Lots of furniture shops along with restaurants conveniently located right off the highway. Tons of parking available. Lots more furniture shops can be found along Kennedy Road as well, making it a very convenient area to shop for furniture.

This place feels like it has hundreds of stores. But it really has about 20 they're all accessible from outdoors. And they're usually pretty large chains. We have McDonald's there if you need to get a dirty snack LOL and a bunch of furniture stores I would stay away from Ashley's. But structube is super cool ?

Lots of options, busy, parking can be tough. Around the McDonald's is very busy. Avoid that entrance if possible. Good breakfast at Sunset grill, lcbo location available, good chicken at jollibee and nandos

Lots of retailers and restaurants. Good shopping but busy and lineups everywhere...be prepared to wait. Right off Kennedy Rd and Hwy401. TTC bus stops here. Large parking lot and Very busy, especially during rush hours and holidays. Lots of accidents and finalities nearby...be careful and alert.

If you’re looking at having multiple options of stores to go through before making a decision on purchases for your home-furniture, electronics, interior decor, etc, then there’s definitely a lot of stores to cater to your need. Ample parking is available, and close proximity to the 401 highway provides easy access to location. Stores such as Visions, Ashley, The Brick, Structube and several others are present here. Great location.

Great food here and a beautiful restaurant ! Love the design, decor and the restrooms. There is an elevator on the premises to take people to the basement restrooms. Very well thought for parents with young children, older people and people with disabilities. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

This is a very busy outdoor shopping centre in which all businesses have their own separate entrances to the outside. I frequent this mall because it has easy access to Hwy 401 at Kennedy Road. This is especially advantageous if you exit eastbound Hwy 401 which allows direct access into Kennedy Commons. It’s a breeze compared to travelling northbound on Kennedy Rd from Ellesmere Rd. Many business choices here including my favourites which I have posted separate reviews for; a super Metro store, a huge Foody World, plus all the other notables of Petsmart, LCBO, Jolibee, Kitchen Stuff Plus, and Chapters to name a few. It’s a zoo atmosphere with parking but you can shop and dine all day without leaving this property.

Kennedy Commons has something for everyone in my opinion. There's a dollar store to a McDonald's to furniture place and many other food establishments. I recommend this location to anyone.

Love Kennedy Commons. Party City, the Brick, the pet store and an Asian food mart - lots of great stores. Metro is my go to store. There is also Nando's and Sunset Grill at this location.

Lots of parking; good variety of stores; stores are spacious; whole area well-kept and clean. Super easy access location, right next to hwy 401.

This park is fantastic but quite pricey if you don't bring anything. It really tries to make you not want to come again unless you bring your own gear. Maybe the price is fair for it but I think the next time I'll bring my own stuff.

Decent place for budget shopping. Lots of options from the middle east and south Asia. It is still under development and has a lot of shops yet to be leased. It's food court offers a variety of street food and ample seating space which adds to a decent shipping experience. Would recommend a visit for sure.

Limited supply and options. I ended up having to drive to another location for the shirts I was looking for (which were size 16 32/33 regular). They mostly have slim or super slim fit. The associate just showed me a section of where the shirts should be...but everything is out of place and a pain to look through. They're usually quite good at helping, but I found the service at the Eglinton location much better where the associate took the time to pull out shirts in the size I needed.

I go to this area because of the working shoes and the food. Parking area have a lot available. Not to crowded. Nice to have a short walk too from one store to another.

Worst parking lot design. Terrible traffic flow

  • 2/5 Dianne M. 2 years ago on Google
Kennedy Commons has to do better inside the parking lot area. I waited 10 minutes to get out because folks driving in from Kennedy has the right of way which leaves us at the stop sign stuck. If you don't poke your nose out you could there forever. I believe stop signs should be everywhere. At least we all have a chance to GET OUT

  • 5/5 Mani S. 2 years ago on Google
I have not been all the stores in Kennedy Commons. I have been to a few and ease of shopping is good. Some improvements are on now. Would like to see clearer signs to exit to 401, South etc. Would like to see improvements and a good traffic flow. Overall impression- good.

Variety of quality stores to shop at and some restaurants too. There's something for everyone here.

This Michael's is huge. Well...bigger than the one I'm used to...which is the North York one. There are many brands here to choose from. Something for the rich and something for the poor🤭🤗 There is a section catered to children fun activities...great🙂. Line up for cash wasnt too bad. The only thing I didn't like was in the paint section/paint brush there was not much stick. Many items were "temporary out of stock". It was a disappointment because I needed to buy from the items that were out 😔. The lighting in the store was very bright, so I was able to see everything good. This store is located in Kennedy Commons with it back to the highway and front towards Much Burrito. Enjoy more savings when you sign up for their coupons ☺

  • 4/5 Alexandra A. 2 years ago on Google
Great shopping centre with many great stores and restaurants all in one spot. Unfortunately the parking area on the northeast side can be a bit of a free for all in terms of cars driving across the parking lot and making a left off Kennedy Rd. into the centre can be a bit confusing for some as you’re stuck in a lane that only goes in one direction, causing several last minute lane changes, but all in all, it’s a pleasant and clean place to shop.

  • 5/5 Cherry S. 2 years ago on Google
The spice and chicken is delicious! I got the spicy 3 piece chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. Let me say this dish is pretty spicy which was a pleasant surprise! Also, the gravy has that perfect level of thickness which makes it taste extra good with the spices on the chicken and mashed potatoes! It doesn't look like a lot from the photo, but this bad boy was pretty filling. ❤️

I absolutely LOVE the shopping experience and the variety of establishments. Giving this 3 stars because the area can be SUPER sketchy and borderline unsafe. Otherwise great, and will keep coming here!

Large outdoor shopping area thats split up into 3 areas by roads. There's a Asian grocery store as well as a Metro. A couple of furniture stores, and handful of fast food and quick serve restaurants, including McDonald's and Tim Hortons

I love coming to this chapters it's one of my favorite places to visit been coming here for 15 years ! Kind of sad they getting rid of the kiosks for searching books cause we can now do that on our phones now.. made me feel disappointed

I went to the brick to look for a sofa bed for my mom. They couldn’t deliver it because she was not living within the distance that they can deliver. That was the down side so Left. The layout of the parking lot is ok but to tight in my opinion.

Lots of shops McDonald's jollibee restaurant great gym dollarama liquor store Tim hortons close by with a dollaramal close to the highway in-and-out quite fast just watch out lots of traffic sometimes because of the high traffic area

Not a typical two floor LA fitness. It's very crowded during the peak hours. However the staffs are friendly. Not a whole lot of meat heads. Although its crowded, people are fairly decent and civil. Parking is always busy but doable. Eventhough there are plenty of lockers, it can be a challenge during busy hours.

Good location just off the highway 401. Different furniture stores so you can do comparison on the spot. It's a huge open mall and has variety of services fom grocery stores, banking to clothing stores and some nice eats.

If you are familiar with Asian produce this place appears to be very popular with people that have grown up cooking Asian cuisine. And if you spend the time looking it's a good place to find the odd special deal on your regular items if you're lucky. It's fun for a change at the very least. And you might find something new that you wouldn't have been able to get otherwise. So good for shopping and personal growth. Not many places can give you that kind of experience. Well worth a trip.

It's okay. The Metro is excellent. So is Nando's. But it's not TTC friendly. I mean too much parking lot for freedom foot convoy.

  • 5/5 RSH D. 2 years ago on Google
Busy shopping area with stand-alone stores, free parking and transit access. A wide variety such auto insurance, furniture, party supplies, formal wear, grocery, arts & crafts.

  • 3/5 Elias D. 1 year ago on Google
Always busy and packed with cars. It is not an issue to find parking, but the way the parking lot is designed makes it feel that you are at a higher risk of to get stuck in traffic trying to leave or have car accident.

Don't use most of the stores in this plaza as does not have Walmart, or No Frills or FreshCo like stores, coz Metro is too expensive for us in everything they sell and that is so disappointing. So not much of a use to us except the LCBO and Dollarama (at least they have this dollar store thankfully) and sometimes KitchenStuff is also useful so that's good. Well, that said, I am completely hoping for Walmart & FreshCo for us Indians nearby this location for convenience!

There's not much to like on dislike about the shopping mall as it offers a wide variety of good and not so good shops. The place is not very crowded and it is sufficient parking space. The liquor shop head is quite nice as this was the only one which had the champagne I wanted
