👍👍 Great Korean fusion food. The Ssam is AWESOME! I want to go there again tomorrow just for this. The Apple soju is really nice too. It’s like juice but nice. Only thing is, this place is little bit pricy for tapas. You need to order 3-4 tapas for two people to share. Soju was $20 for a bottle. I forg... Mezu is a great fusion Korean tapas place. It’s especially great for groups because the whole menu is easily shareable - family style. Even when we went as a couple, it was great to share a few dishes, and leave feeling really full. The food is well cooked, creative enough, and really delicious. I have generally liked the charcoal fish and chips and their chicken. We have been twice now though over a span of time, and the menu didn’t widely change. So, it would be great if there was more of a switch up at some point. The space is large, with a nice patio, and plenty of natural light from plenty of surrounding windows. The kitchen is open concept and you can see into their creative little world over every bite you take. The servers are super nice, and pace of service was perfect.

Only thing is, this place is little bit pricy for tapas. You need to order 3-4 tapas for two people to share. Soju was $20 for a bottle. I forgot to take a picture of the menu. There are not many dishes available, but a lot of choices of drinks.

Incredible tapas bar. Inventive food combinations and friendly service. We had the octopus, squid ink haddock, albacore tuna and grilled mackerel (catch of the day).

We were walking around for some food and came across Mezu! What a great atmosphere, great music, great service and perfect seat in front of the kitchen! Would recommend for a friends night, but even better- date night!

Lovely spot with very delicious food and great service! We called ahead on a Saturday night to make sure there were seats, ended up with fantastic bar seats facing the kitchen directly and seeing all the food bring prepared. The restaurant filled up quick after we got in ~730! Server was very helpful. We were hungry and got 5 plates in total (3 smaller, 2 bigger), and an ice cream to share between the 2 of us, and were very satisfied. Loved the smelts. Cocktails were spot-on too. Will definitely come back!!

This is my go to when I’m craving comfort, powerful flavours and a happy, buzzy, convivial vibe. It’s my go to period actually. Modern yet authentic, food eaten as we Koreans love to- shared and with friends and family. Tapas style sharing plates make it easy to order pretty much the whole menu which you will do anyway because everything is just that tasty and moreish. The sweet, sour, salty, tangy, umami feels the food here gives you doesn’t allow me to compare it to anywhere else. It’s a Korean touch of home jazzed up with refined cookery, technique and fresh personality. Try the ssam or pork belly in kale wrap with homemade gochujang and chimmichuri sauce, the yukhae or beef tartare with house-made seaweed crackers, their signature grilled octopus, cured tuna, to die for brussel sprouts and gaji or eggplant with white miso. Actually get it all. The whole menu. Bring a friend or two and do not forget to invite the cocktails and soju as well. It all goes down like a proper Korean party the way it’s supposed to be.

Great Korean wine bar. All the food that we ordered was top notch and so was the service. The only cons were that they don't offer hot drinks and the only thing they had available for dessert was ice cream / sherbet / sorbet. The ice cream / sorbet flavours were cool though - Honey Lavender and Lemon Ginger (flavours probably vary depending on the day). Both were delicious.

We Loved it!! Great fusion korean food, hip ambiance, and great attentive service. Our fav dishes were ... 1- The eggplant and 2- The brussel sprout (although am not very fan of it but it was good).
