A mediocre 24 hour Dim Sum Chinese restaurant, a little bit rundown, food is sub-par with current TO standards. But open for 24 hours is very attractive for the late party crowds in the early morning hours. We did not take photos of the food due to the quality.

Been coming here for years, this place is an institution! However, this was my first time being here for lunch as opposed to dinner or late night. The lunch menu is priced extremely well and you can eat like a king! I definitely will be back for another lunch. Make sure you try the Coconut Steamed Roll for dessert as well! It was for lack of a better word, Perfect!

Very reasonable. Nice staff. Not too busy and lots of space between each tables. Food is good itself and not too salty didn’t even need to use the sauce. We loved the pan fried Lotus root cake and deep fried squid tentacles the best. We ordered 8 plates for 2 people and less than $38(tax included). We were stuffed!

I recently tried the Dim Sum and they seem to have improved in taste except for the Fried Chicken Wings that lack overnight seasoning and not juicy enough. The prices remains very competitive at $3.60 each and Tea charge is only $1. If you looking just to enjoy the traditional dim sum without the fusion and creative items, this could be the best place to dine-in. I will need to try their cooked food menu later since their were given very bad taste reviews a couple of years ago.

Fast service, great food, good prices, overall great experience. They have dim sum 24/7, and other dishes from their main menu as well at that time too. I went with my friends to have dim sum at around 1am after a long day of school, and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. They had a great selection: they give you a sheet of paper (with pictures) and you tick off what you want. Their prices aren't bad either, even though they are 24/7. The staff is friendly, especially this one guy who loves socializing with the customers. If you have any questions, they would go into great detail and make you want to get the dish haha. The reason for a 4 star review instead of 5 is that their food is not as good as the other dim sum restaurants that are open at conventional hours. However, it is not a deal breaker: if you are craving dim sum, this is the place to go, day or night. Their food is still good - it is just that there is better quality at some other places. Not to mention, this place is booming!! They have tables and counters filled with takeout or delivery orders. That is how you know that people are satisfied with the experience. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed.

We were too curious why there is so much people and was thinking it will be good, we were welcomed with old carpet and no smile crew, we ordered lobster for two people cost $27 but seems like only good for 1 person, the lobster was good taste like our favourite take out counter inside the chinese grocery, the mixed vagies cost about $16 should have been good because you can't go wrong with veggy steer fry but, we can't even finish half of it, it is too salty, the chicken corn soup came and sadly i saw the thumb of the server touching the soup inside which looses my appetite. I Went to the ladies washroom and all the flush of 3 cubicles are not working, so you will see all disgusting toilets which i cant imagine that this is a restaurant washroom, you will also see cleaning chemicals on top of the washroom counter and dirty corners that seems like never been cleaned. you even dont want to touch any, thinking that your hand will even get more dirty, but anyway found out that, the reason why there is so much people on that time is because this is a 24 hour restaurant and no other restaurants are open at 10:30, most of the customers are group of young individuals. This restaurant is not for family you will be disgusted and disappointed.

Food was barely edible! Orders: 1. Shrimp roll (Only good thing, that was edible.) 2. Shrimp & Egg Fried Rice (Taste was so bland, no flavours nothing at all! Not even the salt properly) 3. Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab ( Was full of salt) 4.Mango pudding: Very bland, no taste at all! Overall Experience: 3/10

The kitchen is one heck of a machine. I don't know how they are able to cook so many orders at a time, but they delivered when it comes to getting food out. On the other hand, the service and the internal system could use some work. When eating-in, it can be difficult to flag down the servers for tea and napkins. On the take-out side, we tried their new online ordering system and it needs work when it came to pickup. I recommend calling over the phone to order. We ordered online and went to pick-up on a busy evening. The front of house staff had a difficult time figuring out which take-out bags were for each order number. I waited about 40 minutes and then when they finally matched my order number with the food, I realized it was sitting there waiting to be picked up the whole time. Order by phone for now, I'm sure they'll figure out the online system eventually.

This place is OK - but this review is for their "Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pinapple" - because its an ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN at ALL - Just BREADING! I came home, opened it up and literally its all just fried breading not a single piece of chicken! NOT A SINGLE PIECE!!! Charging $15 for this is absolutele thievery! I even dumped it all out to even find a single piece of actual chicken and none was found. This could be considered vegetarian with how void of meat it is! I had a craving for chicken and felt absolutely ripped off by this - so im writing this winded review to tell you to NEVER order this. Maybe be careful with any of their chicken dishes since they saute it in sauce to hide the absence of chicken. Like its understandable to a degree if breading surrounds chicken balls or some part of these dishes - But when its ALL FRIED DOUGH - thats an outrageous marked up rip-off. I could/should have bought KFC or Popeyes if I wanted o see some trace of chicken. I could have even seen more chicken at a marked up food court. If this review literally helps even one person avoid this absolute rip-off false advertised dish - your welcome.

Service is no good. The prices are starting to become ridiculous. They use to be good years ago but they really need to work on their customer service skills. Staff can be dismissive and rude. It takes a long time to get a server to even bring basics to your table. Sign should say come here if you want to be ignored and ripped off. They've become quite expensive especially when your not treated like a valued customer. If you ask for any sort of sauces they act like they're that hard up, can't even give customers a proper amount of sauce that should be eaten with items that are ordered. Stay away from their beef ribs, just awful. They are only nice to customers who speak the same language which is so wrong. I've noticed they're not as busy like they used to be because people see the change in quality. Best to just avoid and go somewhere you will get value for your money and treated properly. You'll notice they only respond to 5 star reviews because they are not interested in improving the business. This is an overall general review and observation of dine in and take out experiences over the past few visits. Not just from one visit.

After our dinner visit last month, we came back to this restaurant for a dim sum lunch on Sept. 07, Tuesday. As compared to our previous dim sum experiences before the COVID-19 lockdown, the quality and tastes (of course the prices as well) of their dim sum items have improved. There is only one dim sum lunch menu with fewer selections to order from now (no optional selections carried on circling maid-pushing carts) and no other lunch specials posted on wall. The fried rice ζ₯Šε·žη‚’ι£― and pan-fried He Feng with beef 干炒牛河 dishes on the lunch menu were reasonably good but might be improved ε€šδΊ›ι‘Šζ±½. The few dim sum items that we selected from the menu were better made than before the lockdown. We were quite surprised by the quality improvements. Overall review assessment deserves one thumb up πŸ‘ and a chance for another return visit later. Cheers.

Had dinner in one of the private rooms...a great experience for our party of 10. Very private room with karaoke (two mics) and private washroom which was very nicely done. There was an automatic mahjong table but we weren't playing. Food was good as usual but portions were smaller than before the pandemic...we ordered the $328 meal package. On the covered Mahjong table, there was a stack of extra plates and napkins which was very handy as we didn't have to wait for a waiter. It would have been better if the waiters didn't come in to take some of the napkins for the other room. It was extra, of course, for the private room but was worth it. Addition: Had dim sum recently on a Saturday at 11:20am. No waiting. Food came quickly. Delicious. Most plates were $3.80.

We've been going to Perfect for a long time and it has never disappointed. My partner's family introduced me to this place, and I love it so much for their consistent quality, opening late night and fair prices, especially their dim sum. We even held our wedding here in November 2018. Perfect's staff was accommodating, and although they are not used to catering big wedding events, they ensured I had a magical night. I had big visions for the space provided, but we were able to fit 100 guests, in the banquet room with no issues. We used the back room as the tea ceremony room and used one of the smaller party room for coat check and extra washroom. It was amazing as all the vendors worked together with Perfect's staff to ensure everything went smoothly and the way I want it. I also want to give a special shout out to Mary our event manager at Perfect who was so accommodating and ensured everything was exactly as planned. I would have not asked for a more magical evening surrounded by family and friends.

Great dim sum at a good price. Plenty of seating area that gets filled up pretty fast on most weekends. Decent selection of items served fast. Highly recommend the usual dishes, rice rolls, egg tarts, and be sure to try the walnut buns!

Food and price is great. You do have to wait a bit too get served. But as long as you don't mind the wait; totally worth it !!! Now I don't know if it was just an off day but the spring rolls were not hot and the Chung fan with beef was room temperature as well (:

Came here for a mid afternoon dim sum on a Sunday around 2:30pm. Didn't have to wait for a table for 3. This place is opened 24 hours a day and serves the staples. It always hits the spot. Highly recommend and would come back.

Went here for a private party for about 20 people. We had a separate room with a washroom. There was karaoke, it had a great selection of songs. The sound system is good too. Service was great, they got us everything we needed. The food was good. Everything tasted fresh. We stayed pretty late after dinner. Overall my whole family really enjoyed the experience and plan to do our gatherings here in the future.

I wished I could come here with a different crowd (no picky eaters) at a better time. This place is 24/7, different menu items and the food tastes really good. I came with my veggie mom, so I couldn't go off the menu too much, but surprisingly, the vegetarian food we ordered was just as good. I guarantee that getting a table is going to be difficult during peak hours. The wait is really long and sometimes your order will be forgotten or misheard however it is a rush working environment with alot of orders coming through for them so it's bound to happen it's best to be patient with the staff as the food is amazing and they will make sure to compensate for any misorders. The atmosphere, although it is busy, is a vibe, especially if you're here with a group of friends late at night. They have good cheap deals for larger crowds, so try all whatever you like on the menu. We got the shrimp fried rice, spicy mixed fried rice, sizzling beef with ginger and green onion, tofu cheung fen, and pan-fried vegetable spring roll. Loved the tofu cheung fen and the beef, so I would definitely try other dimsum available and sizzling plates the next time.

Affordable dim sum that's decent quality. Some items were okay (I found the spring rolls a bit cold) while others were excellent ($3.80 for a big bowl of rice with beef and a fried egg). Staff were helpful and attentive, and seeing the many families coming in for Saturday brunch made this place feel very comfortable.

This Place is open 24 hours a day for Dim Sum. My co-worker showed up at work with breakfast for us. He got us a few dishes, Har Cow Shrimp, Shiu Mai Pork and Shrimp, Stem Chicken feet, Vegetable Dumpling and Sticky Rice Wrapped. The portion size is very good, the dumplings are nice and big. Great price's for great Dim Sum! You got to eat here! Have a look at my picture and press the like button! If you like what I do, please press the follow button and see more of what I do!

Good service, much cleaner now and they have private rooms for birthday celebrations or any other occasions that needed privacy that can hold up to 100 people. Complete with karaoke and washroom. Foods are good as well, they have good selections of live seafoods and the staff are now friendlier.

This Chinese restaurant has been serving food 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for at least 25 years now. We had some cravings so we had dim sum and a Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. It was packed but we got lucky and got seated right away. Very delicious...as always, and we did not get disappointed.

It's an alright place l. Food is good enough to satisfy your hunger. Portions are big for a family/group. Prices are reasonable. We weren't able to catch the Dim Sum service so we had to order food. The General Tso was good not spicy enough for me. Noodles and veggies were on par. The staff are nice enough but for an anglophone. It was a bit difficult and intimidating as everyone else in the place spoke their dialect so I assumed they didn't care for me as much as the others. I would go again as a big group not as a couple looking for dinner.

Food and Service are phenomenal! Visiting from Dallas, Texas, USA, so we don't get great dim sum in our area (I'm sure it exists somewhere, but until then, I will just have to satisfy my craving on our annual visits to Canada). We ordered a total of seven dishes for the table. It was my Mom, my Aunt and Uncle who both live in Scarborough, their friend, and me. Minced Pork and Green Beans, Cheung Fun Shrimp, Fried Stuffed Eggplant(I couldn't eat due to a food allergy), Har Kow, Shrimp Shiu Mai, Sweet Corn & Chicken Congee, and Steamed Chicken Bun. All excellent! Mango Pudding for dessert was just right. Our waitress was friendly and provided service with a smile. Very receptive and seemed to anticipate our need for tea refills. I’d be hard pressed to find legit dim sum in DFW, but I sure would like to try.

Dim sum on the lower end of the price spectrum. Food is served nice and hot. Didn't have to wait for a table on a Saturday. Service overall was good, they always filled the teapot. Wouldn't call the food fancy, nor are their options fancy either, but they are a good basic dim sum restaurant.

My husband introduced me to Perfects when we started dating in 2017, we used to go randomly and then started ordering from food apps but stopped during COVID as we were isolating in the far East. The handful of times that I’ve been here, I’ve always been satisfied with my food. Everything comes out hot and fresh and the flavour is always on point. Great spot for a gathering or family meal.

24 hour Chinese food = dream come true Pro Tip: Buy directly from the store/store website instead of using Uber Eats/other delivery apps. The prices are MUCH cheaper that way. Ordered the Rice Noodle Beef, Salt Lobster (Deep Fried Lobster), and Chicken with Green Onion. All three were such tasteful and great dishes that we could not get enough of.

  • 4/5 Rachel S. 1 year ago on Google
Perfect has gotten a lot better since the last time I visited. I came for Christmas Eve dinner and tried a large selection of their dishes. We got the Peking Duck Combo ($130) which came with the duck, a steamed fish, steamed chicken, ginger onion lobster, and a mushroom veggie dish. Everything out of this combo was good. I want to emphasize especially that their Peking duck has improved significantly since before - in both portion and taste. I know they used to have a Peking duck special, which we used to get every time. However the portion for that was always very small. This time, we got significantly more meat and wrappers, as well as a huge portion of left over duck meat. Of course the Peking duck is $50 now, but I felt like it was worth it. Will definitely visit again with even higher expectations.

Not sure about this place anymore.. Last two visits were pretty disappointing. Ordered fried garoupa and the fish we got definitely wasn't that.. It looked and tasted like basa and had no flavour. Fried calamari was rock hard. Siu mai.. Can't quite explain but the flavour was off, I can only guess that maybe it wasn't fresh. Both visits we had ordered other food that was ok so at least we still had full meals but looks like some dishes are hit and miss. Update : it's been a couple months and we were craving dim sum. Went yesterday, Sunday afternoon and I'm happy to report that we were 100% satisfied. The food was hot and fresh and the service was great. Glad I didn't give up on you, Perfect! I couldn't help but look around at all the people, enjoying their meals.. so the atmosphere was nice too. We'll be back!
