    We always order through drive through and our experience hasn't been good. We ordered a BLT sandwich with grilled chicken thrice but they gave us crispy chicken sandwich. On Sunday we ordered two grilled chicken wraps with light ranch but we again got the crispy chicken and lots of ranch sauce. This is the 4th time we had this experience with this location. Not sure why it's so difficult to get what you ordered even though the order was taken correctly each time.

    Massively disappointed. I went in for the new Grand Big Mac and we’ll it fell way short. I don’t blame the location for this, it’s a busy location and the staff are top notch but food quality is getting worse and worse. The patty in their marketing photos looks huge like a 1/4 pound patty. It’s just a little bigger than the regular patty with a giant bun and way to much lettuce. The bun is easily 30% bigger than the beef patty. I feel totally ripped off and will never go back. Oh and stale fries, McDonald’s makes the best fries but the ones they gave me were stale and floppy and cold. Trash, nothing worth it.

    We ordered three combos with sprites and we got pink sparkling water with black sprinkles. Literally a joke. It was 12am when we got the food. I called and they said to come for a refund. We went and they said it’s against policy to get a refund. It was sooo horrible. I was very disappointed. They said if you want a refund you have to come back next week. Which made no sense. They were very rude the night we ordered the food as well. knowing that they were rude it was my mistake to pay for the food and collect food from them. We should’ve left the moment we ordered our food when they were rude. In the photos below you can clearly see that is not sprite. They didn’t even offer to replace the drinks. McDonald’s do better. If you want good service run over to Tim Hortons. Nicer and faster service. If the food‘s wrong they replace it right away. McDonald’s take notes!!! If there was an option you would get zero stars

    I order food from skip the dishes and I mentioned no pickles as i am allergic to it . Even on the outer box there was slip saying no pickle and i was about to eat it thank god i got smell of it . Management should provide proper training to the their staff . God knows if i didn’t get that smell ……. I don’t even want to give them 1 star but there’s no other option.

    Just bought burger, etc. from McDonald's Markham road and saw them preparing burgers and they were not using plastic gloves to prepare the burgers, just by bare hands. It's pandemic and sanitation is very important, and even if there's no Covid, still they have to be well sanitized/ clean.

    Customer service and the manager was good at this location. But honestly Mc D coffee is always one of the worst coffees.Tastes like water most of the times. Very diluted and no flavour or aroma. It’s a good place that can be recommended to get your fries or any other drinks but not the coffee definitely.

    I ordered an regular McFlurry Oreo and ask for an extra chocolate fudge. I’m disappointed there is no chocolate fudge on it and the amount of ice cream I got is more than half of the cup. I expected that it will be full because I paid $4 on just that. And I get off my car and went inside and ask nicely to please add extra fudge that I suggested and they say they did and they don’t want to put some, I can see no fudge on it, same texture and the colour of Oreo McFlurry that I always order on a different location. location is bad.     hey i order from this restaurant often. i placed an order with them today via doordash and i found a DEAD ANT in my fries. Please clean the restaurant. This is a health issue. Any manager reading this please do something about this. I am very skeptic about ordering from here again. I hope you take this feedback positively and take appropriate action.

    I used to go there for quick early morning coffee and today I stopped by for the new $4 coffee and sandwiches offer. The place is now fully renovated with no playground but large sitting area with a very good view of the wooded area. a very friendly service too for food ordered and delivered to your table 😀 👌.

    McDonald's is my go to restaurant for breakfast. I work in different areas of the GTA. Therefore using different McDonald's restaurants. Most of the drive-through are very professional and courteous. I've been using McDonald's at Markham Rd and progress Ave for the last month. And I have to admit the service at the drive-through here is the worst I have seen. Fortunately for me there are other locations that I go through on my way to work. I will definitely not use this location again.

    This location was great. Staff were polite and accommodating and the restaurant was clean. Someone is doing a great job taking care of the tables. Only reason it wasn’t 5 was that my fries were double dipped. I get not wasting them, but after you’ve worked there once, you can always tell. lol Thanks though Markham Rd crew! your staff were absolute tops!!!

    I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles, no mustard. I got a patty with ketchup and onions, no cheese at all. I only realized when i reached home, but i wasnt going to fight rush-hour traffic to get it fixed =(

    We arrived later in the evening after a night out and parked at the back. There was no signage with hours and the door was open (and the drive thru line was way too long), so we thought it was still open (logically). We planned to order food after using the 'facilities'. Someone came in, yelled at us that they were closed and told us to hurry up. Oh and before you use the facilities, make sure there's loo paper; my stall was out. Hint to Manager... lock the door, put up a restaurant schedule and don't yell at people. Not necessary. Won't eat here EVER!!

    This is a good McDonald's and a nice location off of highway 401 and it has a play place for children. However the way the drive-through is structured is not so convenient. If the drive-through is busy it blocks the way to access the parking lot at the back. There is so much empathy space on the side.

    Terrible location with some of the most rude, ignorant and entitled employees I've ever encountered. I'd rather travel a few more KMs to avoid this place because if they treat their customers this badly lord knows how they handling the food. Did I mention they have some of THE longest drive thru lines EVER?

    Dunno how to rate the place, hope my next visit will be better. One day got great service, the second time their debit/machine broke down. Had to wait for more than 2o minutes in line only to make an order and found out after, that their machine is down...why not to say at the very beginning?...

    Food items are good but a big unresolved problem if you'll not get full order! Experienced many times! Even after complaining the team leader, the issue is as it is as before! Most if the times, 1 or 2 items missing while you request more than 5 items!! Seriously true. Better to always cross check before you leave! We don't have time to come back and be in the line for making just arguments for 4-5 $ items!!?

    I have honestly never ever ever had my order correct from this restaurant. Ever. Every time something is missing. From a whole burger, to a simple straw. Incompetence at it's finest. Absolutely a waste of money. Employees can't be understood at the drive thru, because they can't speak English.

    Ordered one habanaro chicken, Jr. chicken and received something else. Its not my first time receiving wrong orders at this franchise . Taking out food in a hurry only to realize later that you got wrong order is just more frustrating. Even customer service is worse, not a single representative looks at the customer while taking orders or giving them out.

    This McDonald’s location is convenient, just 2 minutes from the highway. Drive through opens 24 hours. I tried “Herbs and Garlic Fries” and it tasted way better than Original Fries. You can always customize your burgers inside McDonald app. Every week, there are offers (discounted fries or free fries/ coffee with purchase) inside the app. Will be back.

    I ordered nuggets and a burger! I live 2 min from the store. The Dasheer didn’t take too long to deliver my food. The food was terrible. The fries was so cold, the nuggets as well. Overall, they gave me a food that wasn’t fresh at all. So disappointed. Once again. Wasn’t the Dasheer fault because he didn’t take 3 min to deliver the food to me. You guys need to careful with the member you have at nights.

    Rude abnoxious behavior. Didn’t process my order despite being a mobile order and me checking in through driveway. Waited in line for 30 minutes and left. Tried to call Manager/Supervisor but no one answered the call at 345pm on a weekday. Two female staff with attitude, lack of professionalism, and lack of social skills are working the drive-thru line. I always for my business but after today ,never will.

    This location has some issues with their drive through. It was REALLY badly crowded tonight, which wasn't their fault. Nor were the jerks that cut in front of other people. But the hot chocolate that is perpetually more like warm semi-sweet milk than hot chocolate can have something done about it, especially when they have been told about it. And the chocolate mix isn't all at the bottom either, it just isn't there. On the bright side, the customer service is stunning and the people behind the register are sweet hearts!

    Absolutely terrible. Cant keep up with their drive through or their walk in customers and their employees do not understand how to talk respectfully to their customers. Food is mediocre at best and you are always guaranteed a long wait time (which really is your only guarantee at this location)

    Food was good bt no pickup options for mobile order was available after midnight that was unacceptable that Uber pickups were available so they can also just pass the mobile order from same window bt they haven't done that.

    The drive thru can be slow at times even though there are two lanes but this location is so close to the highway so it makes sense that they get busy. Food quality is good and they've never really messed up my orders. Do mobile orders so it's faster and accurate.

    It has the worst hot chocolate with worst customer service. Hot chocolate comes with whipped cream in Liverpool. The worst hot chocolate I have ever had. No sugar no cream nothing just like a bland milk with little milo. If you can't make it don't serve it 🙏🙏Never going back again.

    The service is fast they miss something but they fix it people working here is very nice. Employee working rhere her Name Errola she is always wanting to see that your food is hot and fast if you have a problem Errola is ready to help you. When i am parked with my order most other McDonald's don't wait to check your bag Errola will wait and let you know have a great night and thank me for coming. Just want you know that Errola is doing at great job thank you for her time.

    Best location so far. Very clean, and spacious, great food quality for a McDonalds. The BLT double cheeseburger was very juicy and full of flavor, with a good amount of toppings and sauce. At first, they gave me normal cheeseburger instead of a double one, but they rectified it quickly and I don't even want to take off any stars for it, because it was best McDonalds cheeseburger I've ever had.

    I did not like the noisy atmosphere from staff in kitchen and patrons nearby were loud . Had l know that the area that was the play area is now separate. It accommodates handicapped people which l am. I would have appreciated being told about this area. My filet of fish combo was delicious. I ordered a kid's cheese burger with toy, juice and fries. The yogurt was on top of fries and burger. That is a no-no. I spoke to supervisor and complained about the noise in kitchen. Didn't apologize for it either. I waited for Wheeltrans to pick me up in handicapped parking. I had to tell customers to park elsewhere. The entrance changed which it would have been helpful with a sign pointing direction of new front door. While l was waiting outside the radio was way too loud. Very annoying to hear while trying to make a call. I refuse to go back there and won't recommend it either. This my second email about your restaurant.

    Close to home, very convenient location right off the highway. Nice big parking lot in the back not a bad view. Service could be a bit better. Every time I visit something is always missing in my order. If they could pay a little more attention would be appreciated.

    In store staff was only focused on filling drive through and skip/delivery orders despite 5 staff being able to see customers waiting for pickup and to order at the cash for 5+ minutes. One of the staff that could see us appeared to be a manager but all she did was continue to fill happy meal boxes and bags. Only once we asked the person mopping the floor did she tell the manager who then told someone to serve us. 12:00 on Dec. 23, 2022

    This particular location has a ton of sentimental value to me, as this was the first McDonald's I went to back in the mid 70's. Long gone now is the indoor playground of which my friends would play upon during untold number of birthdays parties. Now in its place after multiple remodeling is a very clean and modern layout that is very different from my fading memory. What hasn't changed is the friendly and quick service. I always look forward to my next trip out to the east side, to relax for a bit while eating and reflect on good memories again.

    This place is big and beautiful however doesn't have a kids play area. They do have a small outdoor seating area. A big parking lot in the back of the store and yes there is a drive thru. Service here is fast.

    Very bad experience from this location's staff. I had some technical issues with my mcdonals app and approved to the drive through window. I explained my app issues to the first window staff. She took my phone and looked at the app. She could not understand what was going and asked for help from another staff member. The staff member told her that was a lunch item since they don't serve lunch item until 11am. The staff gave me back the phone and shut the window in my face without explaining anything while I was still waiting for explanation about why the app wasn't working. Almost a minute later another staff saw me not leaving from the window, she came over and told me that they can't take my order and I can come back an hour later if I want the item. I don't think the circumstances was handle professional. Really disappointed. It would definitely affect my spending preference.

    We ordered from here for our late night wedding food options. We had planned to order through a delivery service but last minute the restaurant wasn’t showing on the app. Deepam and his team didn’t let that ruin the night - they went above and beyond to take payment electronically AND personally deliver the food! Everything showed up on time and hot and the guests loved it! Amazing service!
