Very disappointed ☹️ with food quality and service, the waiters are just wants the best rate of tips but not functioning well, potatoes were not cooked well was half raw inside, and the eggs burned, stake was dried was like a cardboard, common your charging market rate for all your servings but why not deliver good quality of food ?? there was not pleasant welcoming we waited too long to get our food meanwhile there are no interaction between waiters and us ..! French toast came at the end just before I pay for the food and the waiter was telling me “it’s ok you can take home I’ll bring a box” 😳 because he forgot my order, no maple syrup on the table no butter no jam totally upset and my appetite is already gone by the time they served me, I understand it’s a busy spot but same time your service and servings has to be good and quality.

Ordered the 3 eggs with meat. (3 eggs anyways you want them, sausage (or bacon), toast, and home fries. Combo doesn't come with coffee. Ample parking on weekday mornings. Always love the potatoes with my breakfast. Peameal bacon is just another type of ham

I’m happy to be reviewer 3074…great experience here and I drove across the city to meet with some friends who have raved about this place for years. The interaction with the staff was fantastic, very enthusiastic and genuinely happy to have us. I know it’s breakfast but it was flawless. Will definitely return. Management should be recognized for running such an amazing place considering the labor pressures at the moment, your staff made this a great experience.

First time in 12 years I felt this place is losing its standards. Markham station is know for quick service , good breakfast for a decent price . Last time I visited the service was slow and sausages were fried. Today it was slower, coffee refills were asked only when we recieved the bill.. sunny side eggs were hard , probably left in the pass for long . Fried sausages , no jams for toast. Just paid the bill after eating and left. . Has the management changed? Not sure

Another long time favourite, I've probably been coming here on and off for the better part of 20+ years now, and at least 1 waitress is still there! They've been able to still maintain a really reasonably priced menu and open super late for those after party bites. Best of all, the food is actually quite good and comforting. Typical go to items include: appetizer platters, all day breakfast, and fajitas! I give them 8.5/10!

I came here for dinner and I had a Spanish omelet and the server siman was excellent as she gave the best customer service. I ordered an egg white omelet except they made a regular 6 Siman was very helpful and took it back and had it remade. I was also told the last time I was here that I couldn't add anything to already made omelets except Siman reassured me that yes, they were able to do this. I very much appreciate all the kindness and good service that she has given to me. Thank you so much Siman 💓

Excellent Service Was Always Attended To While We Dined In. They're Family Friendly Aswell They Gave Kids A Activity Paper With Crayons On The Paper Has A Kids Menu & Also Provided Highchairs For The Toddlers. Patient And Kind Servers Our Brunch Was Delicious Thank you !

Food was great honestly, even though my potatoes were quite cold. They are open 24 Hours which is great.

Going to Markham Station was not the first time I had ever had brunch. Pancakes with Maple syrup, Sausages, scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious. The Potato fries were not soggy, but firm almost like what toasted mash potato would taste like. The scrambled eggs were all made perfectly without any extra yolk guzzling out. The Pancakes were also quite tasty. The staff were all really polite and helpful. The restaurant itself also gives off a nice ambience. They strictly followed the Covid protocols and checked vaccination proof of every customer. If you are in a rush or when you need time to chat with your friends, I recommend coming here for whole day breakfast at Markham Station Restaurant.

Every dish we ordered tasted perfect and fresh. Our waiter was also extremely friendly and helpful. They also don't price gouge their customers here and the portions are filling. This was our first time here but it won't be our last. Kind of reminds me of Denny's but way better!!! This place is AWESOME!!!

Ordered a burger and wings…. Paid close to $50… Markham station is extremely overpriced for poor food quality and awful shoestring fries (Shame on you guys for using the worst fries you could find on the planet to serve with your food!) Also, I was charged for a wing combo when I didn’t ask for one (unfortunately I realized after paying)! Wings were dryyyyyyy…. Burger was decent.

I LOVED when they had the chicken sausage, however I found out today when I went, that they no longer have it. That sucks! Lol... Overall, the service was good and the food was great. Love the coffee refills. Only thing I didn't like (outside of the chicken sausage situation) was that we were seated close to the door and I was really cold. Still love this place tho!!!

Come for the famous breakfast special before 11:00 am. Very good portion with reasonable price. The restaurant has many seating and the service is good. Our table server Jean is so friendly and provides excellent service. Sure will come back for dinner.

The high light by far was the staff. Finally stopped by for the first time after passing by so many times, around 10am. Super packed! But we were seated promptly, and servers were sweet and attentive. Food was standard breakfast fare, nothing special. French toast was adequate at best, since it's usually an item that makes or breaks your visit anywhere. Roasted potatoes were amazing! There are chicken sausage aside from the standard pork, which is a pretty unique and welcome substitute for those with dietary restrictions.

1. The food was good and order was quickly received and brought to table. 2. Staff were welcoming.. One of the good breakfast places in town. 3. There was a bit of waiting. COVID vaccine passport (Second Dose Vaccine Receipt) is mandatory. 4. Options of food was less but I would say I plate will suffice. 5. A bit pricey. The complex has ample parking spots.

Last Saturday night, I ordered a 6 oz. New York Striploin, medium w/fries and a side order of garlic bread. Overall, the steak was decently good. Fries were crisp, cooked well and the garlic bread was soft and delicious. Steak was $21.99. The diner table I sat in was decently clean.

I had a great breakfast here. I had the breakfast special, which was three eggs, bacon, home fries, and two pieces of toast. ($8.99 which has gone up, but understandable with the cost of groceries and fuel prices) The place is clean, the service is excellent and friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Great 24/7 local restaurant, amazing atmosphere when you want to gather with your family & friends. Food is delicious and flavourful, from pasta, pizzas, steaks and the list goes on ! 😀prices are affordable, you honestly get what you pay for. Customer service by the friendly ladies is remarkable ! Nothing much to say..only went because I have been hearing about it for years..Food was good..you really can't spoil breakfast food..the servings are HUGE we couldn't finish our meals..seems like we were rushed ..

Good food but very slow service our waitress never came back after serving the food not even to ask how the food is as most wait staff do. When we finished eating still didn't show up so after 30 more minutes had passed we flagged down another waitress. Also they were letting a lot of people in with no masks which was very nerve wracking. And some staff weren't wearing their masks properly or weren't wearing them at all

Alright I’m going to ask you guys your opinions. I think some of my thoughts may be subjective and I by no means want to bash this place due to my own personal issues. So we ordered three (four) dishes. Steak and fries, med rare, a cheese burger, steak and ceasar was a correction of for penne polo I sent back. The pasta was very over cooked even though I asked for Al dente- which my server thought meant well done I said no the opposite. I got it “well done” I sent it back and ordered the steak and Caesar the dressing was ok but it was a lot of hard ends as you can see. I asked for rare steak which in my opinion I received blu.. I usually asked for med rare but my brother in law asked for that I received well done. Shredded cheese on a burger and over done fries for my sister. Overall I’m not impressed in the slightest, however we didn’t order “diner” menu opinions and I don’t expect them to be out of this world. Three stars is grace because I’ve heard great things about their breakfast that I have yet to try… so order that is my advice.

Kinda of disappointed with their Egg Benny Florentine as it was cold… their pouched eggs was super tiny compare to before. We love their home fries but this time it was undercooked. Kids meal for only $6.49 (2 pancake & 2 slice of bacon) really good deal. Pancake wasn’t that special but for that price you can’t complain. They opened up a new location in Richmond Hill…

Our waitress was the absolute best! I wish I could remember her name, but she had a white bob-style haircut. She made sure that we had drinks while we were waiting for our other guests to arrive and she took their order for drinks the minute they walked into the restaurant so they had their drinks by the time they got comfortable in their seats. She got our order 100% right and checked on us just the right amount of times - not too much or not too little. The breakfast was delicious - made to order and tea and coffee was always replenished! I've missed going to Markham Station during the Covid lockdown and getting to go for my Birthday breakfast was a special treat! They've changed the decor and made it covid friendly in a very stylish way, love it! Thank you for the great service!!!

The staff were so kind and accommodating, they really gave us an amazing experience! We asked them what 2 items they would recommend from their menu, and they gave us a breakfast option as well as an entree. Their breakfast suggestion was their classic Super Breakfast, which consists of 3 eggs, 3 slices of French toast, 3 strips of pork bacon, and 3 sausages! (This is one of my go-to’s tbh.. such a classic, and so good!!!). I actually usually get it with pancakes, but I am so glad I got it with the French toast this time, it just elevated the dish so much better!! The second item they recommended definitely stole the show though - their Chicken and Steak Sizzling Fajitas!!! Their presentation alone got us mesmerized, they brought it on on a sizzling hot cast iron plate, and also gave us a side of cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream with some tortillas! I’ve never actually had a fajita before, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the second I bit into it, I was in love 😍 We both were absolutely obsessed with the Sizzling Fajitas, we loved the presentation, that we could assemble it ourselves, and the flavour was just outta this world!! But I can never turn my back on the good ok’ Super Breakfast, she’s just such a classic, and hits every spot just right!

First time here, eggs and potatoes are good, gd coffee too. One important thing the owner to look at to is the pancakes, so hard , dry tastes bland. Attendents are professional. Overall an OK experience.

This is my first order at this restaurant. I ordered plain Pancakes with Maple syrup and butter on the side. For me I didn't like the smell and the look at all. Most of the pancakes have a black issues from the grill in the middle. The strong bad egg smell came out the box when I opened it. I don't know actually about other dishes taste but Pancakes here are not Recommended.

First time at Markham Station. Finally I’m here!! I have always wanted to try it out since it is a such an iconic spot in Scarborough. Weekday lunch time, the place was like 30% full. We sat near the window. The menu is quite extensive and we decided to get a sandwich, a burger and a breakfast. The food was decent, price is reasonable, environment is clean and neat. Service was also on par. Everything was within expectation. Didn’t wow or disappoint. I think as a 24-hour spot, it’s quite good.

First time here with my girlfriend. It is a chill and cozy place to eat and have coffee. They have 24/7 breakfast, which is great. They have huge portions for decent prices. Will come back again to try their other food. 💯

Great place for affordable breakfast. My partner and I ordered one plate of breakfast for $16 and we both shared it. We are content with the food. It's a pretty typical diner place. We loved the home fries!

Markham Station serves very yummy food. The best food there in my opinion is the Early Train. It's cheap, It's great, but It's only served 6 - 11 AM. The only bad thing I could say is that if you sit in a corner, the servers don't come often for coffee refill, ordering, etc. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Ordered the eggs Florentine, with a hot chocolate. The dish is really good, on the rich side for sure. Lots of other items to try on the menu for next time!
