By reading your reviews everyone can see who is living clean and who is lazy to clean their place. Think first before you write review)) Because I was living in this building over 7 years, never had any mice, roaches or other bugs. Moved out when purchased a house. If you guys have bugs, it’s mean , your apt is dirty. Clean your place first, otherwise no pest control, nobody else doesn’t help you)) Building always clean, well maintained by Arslan, who working day and night and will be nice if someone just say “Thanks!” to him and “Thanks” to Hollyburn who finally hired professional manager for that building.

Lived here for a few years. I don't know what some others are saying but I never had or saw a bug problem while I was there. Arslan and Angelika did such a wonderful job when they came in to manage the building. Based on most of the reviews I see here, I am not alone thinking that. They were always attentive to my needs. They care for the building like its their own. From the day they started you could see changes. Little things. Making the lobby warmer and more inviting. Putting up holiday decorations. In general, doing everything you would expect from your property manager, and then some! Thank you to both of you for everything the past few years. My kids and I truly enjoyed our stay. And now.....Vancouver!

I have been living in this building for 3 years. The location and vicinity is awesome. There are all the amenities nearby. The building itself is probably one of the best in its age category while the apartments are spacious. There are repairs needed from time to time but it’s all well posted and attended to. I haven’t had cockroaches but some silverfish from time to time and usually the management takes action soon after it’s reported. I could live here for years. When I moved in, the building wasn’t well maintained. Angelika and Arslan had just taken over. Since then things are in order. While they’re up for the job and tend to the building, they’ve also given the building a sense of community. They’re always keen to help and I enjoy conversing with them. They simply care about the building and us alike. It’s a clean and reasonably quite building with families living here. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well attended building, this is one at a convenient location. I’m giving it four star as I wish the chute was working and the elevator was going to the basement, though after these years I find it a nice home to live in.

The building is beautiful, and location is perfect! Of all the rental buildings I've lived in I have never met a more helpful, knowledgeable, kind staff and the other tenants are all great too. I have had an incredibly positive experience so far at this building. No bugs, noise, smells. The building was incredibly accommodating with my move-in date, and my maintenance requests have always been completed the same day or a day later. Thanks Arslan and Angelika! I absolutely recommend living here, you'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier and more accommodating management staff.

Me & my friends stayed at this location for almost 2 years & the manager Sokol was the best. He is extremely helpful, genuine & cares about the tenants & their issues. Whenever we had issues, he always tried his best. He is definitely an asset to Central Park Terrace Apartments.

I lived in this building for 3 years. It's a nice, quiet place & conveniently located. The building manager Sokol was very helpful & efficient at sorting out any issues I had. He was always super responsive, always getting back even if he was on leave or not on the premises. The other residents were polite & respectful, no loud music or other disturbances.

I been living in 1286 Islington Ave for a year now and have had no issues till date. The common space is well maintained and the building is quiet. As others have mentioned that if your unit has any roaches or bugs then probably you are not keeping the unit clean enough. The property manager Sokol is polite and helpful. I would surely recommend renting in this property.

We lived here for 5 years and can only recommend. Sokol, the property manager, and his wife Ardiana are very dedicated, and genuinely caring about the tenants' needs. Issues were always taken seriously and addressed as fast as possible. Thank you!

Lived in this apartment for 1.5 years and can say that the building is very professionally managed and the building manager is the best. All the complaints and queries are listened and resolved in timely manner. 7 star rating to Sokol who always answer to questions promptly and get the job done on every occasion.

The building has a great property manager and it is very well managed. The manager Sokol and his wife are always helpful for tenants needs. The building is clean, quiet and safe. I recommend central park terrace
