This used to be an amazing clinic when Dr Malisic and Dr Myta worked here. With him gone and the terrible new line of doctors, this clinic is one of the worst now. All the good doctors have left except Dr Tran.

Worst clinic ever. Made a telephone appointment for 2:10. Called the office at 3:00 to see why the doctor didn’t call, they said he has 8 patients ahead of me. Called at 4:30, and was told he is not available to take patients anymore. What a joke this place is. Also they don’t call you for abnormal test results. YOU have to call them, and request an appointment.

Had an appointment and was the only one there. Doctor was talking to someone off the clock... after 45 minutes of waiting I had to intervene in the conversation since I'd be late for work and this was a 5 minute procedure. I didnt even book the appointment, this office asked me to come in...... its just ridiculous that if you're going to book someone in at least be considerate of their time.

This Dr Saeed at 900 albion rd, Asked weird questions to my wife. Not professional at all. Looking at her in an inappropriate manner. Cancel his licence if he is the owner or fire him if he is an Employee. Don’t see him.. he is a waste of time and embarrasment to this society and his family.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Called prior as I understand the COVID restrictions, I explained to them I had swollen lymph nodes and no fever. They said the wait time was 30 minutes but I could come in. I came in and they refused to see me. Will never go back again. Waste of time. Especially for someone that is sick.

I had a uti and went in to get antibiotics and walk in doctor said i didnt have anything and that I was drinking too much water(4 bottles). So i had to go to emergency room to actually get acess to antibiotics. Waste of time health clinic

Arrived at 9am to an empty room and was told the doctor accepting walk ins won’t arrive until 10am, and made an appointment for 12:10pm. No problem, I left to come back later. Arrived at 12pm to a full waiting room, but it was moving. I checked in and was not told until 12:35pm that the doctors were in a meeting that was already happening, but was said to be at 1pm to another patient. No help, no support/solution offered, no communication..none of it! Worst experience, don’t go. Many other better places in the area close-by. Don’t do it. Trust in care else where. Unless they post that they’re under new management!

I went complaining of an ear pain. Such an unpleasant doctor i’ve never come across. Doctor said you should be thankful i’m treating you, prescribed me antibiotics saying so this patient doesn’t come back here. I would say never go here! STAY FAR AWAY !!

It says "short wait times" LOL. There were two people ahead of me, and I've been waiting over an hour. Unless they're having surgery, I'm not sure what kind of doctor spends this much time with patients anymore. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else.

The 2 physicians I saw are very unprofessional and didn't help with my case at all! One doctor and I actually got into an argument. What kind of doctor does that!? Such a disappointment! Customer service agents are not well trained and also very rude. I only went here because I had no choice at the time. They are open for walk-ins ONLY because they're desperate to have patients even though the queue gets very long! They're just all about the business, obviously! They don't care about their patient's wellbeing. I mean it when I say they are the worst. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST.

Dr de Silva would not see my child, as she had "respirator issues" according to her she didn't even come in the room to see her. Waiting over an hour to not been seen. We went elsewhere and my daughter had pneumonia. If you took you oath to be a doctor why won't you see patients ridiculous.

My husband lost two days of work because of this clinic. The first day, the doctor was not in there he went for his appointment and no one else would see him. No phone call to alert him to this. They made him an appointment for the next day. When he went for his appointment, the office was closed!!! Again, no phone call. Unbelievable!!! If I didn't have to pick one star, I would pick no stars.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a clinic. Just came for a tb shot on wensday and made an appointment for 11:30, I wasn't seen until 12:30 and the clinic was not busy. Waiting that long for a 5 minute thing was pretty frustrating seeing I came from vaughan which there was heavy traffic to get back for something that shouldn't have taken so long. And I had another appointment on the Friday just for the doctor to see the results which literally takes 2 seconds to see my arm (TB result). The appointment was made for 10am and I wasn't seen by the doctor until 10:35 even though the clinic is literally dead and there isn't anyone here. The receptionists are nice however but overall, both of my trips took a very long unnecessary amount of time and I definitely do not recommend this at all.

Why is it common to argue with patients? All the good Docs Left this location

I was giving this place the benefit of The doubt because I do not like to listen to other people‘s opinions and comments. it’s absolutely true Appletree medical clinic is not a place to go for anything medical. I got injured at work and I already knew the steps when it came to filling out the right paperwork and having the right appointments. With that being said I already cross my t’s and dotting my i’s when it came to getting my x-rays and ultrasounds booked prior to my appointment with a virtual care doctor through Apple tree medical care. When I had a physical appointment at the clinic at 900 Albion Rd the doctor was very dismissive and did not want to help me fill out an FAF form. I had to express that I know the steps and I’m not leaving the office until I get the letter filled out because I am injured. I presented my sick note to him from one of his doctors through virtual care and that’s when he decided that he will fill out the FAF form. This was January 5 now we are at January 12 and I am still waiting for my form 8 to be faxed to WSIB so I can get the right coverage and Physio but for some reason this office is doing the runaround and not sending the right paperwork. I’m not quite sure how to go about this but Appletree needs to reevaluate their clinics and understand that when people come to their clinic it’s because they are trusting them to take care of all their medical needs Not to make things more difficult. There’s always room for improvement do better Appletree medical care.

I should have read reviews here before I went there.. you have an appointment, you get there and then they tell you they can’t see you.. that’s after they had canceled another appointment the previous week.. This is the one at Albion with Dr Singh I had gone also to the one at York university, seen by doctor Chen, who looked grossed out the entire time.. worst service of all time.. I don’t know if it’s because I am black, but no one has ever treated me this way.. anyone with a better recommendation for a women’s clinic.. please help

This Google listing says that they are a "walk in" clinic. With times open. Listed. I called numerous times to find out what their covid policies were. Nooo answer. !! I went. Only to find out that you have to make an appointment. Ugh And that they were booked up. Waste of time.

NEVER EVER GO HERE . Just pathetic service. The receptionist, Doctor, customer care has no professional work ethics at all . Guys please don’t waste time to walk in into their clinic . I had an serious issue and I walked in at 5 and the clinic closes at 6 . But anyways they did not have any intention to see me , rather they asked me to go to emergency . HUGE HUGE DISSATISFACTION.

The young lady at the front desk misinformed me and wasted the time I took off my working day. I booked an online rapid antigen Covid test. The website clearly said "Whether you require testing for your travels, work, school or simply for your own peace of mind, Appletree now offers COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing at select locations.". As she heard that I was not going to travel, she told me that I could get a test only if I had symptoms. I needed to get the test done for my peace of mind before visiting elderly relatives during the Omicron outbreak so I lied that I had symptoms. I was then denied entry to the testing room due to "clinic policies". I was ablosutely polite and never raised my tone during the communication. This was the end of their shift so I assume they just did not want to bother themselves (especially with having to do some sanitizing job after a covid positive visitor came in earlier that afternoon). This is unacceptable and was very frustrating. Avoid this place if you have options.

Worst experience ever. Do not waste your time “walking in” they delay their patients over an hour and a half when making an appointment was the alternative option.

I wish I could give none. Don't know who made this guy Dr. Syed a doctor but very unprofessional and no body shows up for 2 hours even after having appointment.

Dr. Syed was not very professional and didn't seem to take my explanation of my injury seriously. it seemed He ordered xrays only because I was persistent. I highly recommend seeing another physician or going to another clinic, however the other staff here seemed pretty nice and helpful.

Horrible clinic. Dr. Syed cancelled my appt 30 min before while i was on my way there ( took work off). He tried to rebook it but i couldnt take another day off so quick. Now ive been waiting hours for a phone call.

Had a telemedicine appt which was never honored. What kind of healthcare facility ignores patients so blatantly and DGAF!!! Thank you Dr Syed for your complete lack of professionalism!!!

The doctors in this clinic are amazing. But the current receptionists they have hired are very unprofessional and rude. I have called them multiple times every time I had a bad experience with them. They are unable to understand the patients and are very inpatient in character. I suggest to get better receptionists who are professional and can speak to the clients nicely.

I called the medical to know about the appointment but the receptionist was so unprofessional, she denied that the doctor is not seeing patients without the Ontario health card what if we are students here. The students don’t get the health card but they have their college health card and the receptionist straight on denied. That’s so rude and unfair.
