Very greedy and money minded people! The apartments are extremely dirty and unhygienic with no emenities. We once applied for a unit at 47 thorncliffe for one year lease whose rent was 1300 CAD. They rejected our application although we had a decent credit score. We applied for the same unit again after 2 weeks and this time they approved our application but for 1500 CAD. They are the most inhuman people who can do anything to get more money. Never ever go for Morgourd. I think it's high time for the Canadian government to take action against such greedy organizations who suck the blood of immigrants for money.

400 apartments, 21 floors, 4 elevators but they keep failing one after another. And It takes months to get them fixed. Often water shut down, one security guard for 4 buildings, every cold evening, there is a pot smokers party in stairwells and in basement parking. Many times parked car was damaged and stolen things from them. There is a long trail of late and bad maintenance. Cleanliness is fictitious sparrow. Management is in wrong and incapable hands. A lot trespassing and management is ignorant and disrespectful to ordinary residents. I would not recommend anyone to live in this place.

We moved here a month ago to 47 Thorncliffe park drive and since then the main entry door is BROKE and INSECURE which uses the FOB, is always open with some friction issue from the bottom with floor. Now ANYONE from outside can enter the building, and as I said its been a MONTH since 1st May, VERY HIGH SECURITY RISK OF TRESPASSERS that has not been taken care of as of yet from more than a month now.

I wish i could give ZERO star to these people… My apartment glasses broke down on 23 December 2022 and it took more than a month to follow up and NOT yet fixed. They don’t care about kids sleeping in cold toronto weather. I tried many ways to talk to them but NONE of the management stuff cares. Their District Manager (Marry) send me a letter to THREATEN me to evacuate me from the building. I even reach the City of Toronto and looks like they have a deal or something with them thats why they didn’t follow up either. I have sent a maintenance request 11 months ago and they never showed up. I wish i could write more but it will never end…

Garbage situation in building 47 Thorncliffe park drive is very bad. Informed building management but they don't care. See the posted pictures taken in year 2017 and in July 2022. I don't have any option to give them 0 rating.

My partner and I have tried calling for the past couple of weeks. Almost calling 3-4 times a day but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS MESSAGES. Its such a shame cause we were very excited to see some nice apartments with decent prices.

Poor management, no maintenance of units, online maintenance system request completed without work order completed. Garage door broken from more then a month and have not fixed. Garage fire exit doors open no security check. No visible security, Entry door from Garage to building not secure. Dirty garage and B2 stink with garbage. Maintenance request pending from years but no response, mouse issue in the building.

I am extremely satisfied with the Management Office's handling of issues. They have been extremely attentive and helpful on the few occasions that I reached out to them for support with issues such as parking, etc.. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Mary Georgiou as she has been very prompt with responses to issues and has followed through to ensure speedy resolution. The building is well maintained and located near shopping, restaurants, schools and public transit.
