It's a fun children's indoor playground. Everyone enters the playground must be wearing socks adults and children. Look for the new hours always and adults must be there to supervise the children at all times. There is no big bags inside the playground. It's a clean environment and inside the playground no food or drinks inside the playground and everyone must talk to the staff at the front desk and get signed in and also get a stamp. Bookings birthday party on Saturday and Sunday evenings only. If you are to come into the building for public play would recommend that you either come in 20 minutes to 1/2 hour in advance for the play times. Also that each time to line up with your belongs and reline up and resign at the front desk and staff will guide you always.

I really wish there were more indoor community playgrounds like this. It’s a great spot to come and let your kid run around for an hour or two. Just keep in mind, the hours are normally in two hour intervals and vary depending on the day etc. Always check the website before going.

A free indoor playground for your kids to play in those rainy, cold days. This playground is owned by the city of Toronto and it is amazing to have this option available for free for parents. The place is well maintained and the playground is pretty cool. Be sure to check the website to see the opening times and slots. Try to be there on time or ahead of time to be sure to get a spot during busy days (winter school holidays for example).

Excellent indoor playground. Very nice and clean but some of the staff at the front desk are quite rude and annoying. Every time I go there they make new rules. They act like they are doing a huge favor by letting us in. That spoils the whole experience. My kid loves it and has a lot of fun. But I just wish the employees there were more polite, courteous and genuinely eager to serve and more accommodating instead of just making rules to make their life easier. Like a few times I was told to remove my shoe at the entrance before entering the reception so they don't have to clean the floor instead of the normal place near the reception where you normally remove your coats and shoes. And they have two separate coat racks and shoe mats for early on and playground paradise and you have to shift them when you go to the next program in spite of them being right next to each other. Unnecessary extra work for the parent who's trying to deal with a demanding, impatient toddler that could have just been avoided. So many times I have felt that just because it's free they seem to be trying to make your life difficult and not very service oriented.

An amazing indoor facility for toddlers and kids! There's a big play place, styrofoam blocks and a small area for football and basketball. The staff are excellent, the place is clean and the other families were very friendly!

It has a big structure in the center and open space around. I would say it can keep kids busy for an hour. The space is clean and not crowded when we went on a Friday morning. Nothing is allowed inside, expect a small purse. You can have snacks and water outside, although there isn't any chairs or bench outside of the gym to seat and eat.

Good place for children to play indoor. Staff is also friendly and cleaning the place twice a day. The only problem I found was that they are not stopping children who are sick or who have cold. Backseat of that other children are prone to get sick. We took my child for a day, we noticed a few kids have cold and right from night of that day my child got cold and sick for 8 days.

The play area is slippery... High, chances of kids falling down while running on the floor

First time doing a trade in. Alex and the team were great and made this process so easy. Great team work. Skate sharpening for my son's goalie skates was pleasant interaction and quick.
