Came here for a late lunch on Sunday. Waited for 20min outside with my two friends which is fine as I heard this place is always busy. Once we were seated water didn’t take too long however our drinks a soda and limoncello took about 30min to get. We also ordered as soon as we sat down and took about an hour to get and my friends were about to leave despite not getting their food. I was truly embarrassed as I am Egyptian and I expected much more than this. The servers did not apologize or explain whatsoever for the extremely slow service. The salad was nothing special and overpriced, the hummus and pita was very rich, the olives were good but also overpriced, Maha’s mind blowing chicken was definitely overrated as the bottom bun was very soggy as the chicken and compilation of ingredients had become a bit too saucy. My friend ordered the po boys and they said it was good but I don’t think it was amazing. Overall the food was average but slightly overpriced. It is sad that many of my family and friends had recommended this place however I was not a fan. This place definitely needs to improve their service or at least make it consistent if they are not known as many groups that had arrived later than us had received their order before us. Part of what makes a restaurant from good to great is their consistency in quality of food and service. Would only try this place again if it were takeout and definitely not the same items except the hummus and pita.

Lovely restaurant with beautiful lively decor and atmosphere. Everything was very nice and fresh made with passion and care. The honey cardamom latte was not my preference but worth a try. The Cairo breakfast was my favorite. Absolutely delicious combo that just fills you up and nourishes your soul on a cold winter day! Only complaint was that I wish it came with more falafel cause it was delicious. Portion sizes are great overall. Line ups can be crazy but they are quick with service but do expect a line up and wait times if you go later on weekends

Maha's Brunch Egyptian restaurant in Toronto is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel like you are part of the family. This family-owned small business offers a cozy and intimate setting that is perfect for a delicious meal with friends or family. The food at Maha's is simply outstanding. Every dish is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite. Whether you're in the mood for their famous Egyptian breakfast or a hearty plate of kebab, you won't be disappointed. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food you receive. Yes, you may have to wait for a table as they don't have bookings, but it's absolutely worth it. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they make sure that you are comfortable while you wait. Plus, the anticipation only makes the food taste even better! Overall, I highly recommend Maha's Egyptian restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic brunch in Toronto. The cozy ambience, friendly staff, and amazing food make it a must-visit. 5 stars!

This was my first time trying Egyptian food and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is quite small and there was a long line outside when we got there but it was absolutely worth the wait. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful and delicious. The portions are small but it's worth the price. I will definitely be back to try more of the things on the menu. If you enjoy good food, please visit Maha's.

Been wanting to visit this place for so long and it didn’t disappoint! We were welcomed and seated quick since we came before 10 on the weekend, after a run. They recommended the honey cardamom latte which I was hesitant about since I always go for classics, but oh my it was one of the best latte I’ve had! Please try them out🫶🏼 The ambience was very homey, reminds me of my grandma’s house with all the decor and ornaments. We ordered the Cairo Classic and Maha’s Mind Blowing Chicken Sandwich. Both tasted so good, especially the Cairo Classic. The falafel that comes with it also tastes amazing — the right amount of crisp and saltiness, while not being too greasy. I’d probably get them as sides next time I’m here. Overall, really enjoyed the experience and definitely would come back!

This was my first time having Egyptian food. The staff helped explain their menu and recommend some options. I felt like I wanted to order their entire menu! Can't wait to go again. My highlights are the lentil soup and the cardamom latte for sure!

This place is so freaking good. Everything we ordered was delicious and high quality. Wait time for food didn’t take long fast service and friendly waiters. Very impressed and I understand why they always have line ups outside. Highly recommend for anything they have on the menu.

Accidentally made the mistake of going on a Sunday, one of their busiest days, and had to wait an hour to get in and be seated. Truthfully I’d do it again, because this place is as wonderful as they say! The Turkish coffee is made perfectly, their food is light and fresh. But even more lovely than the food are the staff, every single one of them! Nicole was our server and I swear she might be the nicest human to exist, and the guy who was making the Turkish coffees was also SO kind and welcoming. There wasn’t anyone there who was anything but wonderful, not just to my friend and I but to everyone. The customer service was phenomenal, and the food was amazing! Will definitely be back for more brunch :)

Although I have it 5 stars I think it’s more of a 4.4/5 the food is great, I just had very high expectations based on all the positive reviews. Maybe because the eggs were only average. The chicken sandwich was the best dish of the three that I had. This Instagram worthy dish tastes as good as it looks. The restaurant itself has such a homey, comfortable vibe that it makes you want to stay and chat with friends

We came here on a Sunday for some brunch and we had to wait for about 40 mins outside. The ambience of this place was so so cute and we got a really god seat by the window. The staff were incredibly sweet and attentive to us which i appreciate a bunch. We got the Cairo classic and the mind blowing chicken and WOW. Both of these dishes were so incredibly flavourful and tasty. It had a good mix of salty, spicy, sweet - it was literally so amazing, you just have to try it to know. Not to mention, the affordability of the dishes and the portion size cannot be beat. We licked our plates clean and our server thought we didn’t get any food at all haha, food was literally plate licking good. As well, it’s not pictured here but we got two ice cream lattes and they were nothing short of delicious too! Overall, this place is a MUST VISIT if you’re around! I definitely will be coming back :)

Love Maha’s! It’s such a gem!! Lucky that I live nearby. Their food is so tasty - and the owners are so friendly. And their hummus is one of my faves! And I don’t even love hummus. Their lentil soup is the best I’ve ever had! Also love their honey cardamon latte! A great local small biz to support!

Its so popular, We had to wait outside in the lineup for 15-20 minutes. So if you are planning to go in cold, make sure you have layers on. Vibe : it was such a cozy warm Mediterranean home vibe. The decor is traditional chic with lots of cute details. Service was good and quick and the food was amazing. Must must go. A hidden gem of Toronto.

We've been wanting to try this popular brunch spot for a while now but it's the wait that always gets to us. We finally decided to wait it out (1 hour) and it was definitely worth it. Since it was our first time, we went with the recommended items and started off with some hummus and falafels. They were both delicious and fresh. For the mains, we had the Mind blowing chicken and Basturma scramble. Very generous portions and lovely middle eastern flavors. I cannot wait to come back and try the other items on the menu that seemed very appetizing as well. Don't forget to check out their drinks menu, especially the honey cardamom latte!

Simply delicious food. Service was fantastic. They even let us have our little chihuahua sit with us on the patio. The food had layers of flavors and textures. The owner even came over and chatted with us. She's a very passionate and humble person. Try it out. I'm sure you will enjoy it!

Most certainly the best brunch place ever!! They don’t take reservations over the phone and there’s usually a line up outside and wait time is generally 20-30 mins. But the food is worth the wait!! Everything looked so good on the menu that we ended up ordering their Egyptian falafel, Dates grilled cheese sandwich with some hibiscus tea (so delicious) and honey cardamom latte!!! The ambience is very authentic and so is their food!! Must try if you’re in Ontario!!!

Brunch at Maha’s is an experience you don’t want to miss! We went here on a Sunday afternoon, and yes, the wait was long but totally worth it. The service is excellent and the vibe is so welcoming and warm. You’re greeted by wonderful people who seem genuinely happy to have you there. The food is exemplary; fresh and so full of flavour. The date scrambled eggs and falafels won my heart. Cannot wait to return!

My absolute favourite spot for brunch! Their honey cardamom chai latte; iced or hot is simply perfect. I have been here many times and will definitely go again in a heart beat ❤️ Also, the staff is so welcoming and sweet, wonderful people! Thanks for such a homey experience. It’s my go to spot with friends, family or by myself. I wish you this place was also available for delivery though but the dine-in experience has its own spark here. 🌟 I also tried baklava for the first time ever and it didn’t disappoint, I loved it which was not expected as I didn’t think i would like it but honestly, loved it. The caramel one was my favourite out of the two, it’s more on the sweeter side but perfect when sharing.

A very unique and delicious Egyptian restaurant:) Love the atmosphere and it is a family owned restaurant where everyone is very warm and nice. Would highly recommend the chicken dish and anything that has eggs (scrambled or omelette). The taste is fantastic and you get to experience exotic dishes :) I will be going back for more.

My only complaint is that I didn't eat here sooner. I went for a job interview here a year ago so I already knew it was a family run business by kind and honest people. But wow, the food! Incredible flavours, wonderful service, lovely atmosphere. I'm so glad I went with the mind-blowing chicken sandwich that everyone talks about. The watermelon feta salad was also yummy. But honestly my favorite was the lentil soup. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu! ☺️ Support local and don't make the same mistake I did by waiting 😂

This Egyptian Cafe is listed on the Michelins list! And they absolutely deserve it. Amazing interior gives you the vibe of casual Cairo Cafe! The waiting staff are super friendly and engaging. Food is absolutely out of the world! We ordered a variety of dishes and drinks from the menu. None of the items let us down! They are super popular with the locals, so please prepare to wait. It is very much worth it.

I came to Maha’s last month for brunch and had a really good experience. We were seated outside and the weather was nice, so it was enjoyable. The service was good, the staff was friendly, and most importantly, the food was tasty. I especially enjoyed the Basturma Scramble and the Maha’s Mind Blowing Chicken sandwich (which is not really a sandwich at all). We also had Sunny Eggs and Foole, plus Honey-Cardamom Lattes which were good.

Food was delicious, Tons of flavours and unique menu for someone who’s not Egyptian. Long line up but totally worth it. Service could really be better, our server lady with glasses was not patient and welcoming. However, the other gentleman possibly the owners family member made up for the lack of service from the other server. So 5 star overall. One request, please dont serve dried up lemons, it’s not that difficult to cut them up fresh if customers request for it.

Great atmosphere with quite a few vegan and vegetarian options available. The atmosphere is great with friendly service. Parking is limited during weekends. Plenty of street parking available during weekdays. Had an opportunity to meet the owner and chef. Very friendly and kind. Will definitely visit again. As for the dishes we liked the Cinnamon honey latte and the watermelon feta salad. Every dish has a great presentation and taste.

Food is great. Service is great. Staff is great. Packed all the time and worth the wait which is often a line up outside. If you want to avoid the line, pick a rainy, snowy, miserable day. And the line up will be smaller. Really a wonderful addition to a multicultural city and a place that is welcoming to all. Decor is warm and inviting. Listed on several food sites as best breakfast or lunch spot or foodie locale.

This was by far the best and most authentic Egyptian food I've had in my life. I am talking it was better and more delicious than the food I had growing up in Egypt. From the second I started eating, I felt I traveled back to the heart of Egypt and it did help the environment they create from Egyptian songs playing and decorations. It is an experience you'll never forget. I wish I got the opportunity to meet the owner so I can personally compliment her on the amazing place she created. If you are living in Toronto or visiting, this HAS to be on your map to visit.

The owner Maha is so nice and I can wait to come back next time we visit Toronto. Food is amazing. The Egyptian cuisine brunch is out of this world. I love the chicken sandwich which is very similar to a NYC chicken with white sauce but a little more refined. The flat bread is very fresh and prefect for the dips. Service is relatively fast and great service. The owner came by to chat with us and offer me a plant lesson. They are like her other babies and well taken care for. Ambiance is filled with memorable pictures of Egypt and decorated. Long line and can use some shade while waiting. Good luck.

Delicious Egyptian brunch place! The service was so friendly. We ordered the falafel and classic Egyptian dish and chicken special dish which were all tasty but I don’t think we would wait 1+ hr in line. If you go before 9:30 the wait is not bad!

Oh my Gosh this place has easily become my favourite brunch spot in all of Toronto! The mind blowing chicken literally blew my mind! Super juicy, soft chicken pieces, perfectly cooked with the best spices! The hummus and falafel were excellent too! The cardamom honey coffee was good, with a very faint hint of cardamom which was great for me. We waited in line for 45 mins but it was understandable given how good the food was and I'd wait longer if needed just to eat here again! FYI all food is HALAL! 🥰 The staff were very friendly and fast with their service. The cafe is very small but very cute with lovely small Egyptian decorations. I can't recommend this place enough!

Already dreaming about my next visit. One of the best brunch joints in Toronto. Everything was delicious, from the lattes to the desserts. The Egyptian falafel is a must, something so unique to Maha’s and extremely tasty and well made. The drinks are very well made as well. The care and quality that goes into the food, drinks and service here shows. Its not just about putting something on the table, there’s thought, care and love behind it. It’s a lovely brunch spot!

Everything is amazingly delicious here! It is well worth the wait. It is a very well ran family business. Staff is kind. My Egyptian friend said it is very authentic. There are lots of wonderful dips and fresh pitas at Maha's! I felt content with just appetizers, as well as, their bean dishes. Their lattes are also great! Chef Platter is always a crowd pleaser! However, some items are on the slightly saltier side. That would be my only negative. Overall, this is as good as it gets!

Such good food but prepare to wait in line!

  • 2/5 Kshsd01 3 years ago on Google
Food is decent, not great. But definitely not worth the wait it takes in line for brunch. We waited two hours because of all the hype we heard. Only to then sit inside and wait another hour and a half to order and get our meal (this was a few months ago). I can understand the wait outside. That’s just demand. But if you can’t service the tables once people come in - then just don’t have that many tables. Seems pretty simple to me.

The food here was amazing! Both myself and my wife are Egyptian so we came here expecting to get a little taste of home - but we were astonished to find it was way better than what we were both used to. If you haven’t tried this place you need to! We ordered the fool as well as the eggs and Bastarma dish. If you haven’t tried fool yet - this would be the place to do it

What a fantastic place to eat. We were in Turkey this past summer and although the food is Egyptian its very similar. Food was awesome. You can feel the love and pride put into every dish. You'll definitely need to come back and try something different as the plates are pretty filling.. Mind blowing chicken is mind blowing. Best falafel I've had in the city. To finish it off the rice pudding is incredible. The line up is worth the wait.

I’ve driven by several times (during brunch hours) and Maha’s always has a line down the block. For some reason, unbeknownst to me, if you head over for late lunch/early dinner you should have no issue finding a table. Really enjoy the decor and overall feel of Maha’s. This place does food and flavour the right way. I am someone that is happy to order Shakshuka whenever I can and Maha’s has an exceptional take on this staple! As an appetizer, one should try/share the lentil soup...if lentils aren’t your thing, well then I feel sorry for you. The lentil soup is exquisite.

AAAAAAMAZING EVERYTHING!! falafel are very different than what many people are familiar with...a MUST have. Famous and fabulous chicken sandwich (don't be food thinking it is a sandwich) and to die for cardamom-honey lattes. The owners, family and team are as wonderful as their food. Be prepared to line up. No reservations but worth the wait , and enjoy a latte while you hang out in anticipation.

Highly highly recommend the date grilled cheese. I was skeptical at first but the first bite changed me and I was sold on it. Generous portions for side items as well. Both the fries and the lentil soup were great choices. Very flavorful. Soup was a bit too oniony but that is a personal preference and not reflecting the quality. Worth making a trek over here. Will visit again and can’t wait to try some of the other goodies that I saw on the menu.

IMO. It was above average. I went on a Sunday morning around 10:30am. The line up was about 40 mins outside fourtanetly it was a nice warm day (+5 degrees). The wait was a good time for my wife and I to catch up on life. I was shocked with the amount of people behind us waiting. The anticipation for this food was exciting. However, after being seated and ordering 2 dishes: OHH so good chicken, lental soup & hot chocolate. Staff super nice Hot Chocolate: 4/5 decent and would get again, I believe the secret ingredient was Lindor chocalate. OHH so good Chicken: 2/5 the excitement didn't meet exceptation. No rice just two egg buns. Chicken warm and good but parsley was overpowering. Lental soup: 3/5 was good however coming from a Srilanka background and the lental soup my mom makes is far much superior Overall: don't except to be WOWEED

Great food, ambience and staff! Loved everything about this place. Had to wait an hour in line but it was totally worth it. Would definitely go again!

Always a good time with great food! I have been trying all of the items on their menu and they have never disappointed. From their appetizers to drinks and mains, everything is delicious. The patio is also wonderful and decor is super cozy and reminiscent of Egyptian cafés

3rd time visiting Maha's. Always delicious and fresh food. Yes the wait is long but honestly well worth the wait. If you want different, unique and great tasting Middle Eastern food - Maha's is the place!

Truly a five star brunch, good quality food, great service, fast turnaround. We tried the shwarma and date scramble, both tasted amazing. Cardamom latte was perfection, their patio was spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff, nothing to complain at all.

Wonderful ambiance, delicious food and amazing people working! The quality of food lives up to the hype. We were in a group of 5 (4 adults and a toddler). There was 40 minute wait but totally worth it. We ordered the below items - Pharaoh's Po's Boy - fried shrimp wrapped in a pita bread. Arnabeet - fried Cauliflower wrapped in a pita bread. Betengan - roasted Eggplant with red peppers wrapped in a pita bread. Maha's Mind Blowing Chicken - Shawarma type chicken tossed and cooked with tomatoes, onions along with Homemade tahini and mayo. Served on a toasted egg bun. Dokka - mixture of toasted spices, sesame seeds and nuts, paired with extra Virgin olive oil and served with warm pita bread. But the best item on the menu is - Egyptian Falafel - an original item made by the owner and her daughter. The falafel comes with a soft boiled egg in the center. And the combination is so extraordinary and unique, you will crave for more. The dish comes with a side of Cumin roasted home fries (another delicious combination). They also serve freshly squeezed juice. We got the Watermelon juice and it was so soothing. The owner Maha takes the time to interact with every customer, which gave a personal touch to the entire experience. Highly recommend it!

Lovely flavoursome food and service. It is very busy and so make sure you go with time as it is at least 30 mins wait. The seating outdoors is pretty limited. The chicken dish was our favourite and the latte is a must try.

A gem of a place that I've been meaning to try for the longest time. As expected, a long line up outside.. But worth the wait. Food is freshly made and tastes like it was made with attention and as an Egyptian friend of mine described, like home. I don't normally like falafel but I like Maha's. We ordered the mind blowing chicken, lentil soup, the max, shrimp po' boy, and the betengan. Already looking forward to going back!

The food tastes really good and authentic. You could cut the waiting by an hour by ordering a take out from the side door but the baladi bread is not available for take out!

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:20pm. There was quite a line. We waited about 40 mins to get seated. The wait was worth it!!! Weekends are their busiest times so if you don't like waiting go on a week day. The food.......I can't wait to go back and try different menu items. We had the Cairo classic, portion was big. The beans....I need their recipe. So tasty and delicious! The falafel so soft and flavour was great! We also ordered Maha's mind blowing chicken. Wow! It served on a bun. I need this recipe as well. Best way to describe it is pico de gallo married flavourful chicken pieces. The description doesn't do it justice. It's so delicious and full of flavour that I'm obessed with making it at home. As soon as I saw the line I knew I'd have to come back and try other menu items. If they're thinking about going, just go! You won't regret it!!

Maha's Mind Blowing Chicken is not your average sandwich! As huge and appealing as it looks, it certainly delivers on presentation, taste and flavour. The restaurant is quite petite but cozy and welcoming. Service was quick and staff were attentive and knowledgable.

The Mind Blowing Chicken is truly mind blowing. A huge pile of tender chicken with fresh veg, so delicious. Honey cardamom latte is amazing, baklava's are delicious. Falafels are so so so good, and the appetiser platter with all the dips are so fun for sharing. Wish we didn't have to wait over an hour in line in the cold, but that's how you know this place is SO good. It's worth the hour wait!!!

Maha's was AMAZING. Such friendly and welcoming service, well decorated and inviting. And the food!! Was delicious. Everything was fresh and amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's a lovely family-run restaurant

We've been here twice a d both times the food has delighted and the service has been second to none. We've tried 4 different brunch items and have been wow'd by all. We've enjoyed both inside the dining room and the outside patio and both are great atmospheres. The lattes are fantastic as well, and they sell the coffee beans a la carte too. Can't recommend highly enough.

One of the best food experiences here! Get here before by 10 though if you don't want to wait too long 😂 it's worth the wait. The service is great too! Our server was super friendly when he explained to us on how to eat the appetizers. They also serve coffee provided by Sam James Coffee Bar.

Be ready to queue up for this adorable ready to queue up for this cute little restaurant, because it is so worth it! We finally tried Maha’s this weekend and were blown away by the food. I would an highly recommend getting their Honey Cardamom Latte, it was incredible. Also, their Date Grilled Cheese was so unique. And lastly, the baklava were fresh and delicious.🥰 the service gets a 10/10 for me too.

The food, its quality and its flavor are quite way more than what you expect. If you’re an Egyptian, the restaurant takes you right away to the authentic atmosphere of Cairo joint. If you’re vegetarian/vegan, that’s the place to hit for food that presents to you a different experience 😋😋

If you come during peak brunch/lunch time on a weekend, expect a line and a 1-2 hour wait. Around 2pm was when it died down Food was delicious! Lovely and fresh flavours, however, service was terribly slow and unorganized. The mess of wait staff walking around, seemingly aimlessly, was very distracting. And although there were plenty of wait staff around, we struggled to get any of their attention so we could order or get water, because they were busy chatting amongst themselves. Prices are also a bit steep for the amount you get but at least the quality was there. My friend ordered a watermelon juice because they recommended it as their seasonal specialty. When it didn't come out with our food we had to follow up twice. It came out 10 minutes after we had already finished our meals... I saw that the same thing happened with other tables.

There was a long line out the door and had to wait over an hour to be seated, so do be prepared to wait as it’s a popular spot at all hours. The service was great and the food was tasty and fresh. I loved their lentil soup as it had a great depth of flavour. It was a memorable brunch!

Maha's in Toronto is an absolute gem! We had an incredible brunch experience starting with the delightful hummus and bread. The Egyptian style po boy with its delectable shrimp was simply amazing. It made sense the po boy was up there on the menu. Amazing fusion decision. And let's not forget the honey cardamom tea, a true delight! The atmosphere was inviting, making our meal here a fantastic way to start our day. Highly recommended!

Another fantastic spot in the east end! We arrived at 12:30 and there was a 30 minute line but don’t be scared off by it. The wait is so worth it. Once inside the service is quick. We ordered a few dishes that we could share so we could try as many flavours as possible. I can’t even say which ones were my favourite, they were all so good! This restaurant should be on everyone’s must visit list.

I tried the max which was a pita sandwich with falafel inside, and all the flavours worked so well together. Portions are good and we were plenty full without any sides, though I’d love to try their potatoes next time. Delicious food and beautiful presentation. Decor and atmosphere was also very cute and cozy.

Food definitely 5 stars. Absolutely perfect. Very fresh and delicious. Long line up, about 40 min.. service polite but very unorganized.. waited long time to place the order, had to ask MANY times to bring us water, waited long time to ask for the bill .. Again, food was amazing.

Loved eating here! My husband and I went in the morning maybe about 5-10 minutes after they opened. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff was very welcoming. They took the time to give us recommendations since it was our first time. I got the Egyptian falafel and my husband got the Basturma Scramble. Both were very delicious and filling! We also got a side of lentil soup which was also very delicious! They also have a variety of hot and cold drinks that have that Egyptian/Middle Eastern flare in terms of flavor. Highly recommend getting the honey cardamom latte! If you want to try this place for the first time, I do recommend coming here early or on a weekday. They do get busy especially on a weekend from what I've heard from the staff, sometimes lines will form. This way you won't feel rushed.

Everything was delicious! The servers and staff are also very friendly and clearly passionate about their food (rightfully so!). There was a 30-ish minute wait but it was well worth it. I recommend going with friends to the time in line going by more quickly.

we had a very big table of 15 people, each one had a different order as well as sharable orders. Surprisingly none of our orders were wrong. A very friendly place with lovely music and authentic Egyptian food, that can be a very good option for Vegans, and vegetarians. I still can't imagine how good the food was.

Bro, it was Like walking into grandmas kitchen. Food was peak delishusness. Mind blowing chicken, lentil soup, beef and eggs… oh my days! Staff was super polite. Felt like a family run joint - my kinda jam. But I Did notice the juice maker picking his nose and serving customers after so wasn’t about to order no smoothie! We tried a lot Got some bread to go too. The bread was amazing! Def gotta go back and try the falafel and eggplant

The food was good, but nothing mind blowing. The hummus was one of the best I’ve had though. Service was lovely and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. Will be coming here again to try the other items on the menu.

Friendly atmosphere, professional service, the place is an authentic Egyptian restaurant, food is beyond delicious. The Fava bean is a hit, and the sampler platter is a must try. The owner's son is an amazing guy, so friendly, and shows true egyptian hospitality. The place is so packed with clients that I needed to wait outside in a queue, but it moves fast

This is the finest Egyptian family-owned restaurant you'll find! I've been a regular here for quite some time, and the food and service have always been consistently excellent. If it's your first visit, I strongly recommend trying the Appetizer Platter and the absolutely incredible Mind-blowing Chicken. If possible, plan your visit on weekdays to avoid the weekend rush, as there's usually a line. And remember, the Mind-blowing Chicken tends to sell out quickly, so it's best to arrive early if you want to grab this dish.
