This is a horrible place to stay. Each two bedroom suite only has ONE bathroom and the size of the total unit is much smaller than other places like Residence Inns. The toilet is snuggled against the wall and the toilet paper is 5 ft away!! The food was :"ok: but certainly not what you'd expect from 300-400 dollars per night! If you can, do not come here unless you have no issues expecting limited value for the money you spend.

Their entire staff team is very welcoming and polite and prompt in getting your needs done in no time. Highly experienced and professional. The hotel is located steps from a MiWay station just in case you don't have a car and need to use the transitway. All the rooms are equipped with kitchenette, utensils, plates, dishes, dishwasher and cutlery sets. They have housekeeping done every alternate days. They provide breakfast and it will include all things you need to satisfy your dietary needs, however I feel they should change it a bit in every weekdays. Rest all good and good hospitality. And they have 24 hr opened gym and swimming pool. They make sure to keep all rooms clean and tidy. All rooms have a big TV where you can watch any channels and add your Netflix account and remove all watched shows and history during checkout at the click of a button. Overall a cozy stay!

Rooms are outdated. The one I was in for sure. They were clean though, and had everything we needed. Rest of the hotel should be much cleaner ( hallways, laundry room, etc) but cleanliness is really lacking in those areas. Breakfast was just ok. Helped not having to go out for breakfast, but it was strict minimum. Our lifestyle makes it that we spend quit a few nights yearly in hotels and I guarantee you that your 2 biggest competitors Hi...and IH.. are very much ahead of you in that department. Overall ...ok!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was ok. The kitchen barely had enough silverware and there really isn’t any counter space. The kitchen could have been a it cleaner and some things could stand replacing. The bed was hard and the pillows terrible. We didn’t feel it met what we expect from a Marriott hotel.

First impressions: the lobby was clean, roomy, attractive. (Although the complimentary coffee was old and not hot.) The front desk receptionist had a nice smile, was chatty & friendly with us, made us laugh and feel welcome and helped us book the same room for an extra night. However, the room had a number of maintenance issues and should have been cleaned much better. The pull out couch especially had been missed in the cleaning. Staff did not offer an apology or clean it for us. The beds were comfy, though, and we did have a good sleep. Update, March 7/2023: Got in contact with the General Manager, Tanya, who greatly appreciated hearing our concerns and apologized for our experience. She welcomed us to call her next time we stay in the area. Very pleased with her diligence in returning our call.

let me give you the bad news first: There is no food nearby and the food they provide downstairs is miserable. The rooms are nice, the staff are great but I can't reasonably give a place any sort of good rating if you can't get to literally any restaurant or even a corner store by foot. I'm sorry; the hotel is a perfectly acceptable hotel (although they need to replace the cutting boards in the kitchenettes...) but it exists in a food desert.

Hotel seems to be providing the bare minimum in terms of services (this seems like a trend now, which should NOT be acceptable). Breakfast was okay but in a crowded & cramped area with very little food choices offered. Hotel appears to be starting to wear out. During the duration of my stay the pool heater was broken. For what they're charging per night, the value for money is way skewed. Otherwise the hotel is okay if it was cheaper.

So very clean, recently renovated and really friendly staff. Rooms have a modern kitchen so would be great place to stay if in the area for a while. I just stayed one night. Across from a large park. Not much within walking distance but lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

The property is conveniently situated to the Airport and the check-in process was quick and efficiently. Unfortunately that’s all the positives. Checked into room 215 for a quick 8 hr layover stay. The room was dated and worn (which I expected), but lacked any kind of cleanliness. There was hair on the toilet seat, hair on the wall next to the bathroom sink. The shower pan had pink mold and rust, evident from a lack of proper clean. I wiped the toilet seat myself but the toilet broke on first flush; the tank wouldn’t stop filling. I called front desk at 7:30pm inquiring for a room change seeing as I’ll only be in the room for a few hours and just wanted to get some sleep. Asked for any room, even a downgraded room as long as the toilet worked and the room was moderately clean. As a Gold member didn’t think that was too much to ask for. I was informed no other room was available but a technician was being sent to the room to fix the toilet. 45 minutes later no one came. Inquired with front desk again at 8:20pm and was told someone is still on their way. No one ever did came. Eventually took off the toilet tank lid to try to fix the toilet myself. Did not use the shower. Slept in my cloth due to the lack of cleanliness. I hope management address this issue important and fundamental issue.

Truely, a 2 star hotel. Water leaked into my bathroom from room from above (faulty toilet). Dirty walls. Stained sheets. Included breakfast was lackluster and repetitive (nearly the same stuff each day. They couldn't even spring for bacon). Waffles on only 1 day (would have been much happier if they kept the waffle station on the other days). I've had better stay at holiday inn express.

This hotel is all suites, so every room has a counter top 2 burner electric cooktop and most everything you need to cook and eat. The rooms have internet TV, so you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc directly on the tv. There are plenty of 120v outlets for charging your devices. I had to change room types once and the second room had some fruit fly's in it, but that is the only issue I had at this property. There is a nice courtyard on the middle of the building. I didn't go out there, but took a pic from my room. There was a bbq or two out there, I believe. There is a guest laundry facility here also. There aren't any restaurants or grocery stores within waking distance, but there are many delivery options. There is a big breakfast room, with a very friendly host in the morning. They had some small quiche one weekend day, which I enjoyed. Must of the front desk staff are cheery and helpful, but there's a grumpy one there. You'll know her by the constant scowl when you encounter her. Maybe she was just having a bad week.. The carpets were very clean, so giving this hotel a "clean sock score" of 2. The lower miner the better, as per my profile. Overall, this was a great stay, and I would stay again if in the area.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were well furnished with all kitchen appliances : oven, burner, dish washer, essential cutlery, fridge : all in good condition except coffee maker . Breakfast was tasty, kids like waffles, and as a matter of fact, i learnt their first time as to how to make waffles. I and my kids enjoyed breakfast with a cosy environment. Everybody seemed happy. I did my gym on the treadmill, there were 4 and all in good conditions and also swimming pool One thing i liked most was various access gates, i could go to my room from outside using nearest gate no 2 without passing reception. Pleasure staying in

NOTE: This review is for the government quarantine rate Pros: The rooms are exactly as they are presented in the pictures. Excellent prices (~300/night, one of the lowest for mandatory quarantine). This place is especially nicer for quarantine as you have a cute couch and kitchen. Also, you can take a free taxi to get there (Hotel will pay for it). Staff are very friendly. Cons: Just wish they would serve you bigger portions for food (I managed, but I’m 5’1 and 120 lbs). Would like more water bottles too with my meals as I don’t trust tap water. For 300/night, I kinda refuse to request additional snacks and be charged so...

As far as "airport hotels" go, this is not a good one as it is a considerable distance from the Pearson terminals, and there is no shuttle service or convenient public transit. Be prepared to spend an extra $20+ each way. Everyrhing else about this place is good though. Friendly, clean, nice rooms, lots of parking, and actually quite well located if you have a car and need to get around the Brampton-East Mississauga-Etobicoke areas.

Nice hotel with nice amenities and pleasant staff. My only suggestion is for the fitness room to be cleaned on a regular basis. It was dirty and there wasn't any spray or wipes for the equipment after using them.

Stayed here on the way to Montreal. Great service and comfortable beds. I took off a star because I found the bathroom to be a bit small compared to many other hotels. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when passing through town.

Not the fanciest TownPlace suites . The building's kinda old, but the check-in service was great. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a solid 3 stars. Some of the past reviews mentioned migrant hotel, nothing against it , but I would agree with that statement

Rooms are very clean and neat. It's spacious and comfortable too. Rooms have kitchen too which is what I was looking for. No room service here. You can grab the breakfast in the hotel lobby. You get a juice, bread, cereals and egg. There is a nice park nearby. Other than that, if you want to explore walking, this is not the place. However this is quite closer to the airport and business cengere. You might need a vehicle to go around.

Stayed only a few hours because we missed our connecting flight. It was a long walk from our room to the elevator but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's about 10 minutes from the airport.

Great location close to the airport and near my office. Rooms have been renovated with new carpet and couches. Clean, spacious and comfy rooms. Wide selection of breakfast items. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit here for work and the room rate is very reasonable.

I try to refrain from posting unfavorable reviews, but this hotel has its own way of dealing with customers, which is worth of being known about. The story. January 2023. I have booked a two-day stay with TownePlace Suites by Marriott starting January 15th. Out of two days to be spent, one is my birthday. I anticipated a good stay, or at least not a bad one, but what has followed? Upon my arrival, I have found the room to be inadequately cleaned - with dirty carpets, dirty countertops, even hallways had garbage falling out of garbage bags. I notified the front desk that I cannot stay in such conditions and I left within ten minutes of my arrival. The cancellation was done online (as well, as with the reception) following the discussion with the hotel’s staff and it clearly identified the issue causing my departure. Logically and fairly, I asked not to charge the cancellation fee, as I had to leave due to hotel’s own issues. Well, well. What has happened after is not a riddle to solve. Charged was I a one full night’s stay as per regular cancellation policy. Disappointed , I decided to raise the situation, so it can be assessed and resolved fairly based on all the facts. But there commenced the Dantes’ nine rounds of Hell. For a month or so, I have reached out with calls to Hotel Manager, but zero managers were available no matter the time of the day or day of the week, consequentially ZERO replies to my e-mails were received. I persevered and also reached out the innumerous number of times to Booking (as room was booked through Booking). Their representatives tried to break through the stone walls of TownPlaceSuites’ management, no luck there as well. Long story short, when one of Booking’s staff finally involved a manager from this hotel, the manager’s decision was to look into this and… her next decision was to disappear and never come back to this again:) I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company and I am, by now, tired of the « professionalism » TownePlace Suites endorses. Please be aware.

It looked like migrant hotel, 70%-80% guests seemed like recent migrants. My colleagues and I were on business trip, we are definitely not staying here again. - unclean rooms, stains on the bed, comforters. - old furnishing, carpets and appliances. A/C didn’t seem to work for many of us.

Both my husband and I were super impressed with this hotel. Did a park and fly. They don't have a shuttle but cover the cost of the cab, which was great especially when we got back. The room was clean, comfy beds and decent breakfast. Will be staying here when we travel again.

My stay was for 2 nights and it was outstanding! Clean, quiet room, pleasant staff and a great location. I have stayed in higher-end hotels that could not compare to my stay at TownePlace Suites. It will be my new go-to when I stay in Toronto again. Thank you!!!

Very average, the rooms are okay. The breakfast spread is very thin, hardly anything to talk about. Very few options for vegetarians. In the winter they wouldn't provide body lotion, housekeeping is only on alternate days.

  • 4/5 Arshad ali s. 9 months ago on Google
Rooms are cozy staff are courteous. Breakfast can be made a little exciting by changing or adding more options. Was little tired of eating the same stuff for 18+ days. All eatries are about a kilometer away. Good option if you don't do downtown commute. Taxi rates charge anywhere between 35 to 70 during low and peak times.

When I visit Toronto/Mississauga this hotel will be my first choice. I truly enjoyed my stay last weekend! The room was clean and tidy. The kitchenette was an added bonus. Saved on $$ by cooking my own lunch and dinner when I wasn’t out. The breakfast downstairs was great as well: no complaints on my first visit here and as mentioned it won’t be my last. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately there was no handicap accessable in the suite we requested. There is one grab bar next the shower head. My husband used his walker and rollator to compensate so he could get around. The bathroom door was very wide and that greatly assisted him getting around.

Great size room and good value for park and fly. By the way there is no shuttle to the airport you ride in a cab, and on the way back you have to get a cab back to hotel.

My family and I stayed here for our 3 day mandatory quarantine. The rooms were spacious. The building is a bit older. But everything seemed clean. Customer service was excellent. Anything we requested was delivered to our door immediately. We didn’t have a choice in terms of food selection. But it wasn’t a problem as the portions are big and the food was decent. We ended up receiving our test results within 24 hours. We checked out early and the hotel staff agreed to refund us the last night fee, which we really appreciated. This should really be the fair and normal practice of all quarantine hotels. I would highly recommend Towneplace Suites if you are looking for a quarantine hotel.

  • 5/5 Eileen R. 2 years ago on Google
Stayed here for my 3 day quarantine and the room was very spacious and nice. Could park on site and the TV has the ability to watch Netflix which is a bonus. The staff were very kind and helpful. Needed some more shampoo and I got them delivered very quickly. An issue occurred but the management staff were so nice and quick to deal with the issue that I felt very cared for. Would definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable, showers need some renovations. The apartments have a small kitchen which is very convenient but the fridge was very noisy as so the air conditioning. Staff at reception could be more helpful. Location is fine if you have a car otherwise you will be far from everything. Lots os space for parking your car. Wi-Fi was really good. The worst part is breakfast, never stayed in a hotel where breakfast was so simplistic.

Nice hotel but don’t have enough healthy options in their breakfast menu . They serve same hot breakfast everyday and none of them are good and healthy .

  • 4/5 Guy S. 2 years ago on Google
Good front desk staff. Lots of products to buy without having to go out. Clean room, good access to outside without having to pass through the lobby. Good covid protocols. Excellent free breakfast options, good fresh fruit, breads, hot items, reasonable coffee, personalize service. Good kitchenette. Reliable wifi, huge tv with lots of channels Will return to this place if needing accommodation near the airport. Good price. Next time will book direct as they guarantee lowest price. Hope you enjoy, we did.

Good location with spacious rooms. The full kitchen and BBQ makes it feel like a home away from home. The staff was outstanding. Christine handled my check in. She was very helpful and welcoming. I had a problem with the dishwasher during my stay and brought it up at check out. Mrs. Padron is a true professional and handled the situation with satisfaction. I would definitely stay here if I return to Canada.

This hotel never failed us. The hospitality, their service & everything that they do is always an extra mile. I want to commend Christine/Kristine for always providing us with an above and beyond service. These type of workers should be the benchmark in hospitality industry. Kudos!

Stopped there in the middle of the night and luckily a room was available when everyone else was fully booked or atleast that’s what they said. The room was really clean and upto the mark. It was also spacious with separate little kitchen they provided. Would definitely recommend going there. Good luck 😉

My family and I had a fabulous stay here a month ago. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs as a family. The room was spotless and newly renovated. Do not let the dated exterior fool you. If I need to stay in Toronto again, I will absolutely consider this property again.

This Mississauga TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel is located a short distance from Centennial Park. It is rated Accessible and Pet-friendly. Front desk staff are courteous and professional; be nice at a minimum and you'll get that in return. It is my first visit to this building which has studios and suites for guests, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, kitchens, and living areas with pull-out sofas. Guests are treated to a continental breakfast and free parking. There's also a small 24-hour convenience store, an indoor pool, a fitness room, a business centre and laundry facilities. I'm only here to visit 12 guests staying in four rooms for 3 nights. They agreed their rooms were nice & comfortable, however I can't speak first-hand of the experience. Just keeping my social distance with the COVID-19 situation and the safety of all. You're able to reach major highways including 401, 407 , 409 and 410. Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is less than 5 km away.

Using pandemic as an excuse for not doing housekeeping on second night of stay is ridiculous. If I have to wipe floor and make beds and take the trash out myself on second day, I would rather stay at home or better yet book somewhere else for second night so that I can get clean room at the least. Even after requesting they just came and dumped some towels on sofa, left empty bins on entrance. I dont think its a lot to ask that someone come and wipe floors, make beds, replace toilet rolls, put new towels in bathroom. Half of my second day of stay was wasted cleaning up and calling them for help. Never staying for two nights here again.

Overall the stay was great until we had an ant problem. We had ants crawling put of the bathroom they would borrow in the crevices of our table and it was just overall disgusting. We complained about it and instead of moving us rooms they brought the maintenance guy to spray for ants WHILE WE WERE IN THE UNIT. This made us nervous over being in the room with the toxic chemicals of the Ant spray so following a pest companies advice we vacated the premise for 4 hours. This was not mentioned to us by the maintenance guy. Overall lack of care of the situation and it affected what could have been a great experience.

Some areas of the hotel were messy. Not due to the cleaning staff themselves, but messes made by other people staying within the hotel. Once notified the staff took care of it. The cleanliness of the hotel was ok, there were some masks left by previous occupants that were not removed and someone had jammed forks down the sink. Initially the toilet was not working properly at all and was a bit of a concern and it seems that others were having the same issue. We got it operating and it was fine. There were some odd smells in the hallways that may have been due to cleaning products. Overall the hotel was ok. A lot of light came in through the windows so it was difficult to have the room completely dark. Interactions with the staff were pleasant.

Stayed for close to a week as the location was very convenient to our office. Staff was helpful when needed. Hotel common areas seemed to be clean when I was in them . Room was spacious with plenty of amenities for the week. Only complaint would be towards other guests around my room. Consistently loud and disruptive...

I was in Mississauga for a funeral and stayed here for only 2 days. The air conditioning wasn't working in the bedroom but a maintenance person was sent up right away. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish I had had time to check out the exercise room and pool . Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of food to choose from.

Very nice clean rooms friendly staff and in a great location to get anywhere in Toronto in little time. The only thing was some of the outlets weren't working but big deal besides that everything was excellent. Their breakfast is also great lots of options.

This hotel was nicely located closed to the airport. The room was spacious and the staff were so friendly. The hotel is big so you might have to walk a bit to get to your room but once you get the hang of it, you can pack your car to the closest entrance to your room

Nice hotel. Rooms are well laid out but breakfast was very poor. Selection of hot food was almost non existent with one choice each day I stayed.

  • 2/5 Helen H. 1 year ago on Google
This hotel promotes racism and asian hate. Service is dependent on your color. Hotel employees and managers are incredibly racist. If you are white, you get free drinks outside the normal hours and if you are asian you get yelled at for taking a couple disposable paper plates. This happened to me and my friends of different races during our same stay. My white friend wanted a milk at 10pm and the employee managed to get them a free one from the fridge in the back. It felt nice at first until I realized their look is the only reason for the good service. My asian friends took a few paper plates (no food, just 3 empty plates) to their room and the employee immediately yelled at them. After noticing the difference in service I tried asking the manager, but the managers backs up its racist employee and even said that employee is employee of the month. Well, you can get away with racist microagressions like this but that attitude will get your keisters sued sooner or later.

  • 2/5 Rhett M. 2 years ago on Google
Room was clean, kitchen accommodations were great and helpful, but their TV set up is just ridiculous. It took 3 different remotes just to be able to even watch basic TV which only sometimes decided to work. Tried to connect my ps4 with the TV as I stayed a week here, and again sometime wouldn't connect but if it did it had NO volume control. We're talking max volume only. A maintenance employee of some kind was trying to figure it out for me for over two hours before he had to give up so props to him for at least trying. The dead bolt on my room door was loose and dispite my telling front desk about it nothing was done until it slipped over the lock when I went out. Had to get the front desk to have maintenance force their way in with a small crowbar at 1130 at night. On top of all this the house keeping clearly has no regard for do not disturb notices or the privacy lock on the door. Almost every day in the morning knocking about house keeping. I specifically told them I did not want house keeping while I was staying here due to COVID but that seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. Over all not a bad stay I guess, considering the company paid for it all.

We will definitely be coming back to this location. We had originally booked 4 night stay but due to an emergency we had to leave early. The staff have been most helpful, and an employee by the name of Jyoti was able to get some of the money reimbursed! Give Jyoti a raise! Because she just secured future customers.
