Sandeep just threaded my eyebrows and she did an amazing job! She was very thorough and patient. I also showed her photo of my eyebrows when I got the combo service done on them 2mo ago because I really liked the old shape and she followed it down to the T. I’m really impressed! I have been a member of Beauty First for over five years, and a specific individual has been doing my services for the past four years. However, I recently experienced a significant decline in the quality of service at a beauty services franchise. Unfortunately, the establishment is sending all of its experienced staff on holiday one by one (this sounds gimmicky to me) without transparency or a clear explanation, leading to a noticeable decline in service standards. I have been told this: “The individual had a family emergency and returned home for a few weeks.” I started my services with someone I had known for a while. When I booked my second appointment weeks later, I got a call saying, “ XYZ had a family emergency and went back home. “ It’s disheartening to witness the blame being placed on the former staff, as it creates an atmosphere of distrust. I hope the franchise addresses these issues to regain customer confidence. I'm at a point where I will cancel my membership as I'm paying to try out new individuals every appointment…..

I went to see Karishma a couple weeks ago to get my eyebrows threaded, she did a fantastic job! Very kind and gentle, she sold me the gold serum and I have noticed a difference to my skin since using it. I recommend her!

I have been coming here since I moved to area and I have one person to go to: Karishma! She gets my eyebrows correct every time. Her work is excellent and friendly. It was always hard for me to trust someone for threading but Karishma is a great gem I found in this area!

I was recommended to visit Karishma to thread my eyebrows. I hadn’t done my eyebrows in more than 6 months so they were very wild. Karishma took me in for a walk in appointment and gave me beautiful eyebrows. I am so happy with how they look. Everyone compliments them now. Karishma was so sweet and gentle and very talented. I'm extremely disappointed with the new service since my regular therapist left without anyone notifying me. I was served by a different therapist who injured my eyebrow during the threading process, and my right eyebrow has been swollen for days. When I requested a reimbursement, I was offered a token and told to send an email. After being a loyal customer at the salon for two years, I'm very disappointed to be treated this way....

I have been with almost every tech at this location but no one has the precision or technical skills as Abida. She is gentle and does exactly what I asked her to do. She exceeded my expectations. I won't ever go anywhere else again. She is the best. I cannot recommend her enough for shaping Eyebrows and grooming. 100000 stars!

I’ve been coming here for a while to get my brows threaded and there’s nowhere better!! I always go to Pinki and she’s the best - she always does exactly what I want, and super quick too! She always ends with the most relaxing face massage as well. Price is super reasonable, everyone is very friendly & there always seems to be availability even if booking on short notice. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Had my Brazilian wax with Karishma and once again it was such a pleasant experience. I always come back because of how she takes care of me. Very knowledgeable and makes sure I’m always comfortable. I have been going to this place from almost 2 years now, all the good staff has gone, there are some new bunch of people who are not even well trained. I went for threading, Nisha provided me the service, I ended up getting so many cuts on my face. My face kept burning throughout the day, the cuts continued to bleed a bit long time. I wont be going to this place any more and I am going to cancel my membership too. I never had this horrific experience before. To retain the clients please bring back the old employees.

My family and me were walking down Yonge and Eglinton Mall. My daughter who is 14 had been interested in doing her eyebrows. From the beginning, Abida, the girl that was at the store, was very attentive and helpful in explaining to us the service. This was my daughter’s first time ever doing her eyebrows, but Abida made sure to make it enjoyable and really easy for her. She as well explained to her in detail how to take care of them and even how to use a pencil. All in all, I highly recommend this location, and in special her service. We will definitely come back again.

I booked an appointment with a particular person who I was comfortable with one week in advance while asking her the availability. I come for my appointment and they tell me the person has gone home due to emergency and someone else will be doing the eyebrows. I asked them even if they had called me 15-30 minutes before my appointment I would not have to go all the way there. This has happened second time. I won’t be going there again. The lack of communication is not respectful. If I was a no show I’d be charged, but now my time has been wasted twice which could have solved with just a phone call, they have my contact.

Rita is fantastic, skillful, thoughtful and just the best - She Recommends great skincare products as well! Beauty Spa offers really good beauty spa treatment and products topping it up with excellent customer services. I’d definitely recommend!!

I got my eyebrows done with Pinky. She was very kind did a great job cleaning up eyebrows. She also applied some products on my face which was very soothing, almost like a face massage! If if in the area, I’m sure to come again
