Its massive and so clean. No parking problem. Two hours free parking. You can find anything the other branding gyms do provide. That was awesome.

A massive sports complex with all the amenities available on site. Features pools, running track, climbing wall, gym areas from workout to mat facilities. There is also a food court and a sports store. 2 hour parking available at no charge, and the parking lot is large and has electric charging area and wheelchair accessible parking. The building is very clean and spacious with multi areas to sit and relax. It is bright and well lit and has a reception desk at the south entrance where any questions can be answered. Reasonable rates for membership or daily rates available. Easy access from Morningside ave. Tours are available which you can book in advance and are 1/2 hour long. Built for hosting the Pan Am games in 2015 it has become an essential community resource and a must see!

What an awesome facility. Its actually very nice to see tax $'s being used in a positive way. Very well designed . Parking is $3. Lots of EV charging stations for free. Went there to watch our Granddaughter compete in her swimming competition. Huge swimming pools . B ball courts, climbing wall .. just a well used facility ..

T.O. Pan Am Sports Centre is top notch. Here for Bell Canadian Swim Trials- everyone is fantastic. The ONLY request would be more high quality food / drink available for athletes (locals / visitors) rather than the usual average fare. 😉 Booster Juice was very appreciated! That said every staff member/ volunteer I had the privilege of meeting were wonderful / helpful / professional/ kind. ❤️

World-class facility with excellant staff. This is a facility that the people of Ontario can be extremely proud of. A significant portion of the medals won at Tokyo 2020 were won by athletes that train at TPASC.

Nice Olympic size swimming pool. The water was a comfortable temperature. Women's changroom were big and spacious with lots of lockers to use. Bring your own lock. Showers were terrible with no water pressure. Inside the pan am centre also has a Tim Hortons pizza pizza and booster juice. Parking is free for 2 hours. After its $5.

Multi-sport complex includes Olympic size pool and training pool as Its main feature sport. The complex also includes Judo, Badminton, Basket Ball, Rock Climbing, Gymnasium, Indoor Track. Parking is free for the first two hours. This modern facility is the pride of Scarborough and conducts classes for swimming and other sports. There is a sports apparel and equipment store on one side of the main entrance and a food court on the other. Accessible by public transit, the complex is located just South of the exit at Morningside Avenue at Military Trail. The University of Toronto and the City of Toronto co-own the complex. The activities fill up quickly so you might see a fair bit of people in the pools.

This is a nice new pool. Olympic size. The hallways can be like a maze so remember where you are going at all times! Other than that, absolute beauty of a pool.

Has an amazing gym with almost any equipment you want, from the basic stuff like dumbbells/barbells/machines to punching bags. They also have other things like a pool and a basketball court which are also pretty great.

It's a nice pool, love this place. Did many courses here and just overall enjoy the vibe. Water is usually colder than most places but nonetheless it is a great place to swim.

This is an amazing, well-equipped and spacious facility for sports. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, there are opportunities for training on general knowledge around the facility and service offerings. There are also opportunities that exist to create a more pleasant swimming experience for all. For example, lifeguards should be more vocal in managing lane swims. Recently, many slow(er) swimmers seem to be clogging up and disrupting the flow of traffic in the fast lane when the slow/medium lane is available. Better distribution of swimmers across the lane, based on their pace, level, skill, etc may prevent messy overtakes, accidental injuries in the pools, etc. I understand that everyone needs to start somewhere in their swim journey and this may also call for self-awareness of the swimmers so it really is a collective effort. Additionally, the current temporary parking lot is riddled with potholes. Recognizing that efforts are being made and this is a temporary lot, the parking lot issue will resolve in time.

I often go this place for all my athletic needs. The pricing for members is well worth it as you get a lot included from swimming, athletic centre, the courts and most notably the climbing area. I have spent a significant amount of time at this place and often find myself having trouble trying to go home because I can’t seem to leave due to how welcoming they are. They also have a booster juice as you exit, making it easy to refuel on your way home and recover. Have nothing negative to say and will continue to support

Great facility if you’re a student at the school because it’s free with the tuition cost! Haven’t paid to enter so I can’t speak on the costs but the location has 4 full court basketball courts used for multiple different sports. There is also a big swimming pool with diving boards so they would for sure have many swimming programs!

Amazing facility! I travel 1 hour every-time to get to the place from Downtown, it’s worth the travel time. Everything you need in terms of physical activity is all in this facility for a good price.

Beautiful facilities with amazing staff. Extremely clean and proffesional. Greatest Olympic pool in the GTA, I'd give 6 stars if I could.

The sports centre is closed to the general public currently with the provincial lockdown. There are 2 large parking lots (North and South) along with a middle drop off area for team buses. The protocol for entering is to have a valid negative test, and pass a manned screening station plus temperature scan before being allowed in for sports training. Looking forward to the post pandemic when this great sports facility is reopened for all to enjoy

Took the kids to the rock wall today. They climbed for an hour. The staff members who work the wall are so great with children regardless of skill level. They are extremely helpful and motivate them while giving pointers to build skill and confidence. Will definitely be back!

I am one of the user of the facility. Parking is the only problem. There is a 2 hrs free parking. If you exceed the 2hrs limit then the charge will be 9.50 .No matter the exceeded time is in minutes or hrs fraction . It would be better and reasonable if the authority implement say every half hour x$ amount charge after the 2hrs free time passed . I believe if exceeded the 2hrs there is no free hrs will considered.

Fantastic sports complex. The drop in fees and rental fees are reasonable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are bright, modern, clean, and spacious. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded either.

I only used the swimming pool for Lane Swim at the Toronto Pan Am Centre. The facilities are great! The change room is spacious. Plenty of lockers. The shower stalls each have their own privacy curtain, and are always clean.

I’ve not used this facility but must admit that this is the best one I’ve ever seen. Pools are proper Olympic sized swimming pools.

What a great facility! At scheduled times the community can drop in to walk, jog or run the track for free. A perfect way to get some steady state exercise in a comfortable climate controlled environment.

Amazing Facility, students and people who are working here are hard-working. There are times when some of them are bit inexperienced, which shows they have Neva dealt with people or customer service. But I hope learn. Facilities are amazing..

  • 1/5 Himanshu G. 1 year ago on Google
Really pathetic staff at reception. I recently had a visit to know more about the membership plans for 3 members, i was literally given a piece of paper and was not even offered a tour. I had several questions regarding few activities i can add for my mom. But i was told to check online. Please train your staff and tell them to be atleast offer a tour as formality to your customers.

Nearly impossible to get someone there to answer the phone. The voicemail greeting says they will call you back within 48 business hours. Doesn't do you much good if you need an answer sooner. Lighting is poor on the courts as well. Intense concentrated lights. If you are playing a sport with overhead shots, the lights can severely hinder the ability to see. Pay parking is a joke. It is in the far reaches of the city. Most people are likely to drive. You pay to play and then pay more to park. A bit of a rip off.

  • 3/5 A A. 1 year ago on Google
The facility and classes are really nice. What ruins the experience is the people working at the front desk (2nd floor). They aren't nice, aren't helpful and usually don't know the answer. I can get more information reading the website. Avoid going to front desk if you can and you'll have a good experience.

  • 4/5 Shana P. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing sports centre with great programs, especially drop-in badminton. Overall good experience except for one time, my friend and I got yelled at by the front desk lady and she was very aggressive and rude. She clearly needs to work on her customer service. However, the situation was taken care of by the supervisor Gamal who was professional and kind to come and apologize. Besides this one time, I’d say all other staff are generally nice and treat customers respectfully.
