    Was a little busy, food came out at a decent time though the fresh fries felt under seasoned. I'm mainly upset at an employee having taken off my and probably many others, monopoly codes. Someone in there needs to get fired.

    I come to pick up a Uber order, and has been stand there almost 10 mins. Non of these 3 lady looked me once.

    Not an impressive McDonalds… they often forget items inside your bag and/or serve you the wrong drink. They also serve the worst tasting McDonalds coffee out of any location I’ve ever been, I’m not sure how they are brewing it so bad. I’ve heard rumours of cockroaches in the kitchen, I’ve yet to see any but I wouldn’t be surprised. Their only saving grace is they are usually fast

    Either they work super fast and your food is in your hands within 2 minutes of ordering or they place it on their shelf and forget about calling out your number until you prompt them and find out it's been standing there ready for 5+ minutes when you are in a hurry...

    Zero attention to cross contamination No gloves, head caps or sanitizer All staff are confused with their jobs Highly under staffed Manager is shouting and yelling and messing up orders. Tables are dirty and unwiped Long queue of irritated customers If you can't handle the crowd, kindly shut it please.

    All of the staff are focusing on servicing the drive-thru one person on the cash and these person serving the front line customer s and 20 people waiting in line if I made the effort to come into your business you should at least have staff to serve The place is more like a social community center for elderly people every time you go in to try to find a seat so that you could eat your meal you don't get it one person buys a coffee and the whole village joins them Management doesn't seem to deal with the problem this has been going on for years

    It’s a MacDonald’s with expectations of service ( excellent) cleanliness ( great) food ( met expectations . Atmosphere was a plus. This is not a hot and this is not a hit and run drive through : this is an unhurried family dining experience. Staff were funny . Not quite as funny as the lingering seniors. Great place to sit with junk food with my grandchildren. Don’t tell their parents ,

    Great for midnight runs for dinner busy during rush hours be careful what you order always double check because they intend to get your order wrong or mixed up. A lot of Greek seniors at this location.

    The shoppe had a long queue of morning elderly people angry at the long wait times for coffee which in turn held up everyone else for their orders. Too busy with no real output for the end customer and took wayyyy too long. If I went with @Jesse, he'd be appalled at the service. That said, he'd be pleased with the food at the end of the day as the sausage and bacon egg McMuffin s were outstanding. The breakfast burrito was a lovely CHERRY ON#TOP and a crowd pleaser for those I shared this meal with. The hash browns were expectedly greasy but Daddy likes his grease so all was okay there. Coffee was the lagging portion of an otherwise nice meal.

    Was the worst experience with MCDonalds. Really! Was a drive-thru. The screen didn’t work properly, so we made an order. Then drove to pay. Repeated the order again and asked if it correct-lady said “Correct”. All timing from screen to pay was already 10 min! Then at the next window, we received HALF of order! I asked where is the rest, and they said that we hadn’t ORDERED it! and we paid again and waited other 10 min! At the end, we payed for Everything bagel, they brought plain bagel! I don’t know who is working there but it was a terrible DISGUSTING experience in my life. And stuff wasn’t kind. Shame for McDonald's to have places like that!

    Horrible mcds I rather drive 45 mins to etobicoke in traffic to get a mango peach splash cause every time i come here they give me watered down juice not what i asked for… i got a jr chicken the other day and why the meat gray? definitely spat it out n wasted my money would not recommend. the mcds at st clair subway station is better🤣

    I had a mc muffin with a free hasbrown (reward) and a mocha coffee. I really enjoyed the meal, was not fan of the coffee though. At this location you'll find lots of elderly people especially men chatting a lot. It was a nice experience for me. Just a head up with the regards you can only claim one within an hour.

    We went at night. Very clean and the food was really good. The only issue was the service taking so long. We waited 15 mins for 4 burgers??? Fast food is supposed to be fast food!!

    Never gets your order right, coffee is Luke warm and breakfast sandwich was so dry it seemed its been sitting there for a while . I ordered egg mcmuffin breakfast and I got ham on a dry bread instead. Double double coffee and it was Luke warm and no sugar I got. You will think every thing will be freshly made at 6:00am. Staff just standing there having conversations. Disgusting. Very disappointing 😞

    After waiting 20 minutes in a basically empty store for a coffee and a bagel the man working at 5:30 AM served me a bagel with a hair in it which i bit into and had to remove. Disgusting and unacceptable. Also homeless people sleep here all the time and there are flies in the donut cabinet. The cashiers don't know how to take your order, some are flat out rude. The employees that are on night shift get carried away in their conversations while people stand in line and wait. Worst McDonalds, shut it down or get new staff.

    I called up the restaurant to confirm some allergy related questions before ordering online. A lady picked up first and as soon as she heard why I'd called, she did something to the phone and there was no sound from the other end. I called back again and then there was a shrill sound. I thought there was a technical problem so I called back again and this time a guy picked up the call, listened to about half of a sentence and I heard him talking about it with the other lady who had picked up my call earlier and then, there was no sound from the other end again. I don't know what kind of customer service these people provide. I would request the owner to look into what's going on in the restaurant please.

    Me and my husband come to this restaurant alomost everyday for a coffee and most of the time a breakfast sandwich and the cashier who serve us is always happy and kind, willing to chat more when we sometimes more chatty about stuff anyway, we love staying here for few hours like other seniors..then we will order something again to keep us allowed indoor but nobody asked us to leave anyway... that's how nice the staff and we are willing to leave when other customers starts to come around 11 am so all is good at this restaurant
