I
was
intrigued
enough
to
visit
the
mindset
gym.
I
meditate
at
home
on
my
own
a
lot
and
what
triggered
the
visit
was
a
thought
of
what
would
"modern"
meditation
look
like.
As
someone
who
has
learned
to
meditate
from
ancient
buddist
temples,
it
was
really
quite
a
different
experience.
I
kind
of
find
my
Buddhism
meditation
more
humbling.
How
would
I
describe
my
experience
at
this
place?
I'd
say
if
a
trendy
club
and
a
fancy
book
store
had
a
child,
this
is
it.
I
liked
the
space
and
those
fancy
$800
meditatiom
chairs
but
my
meditationmeditati
at
home
is
just
as
functional.
I
don't
need
to
feel
like
a
celeb
while
meditating
to
find
my
intrinsic
power
lol.
It's
there...and
I
should
be
able
to
find
it
anywhere,
that's
the
whole
point
of
meditation,
to
train
the
mind
so
well
that
it
doesn't
require
fancy
chairs...
I
also
hoped
for
more
from
the
instructor
since
they
appear
to
provide
instructor
training
there
as
well.
I
could
barely
hear
the
instructor
with
the
music
so
loud.
So
I
pretty
much
went
into
my
own
self
guided
trance.
Anyways,
I
am
grateful
for
my
experience
and
I
enjoyed
the
kombucha
and
looking
at
the
beautiful
lights
and
books
on
the
shelves.
I
also
see
lots
of
positive
feedback
from
others,
so
maybe
for
some
people
it
really
is
just
paying
to
go
somewhere,
to
rent
out
some
space
to
be
by
themselves,
without
having
to
be
alone.
🤔
Nice
space
though.
I
would
go
again
to
try
out
a
different
class,
maybe
my
experience
will
be
different.
