    Been here multiple times and each time has been a huge let down. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s THIS BAD IN MY LIFE. Service is always slow, I’ve had a staff (manager) be rude at me, and look at the “eggs” from my breakfast; it’s like fossilized overcooked excrement. I couldn’t even cut into it with a knife, that’s how solid and hard the eggs were. Your whole team should be ashamed of themselves, this place needs a huge management change. Decided to revisit the store, burger Pattie’s were burnt, one apple pie was dry…no consistency!

    There is this one older Asian lady who is just super rude on any day ending with a y. Always unpleasant and it is to the point if I see her I will no longer order. I am not a Mc Flurry expert, but I am sure putting soft serve ice cream in a cup and sprinkling skor dust on top does not make a Mc Flurry. I will stick to DQ Blizzards. When I asked her about the Mc Flurry, she said it was fine and then ignored me until I left. Maybe she secretly wants me to stick to a healthier lifestyle and I am the one being rude... hhhhmmmmm

    One of the worst run locations. The lineup in the drive through is always super long and it's worse if you go inside. My order was given away to someone else once and had to wait forever for them to replace it. Should have at least thrown in a free apple pie lol

    The managers/supervisors at this location are so rude. They come in so hot and quick with the attitude, even if you're being super polite. Showing a little kindness goes a long way, especially in front of children. The drive though wait is always very long, so make sure you are not in a hurry or make a quick trip inside.

    Rude employees, terrible service. Paid but the machine didn’t give us the receipt. But we took our locator and patiently waited for our food. After 15 minutes decided to go to the counter and ask, what’s going on. Got screamed at and employee said that they don’t have such a order. Five minutes later got to talk with other employee, he found our order and gave it to us. But since nobody called us or served our table for 20 minutes, food was already cold. Why offer table service, if it’s never actually served??

    I have been in the drive thru for 25 min and counting. It took this long to get to the order screen. Have sat here without any greeting for a good 8 plus minutes now. I assume it’s going to be a good 40+ minute total to order a fry and a pop at 10:45pm… Absolutely insane and I’m boxed in by curbs so I can’t even drive away. The amount of cars that drove away (who were not boxed in like Me)…. Yikes. Definitely lost hundreds of dollars in business in the last 30 min. I hope a manager/district manager gets on this stat. Clearly a lack of management and direction for the staff.. Update - it took 40 minutes to get through. I paid got my food. They ran out of apple juice so I got orange instead. Fine. I got my food… drove away and realized they gave me twice the amount of food than I ordered and paid for. They gave me 40 nuggets instead of 20 etc. my receipt reflected what I ordered, but they just gave me more food I didn’t order and I didn’t realize until I was gone. I hope a manager gets on this stat. They are probably losing so much money with their incompetent, unmanaged late night staff.

    Excellent clean location. Well ran. Service here is excellent as this is a busy location. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes for my meal which was all served correctly. Staff here are very friendly and all well trained. Everyone has a job to do and does it well. Kudos to the Management here!!

    Dirty tables 🤢. Do fast food chains not care about appearances anymore? Anyway, the front counter was taking so long I sadly ended up using one of them kiosk screen things to place my order. Once the attendant was don't taking the order of whomever they were serving they left the counter with a significant line up. That's when I opted to just use the kiosk. The cool thing about that is they added table service. Tho something about that seems from for McDonald's especially since they don't clean the damn tables. They got my order wrong in a minimal way but I got extra fries I guess out of it for a kids meal. As for the food.... it's McDonald's... it's all the same.

    This was a disappointing experience. My order came to the table in a bag with half of it on its side. My kids' pancakes were the only thing that came hot. My nuggets were cold, and there was no ice in any of the drinks. We had to go back to get dipping sauce and syrup. Also, the tables and the overall appearance of the restaurant were unclean.

    The new standard in Canada is garbage on the flow, dirty tables and no one cares to clean up before the next customer, they’ll buy anyway. 😢

    Turn me away because they didn't want to have to deal with customers in the restaurant while they were still technically open before midnight. I'm upset that I didn't grab the photo, but what a freaking slap in the face. Honestly, if you're a franchisee and you don't want to be open past midnight start shutting customers out before 11:00

    McDonald's has the worst meat in all of fast food chains . The meat in burger is incredibly small size . Its compared to noname burgers from no frills. The fries are so thin and sharp that you can choke on them . Please go to Harvey's and you will forever hate overpriced trash like mcds

    Food was alright. restaurant was relatively clean, just your usual garbage and a few dirty tables. Bathroom definitely needs more attention, there was no toilet paper, and a used and VERY dirty Covid mask on the floor. Sinks were poorly maintained and one hand dryer didn’t work. Service was fairly decent although I did wait 10-15 minutes for my food. Not the best McDonald’s but I’ve certainly had worse

    Not a fan of Canadian Mc Donald's therefore 3 stars for the food. In this particular location floors and tables are always clean, staff is very nice. I like that in this location there are some tables in a smaller,more private area with more space for handicapped people or parents with children in stroller. Serviss is very fast even when there's lots of people.

    This is based on an order that I made through uber. They sent me the wrong items. I made a complaint to the manager. He told me I could come and get it replaced to my surprise they only honor half the amount I spent which was 30 dollars. The supervisor said she could only honor one meal when the order made before was to feed 4 people. I would avoid this place.

    Twice in a row I’ve ordered through the app and waited over an hour without receiving my order before giving up and leaving. There was a crowd of people in the same situation and the staff were completely unhelpful. They were running around frantically without actually serving anyone in the store, it seems they prioritize uber eats and ignore everyone else. Can’t comment on the food since I never actually received it.

    Horrible place they have the boxes dirty and they added the sauce in a box instead of a cup and it has a weird smell to it and the fries really hard and disgusting
