comfortable spot, complete with all the necessary props, to breastfeed my little one. I can't wait to attend the momma and baby classes.

I always have lovely visits at Yogamamas. I have been going since my pregnancy in February 2023. The staff there are knowledgable and understanding with first time mamas. In my recent visit, Katie Woodford took such great care of our newborn son through his first massage! She was super knowledgeable, attentive and patience with our little one. I can’t wait to come in for another session for my son!

I went to Yoga Mama's 2 weeks postpartum with extreme swelling to my feet and legs. It was at a point where by the end of each night it was difficult to walk and quite painful to the touch. After trying several alternative methods with minimal to no success, I decided to give lymphatic drain massage a try. There were several different massage studios that offered lymphatic drain massage, but Yoga Mama's was the only one that provided a full service of care catering to the health and wellbeing of the prenatal and postpartum mom. My RMT was Sandra, and she was incredible. She explained everything, and also showed me some techniques to do at home. The results from her massage were instant. Before going to the appointment, my slip on sneakers were tight to put on. Immediately after the massage I was able to put on my sneakers without difficultly. By the next day the swelling had completely had gone down and my shoes were comfortable again. Overall, I was really please with the service from Yoga Mama's. I would highly recommend Sandra and Yoga Mamas. I will be booking future appointments for myself and the kids.

On behalf of my wife Indhu Jayaram, please do yourself a favor and support some other genuine businesses. We had an appointment for postnatal massage at 7.30pm on Thursday and we had to reschedule due to Snow Storm, we tried to do so 24 hours prior to the appointment and their website doesn't allow to reschedule and notes to call them. They were closed at 5pm on Wednesday, so we called on Thursday morning, no one picks up and their voicemail says to email them for cancellation, we sent an email and their response was, we could have cancelled/ rescheduled if you had called or emailed at 8.30am instead of 10.44am; Doesn't it sound ridiculous ? This business does not care or have sympathies for new moms and they charged the full amount. I have used their prenatal services, no offence to the practitioners, they are great. But as a business practice, they should allow the users to cancel/ reschedule online for convenience of new moms and show sympathy when there is weather advisory in effect and provide them an option to reschedule. There are other genuine service providers who care and sympathize for new moms, please seek your services through them. And for YogaMama, you lost a customer for just $145. All the best.

Lamiya is the best pelvic floor therapist. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. I’ve been dealing with a complicated pelvic issue and she has helped me tremendously. I’m so lucky to have found her.

I could not be happier that I found Yoga mamas. It really is a one-stop shop for all your pre and post-natal needs. I started by doing a 7 week prenatal yoga and have been going ever since for different services. Yesterday I had a prenatal massage and it was out of this world. Can not recommend enough!

I’ve been for pre and post Physio, massages and acupuncture(post) and have always felt so well looked after from the minute I step into the place. Absolutely love going and bringing my little girl for her appointments now too!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with Yoga Mama. Prior to the birth of my twins I took prenatal yoga classes with Jessica and Anuta, which were amazing and I looked forward to them every week. I also had a great experience doing massage therapy with Sandra. More recently I saw Amanda for pelvic floor physio and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I found everyone at Yoga Mama to be very welcoming and friendly and I would recommend all their services to anyone in the future.

I absolutely adore this place, and would highly recommend this facility for all kinds of mamas. The space is so calm and inviting. They have a great range of services and the practitioners I've seen so far are so so professional, particularly Amanda, one of the pelvic floor physiotherapist. She makes the entire process super comfortable and walks you through what to expect, demonstrating exercises, and has everything written down for you so you won't be overwhelmed with the information. Highly recommend going to her for pelvic floor needs.

I had a wonderful postpartum massage with Sandra - she came to my house and I was able to hold my fussy baby on the table while she was treating me which was wonderful and made it a much more relaxing experience. She was able and so fantastic Yogamamas offer home-based therapy. Will be booking my next treatment for January!

I have had a great experience at Yoga Mamas so far. I have tried both the prenatal massage and prenatal yoga classes and find that both are very well suited for my pregnancy and leave me feeling better than when I arrived. Highly recommended.

First impression of the studio: is it is very clean, relaxing and modern first impression of reception: is very welcoming and informative - helped me out with arranging many sessions within a 2 week period that works with my schedule first impression of Dr: was very gentle, professional and educated me properly Over all I can’t wait to go back this week for more pelvic floor therapy to prep me for birth and some prenatal massage. The studio doesn’t bill directly which would be ideal however it shouldn’t be a problem having my benefits reimbursed!

We took the weekend course at Yoga Mamas for new parents with Adrienne and couldn’t recommend it enough. It was highly educational without being overwhelming, taught in a fun comfortable environment that encouraged active participation and communal learning between parents and partners. We had fun, met some great people, and can’t say enough about Adrienne’s comprehensive expertise on all things child birth, and her openness to all approaches and birthing preferences. She is a total Pro in her field. Thank you!!!!
