I was shopping from OK BROTHER store in this mall today, a chubby and tall Asian guy was the seller. He didn’t have any customers service skills at all! I asked him for the price he was on his phone and he didn’t answer me! my mom took a cloths to look at it he yelled at her it’s on hold! My mom don’t speak english and she scared she was trying to tell him and calling me to tell me what is happening?! He was kept yelling at her! he ruined all our shopping experience in the mall! It was the worst customer service I experienced in my life and I’m so mad for the way he talked with my mom and scared her!

I've been shopping here for over 40 years. Back in the day used to be called Town & Country Mall. This has never been a first-class Mall, however, it's been great to have this place so close to where we live. I'm not sure, but I think they're just waiting to tear it down and build something huge. I'm sure that the property is worth a fortune already and its potential value is massive. In the meantime I'm grateful to have this place around which has practically everything you might need.

The mall is not too bad! There are a few brand name stores like Shoppers, No Frills, Anytime Fitness, etc. But they have a few great independent stores like a lingerie and crystal/rock store. I still have yet to explore a lot of the mall but from the stores I have been in have been just fine. Great place to go in a pinch.

Small shopping centre located in border of Toronto and Vaughan. Except the Hudson Bay and Canadian Tire and some communication companies must of the stores are unknown but you can find good stuff there. The small food Curt’s with some well known store and some unknown store make good combination for customers to have good food. This shopping centre is clean and quiet.

Has plenty of parking available. The mall is smaller than expected. Google Maps make it seem bigger. The main stores is the No Frills, Hudson Bay, Canadian Tires and Canada Computers. There is also a small food court beside the Canadian Tires. There is a Dollarama, a Miniso... Etc. Real crowded and busy.

The location is great but the mall needs new and improved brands and stores to attract more people.

What a disappointment from years ago. Junky stores, junky food and as you get closer to No Frills in the mall, the stink of food, fried food I think, is so disgusting I had to turn around and run the other way. I used to go in that mall all the time, my husband and I went to weight watchers there. It was so nice and homey and the upscale stores were great. Why and who changes these malls into disaster zones. I certainly hope it's not the builders who want to tear down these malls so they can put up their tiny box sized condos and line their pockets so they can build their monster home to live in.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to CenterPoint Mall! The variety of shops and stores catered to all my needs. The mall is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the stores were friendly and helpful. Whether I was shopping for clothing, electronics, or grabbing a quick bite, CenterPoint Mall had it all. A great shopping destination with a diverse selection of stores and a pleasant ambiance.

It is quite a large mall with plenty of parking spaces. It's home to Canadian Tire, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Canada Computers, Hudson's Bay and local shops. The food court is clean and is suitable for a quick bite. You can choose from famous chains such as McDonalds, Taco Bell, Tim Hortons, Jimmy the Greek, and also local restaurants such as Shater Abbas.

It's a smaller indoor mall. Most of the shops are still open during covid with seating restrictions at the food area. Tim Hortons must be happy that McDonalds closed their place. Clean washrooms with 1 large family washroom, which I use all the time during covid. I like the convenient entrance to 4 big box stores from inside the mall during non-covid times. However, the No Frills opens their mall entrance at 11 am. There is plenty of outside parking and convenient TTC stops at Yonge and Steeles.

Very convenient mall for everyone living in north york for everyday essentials No frills, dollarama and Canadian tire are the anchor tenants. The mall has become a location for a lot of homeless people in the are to go to and as a result isn’t the most comfortable to visit. Other than that the property will be redeveloped in the near future so it will be knocked down for numerous towers to go up.

Lots of good deals inside! "The Lab Salon" is an amazing haircut place! I also buy my kids' backpacks and luggages in the "elegant bag", great deals and lots of variety! My mother shops there all the time. There is something for everyone!

Didn't shop at the mall, but did dine at PickelBarrel. Always liked the smoked meat sandwiches, but since covid, portions have got smaller and prices higher. Service is good, staff is friendly and efficient.

Mostly made up of random little independent retailers, rather than the big name stores you'd expect at a mall. Convenient for running errands since there is a grocery store, gym, and department store. However, it's a mediocre mall if you're looking to shop, browse for entertainment, or to kill time. There aren't a lot of stores worth going into.

Mediocre mall that's always a bit filthy, semi empty and always undergoing some kind of anchor tenant change. But at the same time there's always parking and they've got a good dollar store, beer store and Canada Computers, so it's handy.

Probably one of the most low-key and underrated malls. Compare to Bridlewood mall or Woodside Mall in Scarborough. Lots of independent stores but good anchor tenants like Canadian Tire, HBC, Dollarama, the Source and No Frills. Food court is decent (they lost the McDonald's). But there is a Tim's, Mr. Greek, KFC/Taco Bell, and Thai Express. Oh! And Jollibee, Pickle Barrel, and Congee Queen - like I said, underrated.

This is an amazing neighborhood mall because of the types of stores that are necessary for us locals, including Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart, Beer Store, and No Frills. There is a food court and a few good restaurants such as Congee Queen. It is unfortunate that such a high traffic mall that serves a real need in this busy community will be replaced with residential condominiums. Overall, I am not opposed to high density development but only if it is accompanied with solid planning and replacement of existing services and retail. Perhaps there are plans to include large scale retail at the base of some of the condominium buildings, but I have not seen from the massing studies anything that looks like a small retail precinct within this proposed development, or the indication of the provision of multiple-storeyed retail within the podiums of the very tall towers. The proposed central park is a good start, but the new development looks more like a housing estate than a master planned community at this moment in time.

The food court seems to be the focal point of the mall, lots of traffic to and from it. The variety of shops is limited and left a lot to be desired. Having no frills and Canadian Tire in the vicinity is also a bonus. Overall, it's a tidy and clean mall to spend an hour walking in the winter time and parking lot can be used to hop on TTC after parking your car.

Considering this place is gonna get bulldozed soon, it's still super lively. Since the big-name tenants are slowly ending their leases, you can find some rather wacky and unique stores taking on presumably super discounted leases. The shop that replaced Gamestop sells BEADS. That's AWESOME. That aside it's a very small mall, apart from the Dollarama, Canada Computers, No Frills, The Bay, Canadian Tire and food court, you're unlikely to find much else you'll go to.

It's OK. I had bicycle parts stolen from this place. That made me dislike CenterPoint :(. The mall is nice and small, and the food court had good options IMO. The shops are pretty much everything you need and it's convenient where I live. When I had parts off of my bike stolen, I had locked it underneath a camera, and it was on the Canada Computers and Electronics side facing Yonge St. However, mall security was unable to use any footage to aid my situation because of the quality of the footage, they could not see what was happening, etc... I was extremely disapointed and I would give this place 1 star but, before my bike's parts got stolen, I would give it 4-5 stars.

I find this mall is more focus on seniors compared to a universal customer based. Maybe because there's alot of seniors in the area, and most seniors want to get out the house. I say go all out for the seniors then. The senior population don't get enough respect or credit for what they have contributed to society. Their contribution is what made our life easier. So, I say thank you.

The mall is located at an accessible intersection in Yonge street with a number of useful low budget retail stores in it. But don’t expect any luxury brand material if thats what you’re looking for. There lots of parking space, no frills for groceries and a huge Canada computers store if you’re into tech. The only negative that comes to mind is the strong asian food smell when you walk into the food court zone which is right at the entrance of the mall. It was there when I landed in Canada and I guess it will be there for another 10 years (!?)

  • 4/5 Joe G. 2 years ago on Google
It's my neighbourhood Mall with No Frills for grocery, Canadian Tire for most of.your other household needs, Dollarama to cut costs of the previously mentioned retailers and now Canada Computers is occupying the department store at the north end of the north south hall but due to the PANDEMIC I.havent had the opportunity to see how they've done in tbier endeavour to become a big box retailerbut I'm sure they'll make a success of it being a strong competitor in that sector.of retailers. I prefer them to best buy because of the sales staff who seem to be much more knowledgeable answering inquiries but I would give them a longer grade or rating with interpersonal skills with a coldness that may prevent returning customers with those who lack confidence.

First time visiting here since maybe 2018. The has been revamped and looks great compared to what I remember it looking like back then. Has a nice big shoppers, several everyday needs stores and a Hudson Bay and Canadian tire attached to it. There's even a no frills in the back. There is a food court and other food/beverage places through out the mall. I definitely would recommend visiting, where as before I avoided the mall.

My experience at the Pickle Barrel Restaurant at Centrepoint Mall July 9th, 2022. Rate the Restaurant "DO NOT RETURN" . The Menu is in adequate compared to the Pickle Barrel Menu 2 years ago. I ordered a lettuce wrap (shareable) and it was delivered with 3 lettuce leaves and when I asked to 2 more lettuce leaves I was told that it would cost me $2 more. The croutons that was delivered with the meal were stale. I did not bother asking for a replacement given the attitude of management. The waitress had to check everything with management and was not knowledgeable. I rate this restaurant 'DO NOT RETURN".

It might not have the best flagship stores like Yorkdale, or the size, it has it’s own value as a local place. This is pretty much a place you go to that isn’t famous, but it’s OUR mall, as a Newtonbrook community. I really wish they reduced the parking lots and built more pedestrian acess into transit and the neighbourhood

Only few brand name stores can be found here. Mostly for everyday stuff like groceries and take out foods. I specifically go here because of tech stuff stores like Canada computers, Best Buy mobile and The Source. EB Games is the latest store that closed. Although the area is in a convenient location, the place is small so it isn't recommended for adventurers.

I wouldn’t call it a “mall”, more like a collection of random stores that connect inside a building lol. Has a weird “airport” kinda feel to it. Also the Canadian Tire entrance is in the food court, so the food court has that Canadian Tire smell.

The food court is probably the highlight of the entire mall, it has a pretty good selection of food to choose from. (Jimmy the Greek, Thai Express, Tim Hortons etc.) However, I can't say the same for the actual mall because there isn't much to do or many stores which are worth going into and shopping.

Very basic mall. The Bay in the Centerpoint mall is the smallest and most limited branch in my opinion. Canada Computers and NoFrills are good. Other stores in the mall are not anything special. The food court is also meh.

This mall has been there forever I remember when it used to be Town and country mall. And now your going to tear down the mall for 18 condos, that's ridiculous! People need stores especially grocery stores. Doesn't Toronto have enough stupid condos? I hope the people of the area protest this when they find out.

Only a few big name retailers here (Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart, Fido and Game Stop). It helps that No Frills and a standard food court are here. Mostly boutique shops that are not my cup of tea. Congee Queen is here too. Would be better if they had a GAP and Reitmans store. - Very old school shopping centre. - An updated Pickle Barrel and a couple of the major Banks are also here. And a Dollar Store. It's not bad as a dining destination / lottery / coffee / for killing some time.

Great moving company. They were on time to pick up the items. Very professional and took care. They delivered everything without causing damage. Highly recommend them. This is the second time I have used them. The first time they moved my items from the basement to first and second floor of the house as I was doing major renovations

Better selection than in the past with all those new stores. Not complaining about the other small stores as I would like them to have a place to sit in while all the big chainstores occupy the bigger malls. It gives an alternative selection for ppl with different needs. However, still would like the mall to have more excitement while there ain't any shopping places nearby. Closest one would be Fairview Mall. Then some strip malls near Bathurst.

I love this small mall. Really nice to just go and take a walk.. and most shops are locally owned by small bussiness.. so if you looking for brand names this is NOT for you.

Centerpoint Mall is alright. It seems like they have all the basics covered. There's a grocery store, bank, small food court. There's a Northern Reflections in case you need a rugby shirt from 1989... there's also a shopper's drug mart. The food court is full of teens during the lunch hour, which is good for business but some of them are seriously annoying. The food court is also full of geriatrics and they can be annoying too! All in all a reasonable place to go.

Too many clothing stores, no movie theater, and little reason to be there, is what you'll find at this location. Have a reason to visit The Bay? You'd be one of only a handful of shoppers that would be saying "yes" to that query. Don't have a handy Dollary near your home? You'd be one of only a handful of shoppers saying "yes" to that query. In desperate need of mediocre food court comestibles? You'd be one of only a handful of shoppers saying "yes" to that query. Need we continue with this drudgery dear reader? This mall could go away and you'd be just fine. Stay home, be happier.

I love this mall, me and my family really enjoyed this mall. But i think there's one store that's missing in this mall and that is Hot Topic. I really think that if this mall have Hot Topic it'll fr be great.
