Very
bad
experience
from
this
location's
staff.
I
had
some
technical
issues
with
my
mcdonals
app
and
approved
to
the
drive
through
window.
I
explained
my
app
issues
to
the
first
window
staff.
She
took
my
phone
and
looked
at
the
app.
She
could
not
understand
what
was
going
and
asked
for
help
from
another
staff
member.
The
staff
member
told
her
that
was
a
lunch
item
since
they
don't
serve
lunch
item
until
11am.
The
staff
gave
me
back
the
phone
and
shut
the
window
in
my
face
without
explaining
anything
while
I
was
still
waiting
for
explanation
about
why
the
app
wasn't
working.
Almost
a
minute
later
another
staff
saw
me
not
leaving
from
the
window,
she
came
over
and
told
me
that
they
can't
take
my
order
and
I
can
come
back
an
hour
later
if
I
want
the
item.
I
don't
think
the
circumstances
was
handle
professional.
Really
disappointed.
It
would
definitely
affect
my
spending
preference.
