Today I had a horrible experience with Dr. Humna Amjad. She is extremely rude. She says ‘I don’t know ‘ for everything. I asked her if my neck pain is due to wrong sleeping posture and she responded saying ‘I am not a pillow specialist’. I was taken aback by this response and her behaviour. I kept my calm, thanked her for her time and left the place. She should learn how to communicate with the patient. I have had consultation with the different doctor in the past and my experience was good.

I needed a walk-in appointment so I decided to give this place a try. I interacted with 3 doctors there, one which was helpful and seemed to care about my issue. The other two were fine, but rushed through the appointments. My issue is with the clinic itself. They will charge you a fee for just about anything they can. I have never been charged to receive a referral, but here they tried to charge me for one. I feel like they care more about collecting money then trying to help people. Also good luck trying to get a call through, they only seem to respond via email.

I have been calling up the clinic for the past week, trying to book an appointment with my family doctor. I have never gotten through to anyone over phone, nor have I received a call back from the clinic. It is truly disappointing that I am unable to book a phone appointment with my own family doctor. The doctors and nurses here are great, but the receptionists at Integra are unprofessional and really make me regret signing up with a family doctor at this facility.

What a great clinic ! This place doesn’t feel or look like your typical doctors office , it is so aesthetically pleasing and welcoming . I had the chance to use their walk-in doctor services and I was thoroughly impressed by the service i received. The doctor took the time to address my needs and I never felt rushed like other walk-in clinics . I’ve also had a chance to try some of their skin lab services they offer at this location and I was thoroughly impressed . They have a lot of state of the art equipment that I’ve never utilized before, they produced such great results after just a couple of sessions . Highly recommend this clinic and the services they offer and the path location is super convenient .

More beauty bar than walk-in clinic. I was greeted by ads for all kinds of health/beauty treatments - but when I asked to see the doctor, the receptionist looked startled, like no one had ever requested that before. She then explained that there was no doctor on duty. Apparently, the doctor was sick and the clinic hadn't bothered to arrange for a backup. The receptionist didn't apologize for the inconvenience or refer me to another nearby clinic. Nope. She just shrugged. I have symptoms of pneumonia and had to drag myself here, but she didn't seem to care. And, further to this insanity, the receptionist said that they see patients "by appointment only", yet they list themselves as a walk-in clinic!! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Integra Health was wonderful... Despite all my efforts, I could not get rid of my neck pain. I scheduled an appointment with Integra Health based on a recommendation from a friend. I have never made a better decision in my life! I was very impressed with the staff at the clinic and with the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Sapna, Thank you!

I have been visiting the Commerce Court location as part of their new Integra Skin Lab. It's very well organized and has a very knowledgeable staff in a low-pressure environment. I am already pleased with the results.

I want to quickly share how Dr. Sapna and the Integra Team have helped us over the years. Both my wife and I have come in with various injuries (usually the knee and shoulder) in that time and been given comprehensive treatment leading to full recovery. Yet when Sapna insisted I would be able to run again after my recent Achilles' tear, I was skeptical. But after several months, I am now in virtually full recovery, lifting and running every day, and feeling new found confidence. Thank you!

Was able to get a walk-in appointment that day and it is easy to get to, right in king street. Went to get a prescription for a RMT and it cost 45 dollars to print out..

The two times that I have gone to Integra Health Centre have been both a negative experience. When I had booked a appointment online the first time I had gone in and taking in that i have a few health issues and just wanted to make sure i was touching every point on my health. The doctor that I had given me the energy that any questions I had asked about. my health had been to "annoying" for me to ask and in return made me feel very rushed and not cared for. When I had asked her for a prescription for my birth control and other prescriptions, the moment i got to shoppers we had to call them due to her forgetting my prescription which had to be sent over. already, going into my doctors appointment and feeling rushed when there was no other patients outside and forgetting my prescription is very concerning. Today, the second time I had gone in and hoping that it would be a better experience the moment that I got to the front desk I had entered with a warm welcome and without asking how i one of the girls had immediately said " You need to talk to her" already taken back by the unwelcome I had not wanted to even be there. I had seen a doctor to get my shot and she did not even ask me how I was doing or in a time like now with everything going on in the world had made me feel not cared for in any way. Again, I had felt rushed and when asking if the city would be closing down she had responded as if that was the hardest question of her day. I am not understanding why the people that work here are so unhappy with their patients or if they are just unhappy with their lives but for people that are getting into a field like this you can't make people feel rushed or forget the prescriptions that they had specifically came in to get or make them feel like the questions that someone is asking is too much for them to answer.

Please do not book any form of appointments with Integra health ( any location whatever). They are the most incompetent and unprofessional set of people you’d come across! If you want to maintain your health and sanity I suggest trying somewhere else. They have two locations and when you book an appointment they don’t give you the location in your appointment confirmation email and allow you play guessing game with the actual location. When you finally figure out the correct location after going to the wrong one they decide not to attend to you.

I booked an appointment online to see a doctor. I got an email saying someone would be in touch. Nobody got in touch. So I called to follow up and they told me that you can't book appointments online with doctors (even though it's literally an option on their website - I can and I did) and that they were booked today so they couldn't get me in. They advised that they wouldn't be able to get me in with a doctor for 1-2 weeks (so is it a walk-in or not?). Absolutely pointless online booking system. Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone either. A disorganized, inefficient mess.

Staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped correct my posture and my back pain has disappeared. I've recommended my wife to go for her knee pain and she is very happy with the results. Will be back thank you Integra Health team.

Horrible experience, rude and nonchalant receptionists and uncaring doctors. Dealing with them and requesting the bare minimum is like pulling. Stay away from this practice!

I have been with the same GP for 35 years. I was truly never happy or satisfied and many times left my appointments frustrated and uncared for. After having my initial consultation and my first official appointment, I finally feel listened to and taken care of. Dr. Polsinello is wonderful, empathetic, organized, knowledgeable and “on it”. I had no idea what having an amazing physician is like. This time I left my appointment in tears of joy. Elaine

For my very first appointment I was 15 minutes late as I went to the wrong branch location initially. I rescheduled my appointment for TB testing and I was told to email the management in regards to the penalty fee I was asked to pay for being late. Before my rescheduled appointment I emailed the management three times giving an explanation for being late but I didn't get any reply. My TB testing was supposed to be a two appointment test, the second one being 48 hours later exactly. When I attended for the first step appointment on the Friday, I was told TB testing could not be done as the clinic is closed on Sunday. My doctor at the time, Dr.Weste showed no empathy or for my situation and didn't apologies for the mix up on their end. On my way out of the appointment, the front desk made me pay the late fee from the previous visit as the management hadn't replied back to me. I was left very disappointed with my experience with Integra Health Centre.

Had a very bad and disappointing experience recently. I had a knife cut on my hand and I asked for a in person walk in appointment through email. The staff advised only phone appointment is available but told me I can always take photos and share with the doctor. Once I sent over photos, I had to wait for a few days for a doctor Weste to call. Today when the doctor called, it sounded like she didn’t even know about the photos. Within 1 minute, the only thing doctor said was she cannot help , I have to go see a doctor in person. When I asked about the photos of my hand, she said the photos cannot tell her anything and she cannot help. The whole appointment last 2 minutes. This totally is a waste of my time to wait for the phone appointment. The doctor could have just passed on a message through staff to tell me I need to see a doctor in person and cancel this useless phone appointment. The 2 minutes conversation with her has absolutely no value at all. I had to try really hard to not to be angry on the phone and question what’s the point to even make this call. It really makes me believe it’s a way for the clinic to just get money from OHIP. This clinic also has doctors accepting new patients if they need family doctor. After this experience, I would strongly recommend against trusting the people there to actually care about patients.

I've had mixed experiences at this doctor's office. While I appreciate that the doctors are not as consistently late as some other clinics, there have been instances of tardiness. The majority of the front desk staff are generally kind and passionate, which is a positive aspect. Some of doctors I've seen before and found them super helpful are not there any more. I must express my disappointment with some of the doctors. I found them lacking in empathy, displaying a very cold and business-like demeanor. They seemed rushed during appointments, spending only about 10 minutes before becoming noticeably nervous and unkind. What concerned me the most was that one doctor admitted to not knowing what to prescribe, and another suggested going to the emergency room for a routine blood work request. If a patient is late or needs to reschedule, they incur charges, but when the office is late or cancels appointments, there are no repercussions. This inconsistency in handling lateness and cancellations leaves much to be desired in terms of fairness. I believe it is incorrectly called "Walk-in clinic" as I doubt anyone can just walk-in any more as they're booked most of the time. Another concerning aspect is the working conditions for the receptionists. They appear to be in cramped quarters with little to no personal space or privacy. This not only impacts the well-being of the staff but also raises questions about confidentiality and comfort for patients seeking assistance at the front desk. This was particularly obvious during COVID times.

I was able to quickly and easily book appointments to see doctors and chiropractors at Integra. The chiropractors helped me with my back pain that I was having. I’ve also gone here to see RMTs and it’s always been a great experience! Their online booking is also very convenient.

They are providing really disappointing medical services, I called them many times regarding my concerns and no one got back to me, even after multiple appointments with doctors, specially Dr. Stacy Burton, I don't know from where these 5 star ratings are coming but I'm pretty sure these are the doctors with a big smile on their website looking to make the most amount of money, that's all it is. (Dr. Stacy Burtons patient feedback is attached below)

I had an appointment at 11: 40 for which I was late - I arrived at 11:57. I needed my prescription to be reviewed by one of their walk in doctors, which is a quick 10 minute walk in affair. The receptionist informed me that there is a 10 minute grace period, but anything past that point is basically subject to late fees - so I was 7 minutes out of luck. Understanding that she is merely doing as asked, I informed her that I was trying to get a hold of the clinic to inform them of my delay, but given that all their lines are busy (which she readily acknowledged), I was only given a call back option by their phone system. She then asked me to wait to see if the Dr. can still see me, and after 10 mins or so of mucking about informed me that the Dr. no longer can. Not only that , she proceeds to inform me that the Dr. has explicitly requested that before I can book anything with her, I must pay the late fees. I requested that she waive it considering that I was making an effort to contact them, and did show up above all, even though a little late. There are many reasons for which this visit should be rated 0 stars. But the reason that bothers me the most is this - the conduct of the professionals here, is not in the interest of their patients, but rather in the interest of profit margins for their owners. Mind you, speaking of being on time, not once have any of their doctors showed up within even 15 minutes of their appointment time, there is always a wait before you get to finally see one. Problem is, this place seems to think that this hypocrisy is ok - a walk in Dr.'s time is way more important that the patient's obviously. The patients, they have no choice, of course they will wait. Well I got news. Its time this clinic and its professionals give the Hippocratic oath a try, instead of the hypocritical one.

I am so glad I found this clinic. I needed to see a doctor and did not have a family doctor at the time. I was very well taken care of by everyone at the clinic, from the receptionist, to the nurses, phlebotomists, doctor. The facility is always spotless, and this is one of the rare clinics in Toronto that respects your appointment time (no need for you to wait if you booked an appointment). the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.

I emailed Integra out of the blue about making an appointment and heard back within a few hours, making an appointment for the next morning! When I arrived the reception staff were friendly, and I was in an exam room right at my appointment time. Dr. Sum arrived about ten minutes later. Dr. Sum was a good listener, asked me lots of questions, and I felt that he left space for me to give more information as I wanted to. Plus the in-house lab was so convenient and Christine was also very friendly and gentle while taking my blood. Will definitely be back!

Dr. Anjorie Pasricha was great! Efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Addressed all of my concerns. They even did my blood work immediately in the same clinic. Only draw back was the booking process, which was clunky. But the appointment itself was very smooth!

I've had nothing but excellent experiences at Integra so far. Dr. Sapna has treated me for various ailments and injuries over the years and I've always left her care feeling marked improvements. She's gotten me back to playing sports expeditiously and efficiently and I'm very grateful for that. Have also had very positive, friendly interactions with the front desk staff. Highly recommend!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM. I've had 2 appointments here, and on the 1st one the doctor was 30+ minutes late, and on the 2nd I waited over an hour and he still didn't show up so I finally had to leave. The receptionists are trash - good luck trying to get a straight answer out of them for ANYTHING and never follow up with you even if they promise to. Tbh probably will make a corporate complaint

The doctors are fine here… although they’re frequently late to appointments. But the admin people/receptionists are mind bogglingly incompetent. Especially the one called Mithun. They don’t answer the phone, they take weeks to even make an appointment if you try to do it by email, (they take days to reply and then just ghost you without confirming anything), fail to record appointments even when you manage to make one so when you show up/call in, the doctor isn’t available, never send requisitions unless you chase them and ask for them repeatedly. These lazy incompetent people are putting patients’ health at risk and there’s no accountability. If you complain, they send angry threatening emails back. Terrible place and people.

What an unpleasant experience today, I needed to be seen by a doctor but if you do not have a prior appointment registered there is no possibility of speaking to the doctor. The sad thing is that they offer walk in services.
