I literally caught the superintendent (Ashley)driving her car with my license plates... I have the pictures and evidence... Feel free to msg me on Facebook or Twitter so I can share the pics... Milan the maintenance guy knew about it and when confronted chose not too help me when police got involved... And 4 years later things are only worst... The bug stories are true... they took the Time to fix our patios this August... it's February and still no balcony... they said they would fix my washroom in the middle of January... it's now February and still nothing... Compten Sucks!!!!!

Infested with cockroaches here. Half the laundry machines don't work. Don't take noise complaints/partying seriously in the middle of covid. This place is an embarrassment. If I can rate this place zero stars I would.

I came this building to rent an apartment. The behavior of the superintendent was very rude and disrespectful.

Cockroaches everywhere. Don't take noise complaints, people partying in the middle of covid. Water shut down pretty much every freaking month without notice. My neighbour has a pet pigeon, which attracts other pigeons around the living room window. Would rate zero if I could.

Horrible experience. Way over priced....any building north or west of it will be more reasonably priced. When water damage happened from flooding above in Jamuary, they ignored it, didn't even look at it. Then when I gave my notice in April they issued intimidating letters claiming the state of the apartment was an obstacle to them showing and renting the unit. They tried to present me a bill for 500$ to replace a half door for a closet that was damaged. I purchased a door and painted it and replaced it myself for less than $80. When I moved out, the ceiling in the bathroom still wasn't fixed. If I could give 0 stars, i would.

Unfortunately, there are no zero stars. Definitely, my review Is minus. You will live with cockroaches together. No attention and no treatment.
