I have recently switched my doctor because of poor experience with my previous Dr. Since day 1 Dr. Suganthi and her team has impressed me and my husband tremendously with how they handled our concerns. We are new parents and had 1000 questions. She spents her time explaining everything in detail and never let us feel like we are bothering her or wasting her time. They are number 1 in returning your calls and replying to your emails in a timely manner. One of the best Tamil Doctor in Ontario. I had known Dr Ravindran for a couple of months and I’m already disappointed with her services. It was difficult to find a family doctor during the pandemic as many of them weren’t accepting new patients. The first time we met, she put in some time to know me a bit. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the right help and felt misled by her. Whatever she referred me to end up being a waste of my time. It became difficult later on to meet up due to our busy schedules. Whatever sessions we had later on end up being very brief. I really hated that she made assumptions that I have ADHD without doing any proper tests. I’m very devastated with her assumptions and I’m still bothered by it now. She doesn’t fully know me and my personal struggles. I also don’t think she’s a good listener when I tried to address my concerns to her about my physical and mental health. She’s a decent person that means well but I wish she would put more consideration for me. I just don’t see the point of reaching out to her anymore as I didn’t find her services to be helpful. She just come off very amateurish and had no idea what she’s doing in my view.

I am really thankful for my god for getting Dr.Suganthi Ravindran as my family doctor. She is amazing with kids and she is very empathetic and considerate person. She didn’t talk to me like a doctor, but as a mother to another mother. she have shown so much care and given all needed referrals. One of them is speech therapy for my 3 year old and now she has improved a lot and I too have learnt more from the session. She is also kind enough to call us back and ask if the kid is doing fine. On the whole, I am very thankful to doctor Suganthi Ravindran.

Not only does she explain every single issue and provide solutions, but she takes time to listen to you if there are any other issues. Dr Ravindran is an amazing doctor. He is absolutely patient and caring about his patients. As a new immigrant it is the best experience for me my wife and my kid. No experience to handle child... wasted entire day behind unprofessional coordination which resulted in a highly delayed dose to my daughter when she needed her medicines right on time. Dis not know anything about the test thatvqete suppose to be dine by the doctor or public health clinic...they made us run between lab and clinic with our daughter who was in no position to even sit... never fo there for any emergency or walk in needs ever please.
