This clinic is very unreliable. They probably have good doctors but but their administrative team really brings them down. Called in to check how long the wait time is at around 09:15 am and was told there were too many walk-ins that they can no longer accommodate me that day. According to their Google information they close at 9pm that day. The receptionist was too quick to get rid of me on the phone didn't even let me finish asking my questions. Really bad service. Hope they improve this. I feel bad for patients that really needs help and don't have a family doctor to go to. Family doctors are really hard to find these days.

The front desk really made me sick, I suggest the clinic to fire her or nobody would love to go there. The worst reception I’ve met, she was so rude and disrespectful, she didn’t even listen to me and disturbed me so many times. So sad there is no non-star option for her attitude and service. I highly recommend her to go back to school to learn manner.

The front desk here is very bad. The middle-aged woman who speaks Chinese and English has a very bad attitude. I don't understand what she yelled at me there. I had a very bad experience. This is not a good hospital for treatment. I even want to give him 0 stars. I think this clinic can dismiss such a receptionist, no one will like her. Do not trust the front desk. I called one day before asking for walk in service, the front desk lady said today walk in is full. the doctor will come at 1:30pm tomorrow. I can come and line up at 1:30pm. I also asked what time I should I come and do I need to come early for the waiting. Front desk lady said I can just come at 1:30 and line up. BUT!!! When I came today at 1:20pm, front desk said all the walk in is full. They are no more taking walk in today. I really don’t mind for coming early for the line up, but Why the the front desk giving me wrong information. We drive all the way here for no reason.

Worst walk in clinic in the area. Also this is not a health care place, is it more business like. They give priority for people who doesn't carry health card and paying the fees. Is not even a first come first service. Unethical service. Old lady is very rude as well and was complaining and giving a bad attitude when I was complaining to her. I will never suggest this place to any one even my enimies. Bad place, please avoid it if you not the doctors patient.

Doctors here don't care about patients' health, all they care about is money. They have no patience and interest to hear out your problems and just rush you and rush you, on top of that, they only allow you to talk about one problem even if you were with him/her for only less than 3 minutes for the main problem. The worst one is Dr. Su, very unprofessional, rude and condescending. He literally said to me: "Is there a problem with your brain? " when I tried to ask him a question. I was appalled by what he said. Honestly, I could report him to CPSO for this! He has no patience to listen to your problems, so I doubt he could make a correct diagnosis. He also prescribes very irresponsible medication with side effects way outweighing the benefits. So my advice is that never go visit this clinic unless you really have no other choice, and even if you do, pick any doctors other than Su if you don't want to make your problems even worse. Never just take whatever medication the doctor prescribes to you, ask the doctor what the medication is for, do a research online yourself, before you take it.

Rather than a Walk In, this is a Walk Out clinic. 99.9% they will not be taking in patients. The receptionists are also all incredibly rude, and stuck up and unwilling to be helpful. It’s next to impossible to get an appointment here, they won’t let you book one in advance, they will only tell you to try your luck the next day and arrive at their opening time, in which they even say you are not guaranteed an appointment. If you’re able to get an appointment you’re not any luckier, any important test results you are waiting for, good luck getting the results.If you’re seeing more then one existing issue, rebook another separate appointment. They do not care for their patients, this isn’t a health practice environment this is a business environment to get maximum turnover. I wouldn’t trust a practice that doesn’t care about their patients as clearly that implies they don’t give to much thought into diagnostics. They will treat you like garbage because they get paid regardless.

Decided to go to this clinic as my family doctor is on vacation. Lined up early in the morning around 7am in order to get an appointment to see the doctor as they only accept certain number of patients for walk in. They open at 8:30am to give appointment to the patients. At the end they told me to go back after 2pm and wait in the clinic. They are giving all the morning appointments to those who doesn’t have OHIP because they need to pay $70 and this clinic wanna earn money for sure. The Indian receptionist is the rudest person I ever seeen!!! She told me that I have to go to see my family doctor instead and shouldn’t go to their clinic. I would not recommend this place for who is looking for walk in clinic.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! The front desk and doctors are so trashy and unprofessional I cannot even describe how bad they are. We waited more than an hour for our appointment. I don’t even know how unprofessional they are. This is the rudest clinic I have ever seen. If there was a zero star option I would definitely use it. I have been a patient at this clinic, I believe since they opened. I looked passed the 2-3hours wait times, despite having an appointment each time. I even looked passed extremely rude receptionists EACH TIME. However, Brimley Clinic has definitely gone downhill since Dr. Mohan left. I only stayed for Dr. Mohan during those times and I have followed her to her new location, but I have an urgent matter (not urgent enough for the hospital YET) and the Brimley Clinic won't even pick up the phone during office hours. The only reason I am calling is because they are supposed to be open 1 hour earlier. How could it be that their opening time is 8:30am and no one is picking up the phone from 8:30am-8:50am? Once again, this clinic is proving that they lost a great doctor, because when Dr. Mohan was here, at least the staff was in check with their duties. Also, I had an appointment here on the weekend, despite it being walk-in days, because my issue was time sensitive. Then, when I arrived they weren't open for the entire day. So, they put my health at greater risk due to the 24-48 hour window that I needed to stand by. I strongly recommend following Dr. Mohan and if not, go anywhere else since this place does not have anything to offer anymore, besides terrible service.

literally never take walk ins. i tried walking in so many times and they tell me to book an appointment so impatiently and rudely. i book an appointment and they can see me soonest the following week ?! today walked in at 9 am they open at 830 am and somehow they already have too many patients for the day? makes no sense, terrible place.

If I could give this place half a star I would because they deserve it for how unprofessional and rude the receptionists are but the doctors are good. They are always full when trying to book an appointment they make you ‘walk in’ but there are so many people who line up hours before this place opens your chances of actually seeing a doctor is low. If you’re ever in pain or having medical problems you’re better off waiting in the ER than this because the wait time is basically the same but you’ll get seen by a doctor no matter what in the ER instead of being brushed away because they couldn’t manage the amount of people properly. Some people are able to book appointments which means you have an expected amount of people and an unpredictable amount of people who need to walk in, they should just not be a walk in clinic if it’s this difficult to manage things, and then put out the worst attitude to people who are already not feeling well. From other reviews I’ve seen allegedly people who are not covered by OHIP are priority because they can get money from them. From personal experience, every time I’ve been here the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. I was having an eye infection issue and the receptionist didn’t hear me correctly and yelled “HIV?” In a shocked and offended tone for the whole room. To clarify, no I am not HIV positive thank you, I was trying to explain to her about my eye infection, if she had trouble hearing me or needed a clarification she should have just asked me to repeat myself! If you’re considering going here, if you’re okay with dealing with the rude receptionists, long wait, and potentially not even getting seen by the doctors, go ahead but I’d just turn back now.

Worst Clinic ever! They should be shutdown right away. Took my 6 month daughter because she had a cough and was told they can't see her until she does a rapid test. Explained she has just took her vaccine and we wanna make sure cough is nothing serious as it's not a symptom of her vaccinations and admin staff told me go home due a test and come back after two weeks or go to emergency. Waste of tax payer dollars

They told me to come to see the test results and when I arrived they told me no more patients today :)) my home so far away from there. Is that funny to treat people like that? And the front desk was so rude to me.

My boyfriend went to this doctor experiencing symptoms of a stroke and expressed that to the doctor. Dr. Hong then just told him to do some blood work and bring the results back to discuss… as he was stroking in front of her. Odd place.

Dr. Hong is very professional and attentive. I have been with her for about 5 years now and strongly recommend her. Even though she moved her office to a further location, it's still worth the drive to get the best service!

Was told there’s no doctors, not that they weren’t available just that there weren’t any. Very rudely might I add. The receptionists have little to no manners.

I was hesitant to come to this clinic because of all the negative reviews but my own family doctor is quite far so I decided to chance it since I was in a bind. I was pleasantly surprised! I only have good things to say so far. I called ahead first since they were closing in about 2 hours and the young receptionist was more than accommodating to me. When I arrived, she thoughtfully prepared incase samples were needed. Once it was my turn to see the doctor, Dr Jang didn't rush me at all. Thoroughly listened to my back story and asked relevant questions. I felt confident in his diagnosis. I was in and out in about an hour.

The Indian receptionist is the rudest person I ever seeen!! Most of the ppl that I saw at the clinic was Asian she was yelling and giving them attitude and most of them English is not there first language so it takes time for them to understand , this receptionist needs to be fired.

When to this clinic for ultrasound and saw Dr. Pang honestly worst doctor ever. Is only quick but not caution at all. First Dr. Pang just brushed off my Right Kidney benign tumor as Kidney stone and in fact multiple specialists confirmed is benign kidney tumour as well his own technician said AML kidney tumour. Ultrasound technician was so today able get my image and all different scan done on same day they placed every thing in 1 scan even it is different parts of the body. Find it ridiculous. If We advise stay out of this walk in clinic especially don't see Dr. Pang at all. He worst don't even know my history of neurological disorders and brush off as kidney stones But he only tell us drink more water you are very healthy assume by age only. When in fact it is Kidney tumour and by fact confirmed by multiple specialists doctors it is Kidney tumour. 1 cm. This is worst dr even with 37 year experience. Not sure how many malpractice with this Dr that is unreported. Please find other GPs don't recommend this Dr or clinic.

I called on behalf of my mom to see if we could get an appointment. Unfortunately they were already full. They asked what symptoms my mom was experiencing, and once they felt like it wasn't an ER type of issue they said she can come walk in but it will be a long wait. I'm thankful she was able to receive care within two hours instead of the dreadful 6 hours she would've been in the ER for.

The front receptionists at this clinic are unprofessional, rude, and display discriminatory behavior, including racism. They exclusively cater to Cantonese and English-speaking individuals. If you cannot speak Cantonese, they will ignore you and make you wait indefinitely. Previously, the clinic only accepted walk-ins and did not allow appointments, even if you wanted to schedule the next appointment right after seeing the doctor. However, they have recently changed their policy. Walk-ins are no longer accepted without notifying patients. When asked about the change, they rudely mentioned that the doctor has many patients, and it is not their responsibility to inform everyone. Furthermore, printing a report paper is exorbitantly expensive, costing $5 per page, as witnessed. Additionally, the clinic only accepts cash payments, which is likely not legal. This discriminatory behavior and the clinic's practices are concerning and should be addressed."

RUN! This clinic is the WORSE from receptionists to doctors. My grandpa who is 82 years old has been in the ICU since July 2023 and finally out of the hospital. He went to get some high blood pressure medicine to only find out that they cancelled him. We asked why and they said they don’t like him. We asked if they can give him some medicine for the time being and they said that’s your problem. The family doctor doesn’t care about patients well being at all. Receptionist is super rude. They screamed at a patient who was only 2 mins late for their appointment and even lied to them that the doctor left for the day. When in fact the doctor was still seeing another patient at that time because they were behind in seeing patients.

DO NOT COME HERE. rude service all around, horrible experience. I don’t usually post reviews on google and i always forgive and forget about poor customer service but this place is horrible. rude front desk lady! I asked her a question about how long it would take and she screamed at me all aggravated. Also when i didn’t understand one of her questions she started yelling at me again make me sound stupid for not knowing what she meant. Also the doctor, i’m not sure who i got but he was an old asian man. My daughter got a chemical burn on the back of her neck from a perm she had just gotten and the doctor kept cutting my daughter off when she was speaking and just said eczema. He then presumed to ask her personal question like school which is completely fine but then he asked if she had a boyfriend and if she was stressed about a break up (since stress causes eczema sometimes) umm it was VERY unprofessional, Uncomfortable and weird all around. will not be coming here ever again, they need to change the staff, they don’t care about anyone.

This is the worst clinic if you can avoid please don't go. The receptionist treats you terribly. don't allow you to ask questions. wait time for walk-in is 2 hours minimum. The last thing a patient need is to be treat impatiently!

The doctor was OK. My family and I went in for particular injections. He jabbed my arm twice, and my family members and I experienced more pain than we ever had for this type of injection. It was the way he administered them...I don't think he is very experienced with needles. Wait times are long (expect to wait 1-2 hours from check-in), but I suppose this is expected for a busy clinic and it's comparable to other walk-in clinics that I have been to in the area. The superstar here is the receptionist! We were at the clinic during a long weekend and she was the only receptionist handling all the phone calls and dealing with all the patients. It was a very busy day - there were a lot of phone calls and a lot of patients (checking in, asking questions, temperature checks, etc.), I'm not even sure that she took a break. She handled the pressure so well - she was polite and friendly, and was never short with patients. This clinic is very lucky to have a receptionist like her!

The doctors are incompetent and provide medications without actual diagnostics. They also do not provide referrals for specialists when situations are out of their scope of practice. They're putting people at risk rather than dealing with their ailments. Do NOT come to this clinic.
