When trying to get some information about the costs of memberships and what they include, I got told I had to come in and then told "Best of luck" in response me stating I was wanting to compare with the other gyms in the area, by Kaleem Shaikh. If this how customer service is handed through an email, I can only imagine what it would be like to actually be there. Not a very good first impression and definitely not a place I would feel comfortable going to, which is sad because I was a member of the location at Kipling & Queensway and really liked how the people there treated you. Terrible!

Hello Physiomed, when you closed doors in June 2014 without any notice, promising ( in Barry Harris's letter ) to return paid in advance money. Why you do not return calls, or did not respond on emails? I met ex-physiomed employer ( Colin? he was doing personal training work at gym ). I asked him what happen with gym. He promised to help me personally to find out how to get money back - no call back, nothing just BS. I can not recommend Physiomed to anyone, please avoid...

Physiomed Islington is inside a beautiful and spacious health club called Avalon Fitness. Plenty of parking available. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and passionate about providing the best treatment. They provide an array of services like physiotherapy, naturopath, massage therapy and chiropractic services. Highly recommended it.

This is a wonderful location close to my home. After an auto accident in April I required physio and choose Monkey Tree location former Avalon health club. I have received massages from the 3 different therapists and have had a very positive experience with all of them. Pain is almost gone, range of motion back to 100%. John, Sal and Adam are young, yet experienced and in the top of their field. Clean and spacious with very friendly conversations by all ( if you're a talker ) :) Inez, the organizer has been very good with my demanding schedule as well. Highly recommend this location.

They have a good physio and massage team. I've benefited and got cured of whenever I had an issue. Their staff is extremely courteous and I love going back again and again. Highly recommended.

Excellent care. Nilash really helped my leg pain problem and gave me some good exercises to do at home.. Anatoli (masseur) is the only person we have ever found who can stop lower back pain (for a month or two). We're finding that each successive massage treatment fixes things up for a longer period than the one before. He is a doctor from Romania who really understand anatomy.

I’ve been a long term patient to this Physiomed, and the treatment provided by the specialists is 2nd to none! Facilities are clean and welcoming.....also easy access from QEW and surrounding road arteries!
