Food is fine if you’re looking for a quick grab and go, but Id rather spend my money elsewhere. There is no refill options for drinks and service overall is terrible.

Don’t go there after 3 pm; it's a rip-off!!! I was just there and ordered a footlong. I wanted Italian herb and cheese bread, but they said they ran out, which was okay for me. I asked for a regular one instead. Then, I wanted bacon, but they said they ran out of that too. I thought, 'Forget it, it doesn’t matter.' When the lady was putting the toppings, I asked for tomato and green pepper, but again, she said they ran out. I knew that was a lie because I saw a full basket of green peppers just 10 minutes before. As someone who managed a restaurant for 5 years, I didn't say anything. When it came to the sauce part, I asked for a couple of sauces, and she put them. Then, I asked for ranch, which she completely ignored and proceeded to wrap my sandwich. I insisted again, 'Can I have RANCH as well, PLEASE?' She then said, 'Oh, we don’t have ranch,' even though my friend got ranch in her sandwich just 5 minutes before me. That's when I lost it and told her they didn't have anything. She did not apologize, instead she said that they were about to close even though it was 3 hours before closing, (by the way They usually close 15 minutes before 9 and don’t take any orders, which damages the business.) Anyways, this store lacks proper management and has rude employees with attitude. P.S.: I wanted to cancel my order since the sandwich was nothing like what I wanted, but she already cashed me out beforehand without even informing me that they were out of those items.

Incredibly stingy with toppings for the price and awful customer service. I had to just stand there waiting to tell the employees my toppings while they chatted. I asked for them to cut the bread with a clean knife because I have allergies to the sauces they used and an employee made comments about it. Obviously they don't take dietary restrictions and health conditions very seriously. They're constantly out of common ingredients. The food is fine but this is some of the worst service I've seen out of a fast food place.

The state of the lettuce is…. Ordered green goddess and they were out of the green peppers. Sandwhich maker subbed in pickles without even asking beforehand until i pointed out the peppers missing frm the sandwich and she told me “ik i put pickles instead”. Pretty unprofessional.

Ordered foot long Veggie Delight. Later saw list price $8.29+ Asked about Avacado being too little. Told that it would free. At the counter charge me $12.45, more that $3 extra!

They keep running out of food.... this campus has 20k students. There's this tall indian staff guy, and he keeps making remarks about peoples orders, thinking no one understands him. He not only did it to me but everyone who ordered any sandwich.

Got the salad bowl today, the person who seems to be the manager is sooooo stingy and rolled her eyes when I asked for extra lettuce in my SALAD bowl with no RiCE. The portion of salad was too small even though I asked for extra lettuce, she kept telling her employee to not forget to add extra chicken to my invoice. She doesn't deserve to be a manager AT ALL.

This location is contantly out of common toppings and the service is reliably terrible. Every time I give this place a chance I regret it and wish I had saved my time and money.

Not even the worst subway ever this has got to be the worst restaurant location in existence. The people who work here act like theyve never seen a sandwich in their damn life. Cant cut the bread cant fold the sandwich, cant put ingredients on correctly… someone tell the manager stop hiring a new employee each day and just train them

Staff frequently just ignores you and puts whatever they want on the sub without you even saying anything.
