Wet Floor, dirty washroom, cockroaches moving around,unprofessional staff, asking questions which is not necessary All in all I had the Worst experience in Queensway motel.

I had no place to stay, had to come to Toronto for an emergency doctors visit. To my horror I found this very early this morning. I was repulsed and disgusted. Can they not replace the mattresses? They are charging 130 dollars a night per room they treat their clientele like lowlifes and they have no respect for them at all. To hide this with cheap worn out blankets is horrible business etiquette. The motel should be closed until they make some serious changes.

Don’t even bother to waste your money , the tv doesn’t work ,the fridge is broken and absolutely the worse case of bedbugs I’ve ever seen in my life!! they’re even crawling on the floor like roaches the covers are dirty and stained with food , we called the front desk after my skin started swelling to have the room changed and they had the worse atitude, deny that they’re any bedbugs there and wouldn’t offer to give back my refund or change the room even though they had other rooms availabe also we saw some ritual items under the washroom cupboard very creepy that was our last straw we left at 3am in the night without a refund….

I forgot to mention 1 important thing, our TV didn't work, we asked the manager (and his name is 'Raj'), to fix it and he said he will be there in 5 minutes, after 1 hour I had to call him back he said that he will be there in the next 10 minutes, who never showed up then i called him again then he came over and didn't know anything about it, he was calling one of his family member and asking over the phone how to fix it. Eventually, after a battle of 1 hour he was able to fix it. So, bad service, can't believe that this motel is still doing business! I wonder, how come none of the health inspectors or the auditor from the hotel association of canada come and do the audits on service and standard? Very shocking. Guys pleaseeeee stay away from this Motel, unless you are ok to sleep on a blood stain bed, using the USED towels and disgusting room and services!

Don't stay here. 90% sure it has bed bugs. Found 3 bites on my arms the next day. Stairway is full of garbage on the ground. Non-smoking rooms reek of smoke. Regret staying here.

I never thought in my mind i will meet in Toronto such racist person in my life, does the management look after there employees, i came to this motel on feb, 19, 2022 at 11:am the guy i met him there i asked him if there is vacancy he said yes then i provided my id to get my room nd make payment when he saw my name with rudeness he said to me people who have your name are not welcomed here, upto now my head is full of question asking myself can such people be trust on a business i ask the manger to take action on that guy who was there at the mention time nd day. 🙏🙏🙏

Il give 5 stars. I know that in one day will be fit for this. Traveling like a smoker, is hard to find a place to stay. Thank you!

The Indian guy who was working on February 19 ,2022 at 12:30pm , mistreated me and showed me an act of racism, i request the management to take the immediate action on that guy or the business will lose customers. Thanks

Roach infested! Stayed 1 nite 4am until 11am checkout. Killed 1before bed and 1after. Bathroom light not working had to use cell phone light to shower. TV remote not working had to turn on manually and can't change channels. No extra toilet paper and shampoo bottle half used with only one tiny soap. PRAYING NO BEDBUGS!

We got a room last minute last night and the front staff was super helpful. The room was great, we had our own AC with a mini fridge and microwave. Very clean, I will definitely refer this place to anyone looking

Stayed last night, bathroom was litterly dirty with used soap bars on the floor, as well as the shower floor was wet as if someone just used it. 200$ ?? At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the bedding wasn’t changed. ☹️

The worst experience of my life, the room, the bathroom, very dirty, the receptionist was very rude and arrogant and worst of all were the bedbugs and the manager told us that he would not take care of our clothes since it was not his problem. Please do not stay there.

What an amazing experience we were there for 7 weeks while waiting for an emergency shelter to open up. Raj was an amazing manager. He took care of all our needs. Housekeeping ladies were kind and sweet. It felt at home the time we stayed. Now we're in a family residence, and the living conditions are deplorable, disgusting, and full of roaches. I the city service for you. Wish we could have stayed at the motel till we found housing.

Cockroaches in the vicinity, it felt like I was being watched. Wouldn't be surprised if there's cameras in the room, maybe behind the outlets, specifically in the bathroom. Both the inside hallways and stairs, and doorknobs, don't look like they're getting housekeeped. AKA cleaned.

Free parking super friendly staff price is really cheap ( compared to the quality) For a person looking for a cheaper accommodations with 'ok' level quality, i would highly recommend this

Didn’t stay here but their employee is v informed of the business hours of the ice cream place next door. Google listed the ice cream place as open but since no one was answering the phone at the ice cream place, I had to call the motel to confirm!

Great place for a "quickie". Clean.

At 3am the HUGEST BEDBUG came out of the pillow case. They refused to give us our money back so we had to drive 4 hours home ruining our Easter.

Super bed , air conditioning, electric lock about 120 plus 100 deposit. Nice fridge.

Not the newest motel in the city but for what it is and the rooms have both microwave and a fridge. Both smoking and non smoking rooms as well. Surrounded by good restaurants and fast food joints. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Been going here for over ten years and its prob my fav.

the room smelled of smoke, there were holes in the sheets. There was a bandage on the curtains. horrible experience I strongly advise against it.

Good room, clean, great location, walk to everything. Not much service though... no morning coffee, but Tim Hortons is near by.

It is a hole in the wall but the owners and new desk people are trying their best to clean up the place.

The motel is very dirty and the management they are very disrespectful and they they have disgusting smells and I only spend one hour and I left immediately everything is disgusting, shampoo, used towels, used sink faucet, lid not working, disgusting

They have some work to do still.. but management was accommodating and nice.

THE WORST PLACE! This motel has been the dirtiest place I have ever spent the night. There were drops next to the bed of who knows what, the toilet had urine all over it and the sheets were dirty. It was very disgusting, when we reported it to the reception they didn't want to give us our money back, they just gave us other sheets (torn). Bad service.
