A great place to relax your mind. Instructors are amazing and they offer a variety of classes. I did the Power breathing class with Steve and Mindfullness with Sarah, both of which were great. The ambience is calm and soothing, waiting halls have Kombucha, herbal teas, a lot of brain literature to read while waiting. Lockers, blankets, pillows and super comfy meditation seats are provided as needed. They have some good deals for first-timers but otherwise I find it to be a bit too expensive. Long-term memberships are more cost-effective though.

Great concept and much needed in this day and age where we are working long hours, stressed and more focused on physical and material wellbeing over mental wellbeing. Although I'm a Goodlife member and workout regularly, I think it's important to take time to yourself and be with your own thoughts. It's a great way to clear the mind, recharge and be ready to take on the world again. The space itself is conveniently located, feels relaxing and you can tell the founders have a passion for mental health. There are multiple philosophy, self help and motivational books, they have their own journal book and the space has a great ambience. In the 30 minute session you are seated on the floor, cross legged in an ergonomic floor seat in a room surrounded with ambient Nanoleaf lights, essential oils and calming sounds. You are given a muse headband to monitor your mental stillness and are guided through a themed meditation practice. I emerged feeling centered, calm, strong and mentally powerful. Great chatting with the founder Sean afterwards as well, who happened to be the one running this session as the original guider couldn't make it. This is needed in every major city in the world. Recommended!

Nice space but no change rooms and the washrooms are located in the basement in a pretty sketchy underground area that seems separate from the facility... Kind of frightening. I'm not a typical meditator, but it was interesting to try out! Very premium and cozy space with books, tea, very comfy and cute. I didn't get too much out of the mediation, I fell asleep. We used the muse headset. Our instructor was swapped and the replacement one seemed kind of disinterested. Would be curious to come back and try different classes - e.g. breathwork or see other rooms in the space!

Can’t say enough about Mindset. I’ve experienced the After Dark Live Sound Bath twice now and it’s simply incredible. Easily one of the most relaxing experiences for my mind and body that I’ve ever tried. The staff, service and ambiance is incredible and welcoming. I can say this with true honesty as our first visit was marred by a scheduling conflict with a fashion show (which affected the peacefulness of the setting). Without asking, the staff immediately offered us a return complimentary visit - that’s caring and a true commitment to their craft. Go and you will not regret it!

You never know what to expect when you go to a place like this. I got the chance to visit during a recent Yelp event and got to see what it was like meditating outside of your bedroom. It was great! The class I participated in was a guided breathing meditation, and you start to realize how little and how shallow we breathe. What's really neat about this particular meditation was that you find yourself breathing to the rhythm of the background music, which starts slow, builds up, and returns back to a calm and serene state. By the end, you feel calm, relaxed, and for me, ready to do whatever I had planned for the rest of the day. While this kind of class may not be for everyone, I would definitely encourage everyone to give it a try!

This brain gym is the perfect place to unplug and spend some time focusing on mental health and mindfulness. The staff are friendly and I enjoyed the guided 30 minute meditation. There are blankets and the meditation room is comfortable with very interesting lights. The waiting areas have lots of brain related literature. I liked the giant bean bag chairs. There are teas and kombucha for while you wait. They offer different meditations and breathing workshops. I really enjoyed my experience here!

I was intrigued enough to visit the mindset gym. I meditate at home on my own a lot and what triggered the visit was a thought of what would "modern" meditation look like. As someone who has learned to meditate from ancient buddist temples, it was really quite a different experience. I kind of find my Buddhism meditation more humbling. How would I describe my experience at this place? I'd say if a trendy club and a fancy book store had a child, this is it. I liked the space and those fancy $800 meditatiom chairs but my meditationmeditati at home is just as functional. I don't need to feel like a celeb while meditating to find my intrinsic power lol. It's there...and I should be able to find it anywhere, that's the whole point of meditation, to train the mind so well that it doesn't require fancy chairs... I also hoped for more from the instructor since they appear to provide instructor training there as well. I could barely hear the instructor with the music so loud. So I pretty much went into my own self guided trance. Anyways, I am grateful for my experience and I enjoyed the kombucha and looking at the beautiful lights and books on the shelves. I also see lots of positive feedback from others, so maybe for some people it really is just paying to go somewhere, to rent out some space to be by themselves, without having to be alone. 🤔 Nice space though. I would go again to try out a different class, maybe my experience will be different.

Highly recommend MINDSET - you won't understand the benefits until you try it! Amazing experience! The guided meditation with MUSE is a must for anyone looking to relax, unplug, recharge, and tune-up your mind. The membership is ideal so I can improve my meditation practice.

Very pleasant, comfortable space. Great for skeptics like me trying meditation for the first time. I went about 13 or 14 times in my 21-day trial and I'm already starting to see some improvement in my ability to concentrate and to overcome fear. The complimentary tea & kombucha is great too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely no words to describe the gravity of this experience. You must definitely go and FEEL it for yourself. It will take your breath away and clear your mind. This place is a modern meditation area where every move you make matters while you are inside the room be it breathing, moving, smell, sound. we were greeted by Sean, and he is great at what he is doing, knows in and out. As soon as you enter - you get to treat yourself with awesome cold kombucha or hot tea with different great hand-picked flavours to choose from. Not to forget, they have an art gallery downstairs and it's unquestionably beautiful with some great quotes! also, their lounge/sitting area are definitely to be mentioned - they have a nice impact on what you see and feel here andddd comfortable . Beautiful place with a good vibe for anyone seeking some moments of quiet and self treat their well being. Dive in and ask questions about their current courses and talks at the information desk as well.

The 45 minute class was really 20/25 minutes with time to relax or leave after. The guided mindfulness was not very meaningful - we were guided to think about where our food came from. I did feel relaxed after being in the zen room, but I don't think the class was worth the money, so I won't return.

👍 I’ve had several services here so far - I’m on the weight management program which comes with the lipotropic shot, I’ve had the IV drops and an under arm bleaching. The staff are warm and friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. I gave 4 stars because of their location. It’s in a basement and t...

😠 First time going. Was excited to experience this "sensory deprivation" experience... I was not impressed when I went into the pod. The water was not warm enough to be soothing.
