I visited this restaurant a week two weeks ago. I really liked it. So we visited it more times afterwards The food was really delicious. We love to order their set dinner as it is easier then picked the dishes. We love the lobster and soy chicken. All dishes were very tasty. It is recommended to reserve a table to guarantee a spot as it is always busy there. The servers were pretty polite and friendly even every time we visited they were very busy. They changed new plates from time when we had a few courses. We really enjoy and recommend dinner this place.

This restaurant reopened about 2 weeks ago after closing for many months. The mangers and waiters/waitress are very polite and caring, provide great customer service. Food is delicious as usual, except that beef tendon is too hard to chew. Now they offer little discount for morning dim sum to celebrate for reopening. Good little place for Chinese tea.

Best sweet and sour pork I've ever tried. Served inside a hallowed out pineapple, with fresh cut pineapples. Rest of the dishes were also very good. Tried their morning breakfast Dim Sum and they were equally as good.

I have to say that what made my experience at this restaurant so memorable today was the customer service. NEVER in all the years of dining with my family in Toronto have I ever experienced such unforgettable service!! I have had such a bad experience at many of the Chinese restaurants we've been to that I often expect service to be mediocre if not semi at par. Through the years I've been conditioned to just accept that good food, good prices in Chinese restaurants normally come with passable service. This time was an entirely different feel. So different and so positive that I mentioned it on several occasions to my aunt who is born and raised in HK. She confidently said that since I was so impressed, she was sure our family would return in the near future. As for the food, I enjoyed it very much but felt their sucking pig dish to be far too fatty for my liking. I enjoyed how they stir fried our sugar peas and I honestly enjoyed the Peking duck best. I would say that the lobster also disappoint. Overall this has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to dining here again soon. This restaurant has renewed my faith the service in Chinese restaurants

Came here for dimsum with my parents and I truly enjoyed it. One of the things they are known for is the bbq pork buns. If you go early in the morning the prices are cheaper. I enjoyed the dumplings and the corn congee. Definitely a hidden gem in Scarborough. The place is typical inside, nothing too fancy and the staff was helpful!

Another HK dim sum place, offering cash discounts if you come early before 11am. A lot of Chinese senior customers , interior decorating is aged, plenty seatings though. Foods quality here is above average.

Not bad, not bad. A little cramped, but it's aight. Was super excited for the brown sugar cake - but the flavour wasn't right, toooo sweet actually. Other stuff was fine.

Newly reopen again, clean dining room, new teams friendly smiling waitresses . Mr Chow friendly manager provided us the best service, dim sums really good, we had lobster 🦞 and Vancouver crab seafood dinner, delicious and excellent service. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍

Traditional dim sum experience, always delivering on consistent quality. I recommend getting the Har Gow (shrimp dumpling) and beef tendon in house sauce. The BBQ pork with rice offers great value, meat is tender and juicy with a good mix of fat to meat ratio. Chiu Chow dumpling's peanuts are crunchy. Their egg tart is made with puff pastry. Their deep fried items look alright as they seem to be cooked with fresh oil.

We had a pre-ordered menu for 12 guests. The food were good. Average per head was $85 per head with lobster, fish, abalone. No special drink. The steamed fish was good. Lobster was 8 lbs but I think was under 8lbs. However, the restaurant was very full n super noisy due to the fact each table were set very close to each other. I don't recommend for a big group there. Parking is available.

I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised by the above par food quality tonight at the Crown Jewel. Overall, all the dishes are yummy while the BBQ duck stands out from the rest. Even the complimentary desserts of red bean soup and Chinese pastry at the end round out the meal nicely.

The food here is very good for dim sum... Tasty and good size. We went early at 10:15am and didn't wait long to be seated. If you order before 11:00am, there's a 20% discount. Parking was good at that time as the plaza parking wasn't full. Washroom was clean except the counter with two sinks was covered in water... Messy customers?

Came here for late afternoon dim sum. The interior decor is a bit dated, but feels well-lit and spacious. The dim sum was pretty tasty, with decent portions for the price, with equivalent quality but lower prices than other high-end dim sum places. They even have an early bird special where all dim sum is the price of a small item weekdays before 11 am. My personal favourite was their baked Crown Jewel BBQ Pork Buns, each one was literally as big as my fist and super fluffy, with lots of tasty cha siu pork on the inside.Will definitely come back for more dim sum and perhaps to check out their dinner menu.

Great service there but need to make reservations ahead of time. Food was decent but the Jello not good for dessert. Everything else was okay. They gave 10% percent discount.

OVERALL DIMSUM HERE IS QUITE GOOD, HOWEVER, EVENTHOUGH WE WERE THERE DURING PEAK HOURS, SOME OF THE FRIED DISHES CAME OUT COLD, AND/OR STALE. WE ORDERED PRETTY MUCH 1/3 OF THE MENU I THINK LOL MUST TRY THEIR CROWN JEWEL BBQ PORK BUNS!

I've only been here a few times but lord is the dim sum on point.. haven't gone anywhere else since I found this dim sum restaurant.. they are ALWAYS packed so be sure to make reservations

Over all are good, except one Mamagress so cool, slow response, or hearing issue, need others server to help.

The dim sum is very good. If you order dim sum before 11am everyday Monday to Sunday. For the small, medium, large dim sum. We get 20% off. It's such a good deal. And the food is very fresh. They make it once you place the order. We love their steam food and desserts.

Price is reasonable and seafood is fresh. Excellent service, will go back and try their dim sum.

Food was really good plus the hostess Mandy was professional. She upsell the lobsters with garlic steamed was excellent. Overall my experience here was very satisfying. Keep up the service and food. See you again soon.
