My fiancé and his coworker tried to grab a beer here after work yesterday and were told that they were at full capacity. My fiancé then asked why they couldn’t sit at all the open seats at the bar. After that the guy told them “they’re actually trying to cater towards upper class” I couldn’t believe that when I heard that. So disrespectful.

Such a great venue! Great (great!) staff, great service, great food, live music was genuinely excellent as was the overall “vibe”. We will be back!

I went to hear one of my favourite local bands, The Nomads playing with Neil Braithwaite (sax), and found the pub filled with friendly regulars. The service was quick and helpful. I ordered the fish and chips which was perfectly prepared, and drank some wine, all whilst enjoying some fabulous music. Had a wonderful time! This place rocks and I'll be back!

It's a great place to go, entertainment great, food is good, however I think their menu could use an update, but good prices. And I'm not sure about the $5 cover for some bands. You are paying $5, yet the same band plays at the Legion and there is no cover. The bar does really well, so why are you asking your paying customers to pay for the band? Just saying..... I really like the place though.

This was my first time at Timothy's. I went to see a band called Freedom Train. The atmosphere was great and the service was really good. The server came over to see if I needed anything many times despite the crowd of patrons. The only thing negative I would say is the use of stools where I was sitting. Not very back friendly! I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the entertainment.

We came here for an early dinner one day. We waited to be seated for over 10 mins. Nobody acknowledged us. They looked at us and continued to serve other in the pub without as much as a "Hello, we will be with you shortly" ... I have always been excited to try Timothy's pub, because their menu looks great, and I love live music, but unfortunately after waiting for that long, and feeling stupid for waiting as long as we did without being acknowledged, we won't be going back. Again I completely understood how busy it was and that a wait time was going to happen of course! However we were spotted waiting by staff but never spoken to or communicated to.

We walked in and went to the bar to order drinks when a man came up to us and said we needed to leave because they were at capacity. I understand that and said we would wait in our car outside for people to leave. We waited as a few people came out to smoke. Then at least 5 people left within about 5 min so we went back and asked if we could come in now. The man looked at his phone and then said no not yet. I said at least 4-5 people left. He said yeah but they might come back. Not a good first impression. We were looking forward to supporting a local business, guess they don’t want any new customers.

Nice local pub with good music and lively atmosphere. Food was okay but the vibe was 10/10. Nice place to go for beers and good live music! 😁 Also try their “chippers” (home made chips) in appetizer

Quaint little pub, went to go try their jumbo wings on a recommendation. Pretty good but not the best I've had but well above average for wings. And $1.25 ! Jumbo wings. Can't beat that price

All enjoyed the time. We were catching up after one having taken a trip. We chose the outdoor patio, as it was quieter than indoors with the atmosphere and the live music. Another time, may just stay inside, and enjoy.

Been going to Timothy's for years and it's one of the best neighborhood pubs ever. They have a lot of big screen TVs so you can watch the game, great live music and just an awesome overall vibe. The service is always friendly, the food (especially the wings and homemade chips) are delicious and the prices are decent. I would highly recommend Timothy's.

Wonderful experience visiting this place for the first time. The crowd was decent, friendly, local customers. The music was good, food was average. Would recommend this for a clean, fun visit to this pub.

We've seen two bands so far at this place. Great spot in Etobicoke to go see live band. The food is regular pub food. The fish and chips taste good.

Went for Abba night and had a blast. Everything we ordered was surprisingly delicious. Laura the bartender took care of us throughout the night even though the place was super busy. We also met the owner and she was very nice and friendly as well. We will be coming back for sure.

This pub is awesome! Love the energy, diversity and friendliness of the crowd. Their live music night was so much fun. The band that played was exceptional. I would definitely return when I'm in the area and recommend this place to anyone who is cool with all ages and classic tunes.

Timothy's is an awesome pub with great people, excellent service, a wide selection of drinks and delicious food. I cannot recommend Timothy's enough and have been going there for years. Whether you are a fan of live music or sporting events, Timothy's has you covered. They also have a large patio for outdoor dining. Thank you

Great live bands, nice atmosphere, and cool staff. Has a cozy patio in the summer. This place tends to have a slightly older crowd but that mostly depends on which band is playing.

We vent first time here,i made a reservation, we got simple little table on the middle of crowd, too tide for serving a food. One the server lady splashed on my back and my fur jacket leftover alcohol, she aaid I will give you a napkin, she never did. My sweater was socked, not a comfortable filling. Chicken wings are way overdry, fries looks awful and not tasty. Overall experience- over crowdy, not a good food, just we liked drinks and our server girl. We been 4 of us - we paid more than 300 $

My wife and I wanted to spend Saturday evening, 2nd Feb, 2024, at this venue, mainly because of the band: The Orangeman, and we had also planned, to have drinks and snacks. My wife called the management, at approximately 4:00 pm, and was informed that the place was full, but that my wife and I would be granted "standing room." We drove about 35 minutes, to Timothy's Pub, had difficulty finding parking, approached the entrance and were informed that we could not enter this pub, because the pub was full. My wife informed the guy at the entrance, about the call at 4:00pm and he acknowledged the content of the call, but added, "I am sorry... the place is full." We reminded this person about the call, and he again said, "I am sorry... the place is full." This is an example of bad Customer Service. So... we were disappointed and left. A point worth mentioning, is that the word "sorry," means nothing, unless you can back it up, by some positive action, in favour of the person, who has been disappointed, because of failure to honour one's commitment. This is a point that all business people should be aware of.

My friends and I wanted to join last night to see the live music and the guy in the door was sassy saying that there was no space for us to sit so he told us to go back later and when we did, he told us they were at capacity and that we could “wait” outside in the cold indefinitely. Clearly, they don’t want to have new customers because we were excited to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday in there but now we will never go back and we will make sure to pass on the experience we had.

Great music, great people. Staff ALWAYS wear masks. Crowd is always big and they handle the pressure with aplomb. Always impressed by the staff here and the effort they put in. Too many of the menu choices have onions in them but that's my issue not theirs.

I used to go a lot before Covid. Food is okay, beers are always cold and the waitresses are a little sassy. I guess that's what keeps me coming back. I love the annual; Christmas Auction. Picked up some nice stuff last year. The only thing I really hate is the cover charge to watch the cover bands play. But I guess you cant win them all

Tried to come for a drink last night as I live round the corner and haven't been yet... I was greeted by a really rude bald guy in a black puffer jacket on the door who stepped in my way and wouldn't let me past with his arms folded. At first I thought he was a drunk customer and was most definitely on cocaine so I continued to try and enter the building to which he told me the pub was at full capacity and refused us entry? He then proceeded to laugh and talk about me loudly to the women stood with him who he was clearly trying to impress. He then loudly said that everybody 'thinks its a nightclub and can just walk in', which made no sense as normally you would walk into a bar... He was clearly on drugs and in no state to be managing this facility. I also don't think we quite met the demographic of their customers as we are in our 20s and the customers inside were at minimum above 60. Nasty vibes, avoid. EDIT: The bald guy is called Kenny and is a guitarist - if i did my research correctly :)

Large, delicious meaty wings and friendly service. We sat on the front patio and they have a large patio in the back as well. Will return to try more menu items!

I love this place. It's like hanging out at your buddy's place. Except you have to pay. The staff are fabulous. They have great pub food too. You need to try their wings! Just make sure to ask for them "off the grill" and they will put them on the grill to get a little char. Absolutely perfect!

Cold beer. Live music. YELLING AT TANYA to get me another beer. How could it get any better? (Happy sigh). Wings were decent. It was only sad when the night was over 😪.

Great spot for a meal... even better spot if you like live music of all kinds. Tim and his staff are friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and food! The place tends to bring in a older crowd, so anyone who’s younger be mindful. Always has live music, only thing if your new to the bar they do charge cover on your bill. Only two things I’ve noticed the rest of the place is amazing! Staff is very nice!

June 12/23. We couldn’t decide where to go for a late dinner. Drove down Browns Line & I said Hey Remember this joint ? We ate on their patio abuncha summers ago. So we stopped & as luck would have it “Wing Nite” Ordered the fries with gravy, onion rings, Buffalo hot & honey hot wings. Food was awesome but what really amazed me was our waitress. One girl running the whole floor all nite. Food was on time, hot & delivered with all the cutlery & condiments necessary by a very friendly waitress. Stayed for dessert. Not many options but top notch taste & fancy plating. We shared a cheesecake & deep fried Mars bar plus fresh coffee with cinnamon in it. I think I spent $70.00 including an 18% gratuity. I usually do 10 to 15% but yo … our waitress was amazing like she knew everyone in the bar from high school or something.

Nice place to have a beer, grab a bite and see live music. Good bands and individual performers are booked frequently and it's easy to see them from wherever you sit and the sound is good.

Good place with amazing entertainment and quality food . Only problem last visit had an intoxicated patron ended up tripping on to our table , breaking a full beer glass and soaking us at the table . The staff were quick to clean up and replace our drinks and later asked us if we would like another table . Personally I think that he should of been asked to leave and that round of drinks be gratis . This experience won't stop me from going there but I will be a little more selective where I am seated .

We stumbled upon Timothy’s Pub when we were in the area from out of town (just Burlington but we don’t venture into the Toronto area too often) and are we ever glad we did! We happened to stop by on a Wednesday night which couldn’t have been more perfect. It was “Wing Nignt” ($1.25/wing!) awesome! Plus other great food specials (Garlic Parm fries were tasty!!) PLUS free live entertainment which is rare for us to experience on a weeknight. The wings were big and delicious, the provolone cheese sticks were soo good and and staff were so on point! They worked and served together like a well oiled machine! Friendly and fast, just awesome. The highlight of the night was definitely the live music provided by “one man band” Greg Wyard. UNREAL! A musical encyclopedia!!! He could play any song request off by heart and kept the crowed engaged and having fun. Even played one of my most favourite songs, made my night. We will 100000% be back! Thanks all!!!!
