Wow! So glad we decided to try this place out. The food here is amazing and each plate is professionally dished like artwork. The sashimi was fresh and I loved the ramen and udon as well. Everything tasted really authentic and the location is really homely with freshly staff. Definitely recommend this small gem— will come back soon!

Very nice cozy place to share wonderful food with friends. Three of us had a great time, we didn't feel rushed and sushi was delicious. The cherry on the cake was a server, she was funny, attentive and polite. Good job:)

One of my favourite sushi places in Scarborough! The quality of everything we tried was super high, you can tell it was fresh and prepared with a lot of love. The service, the ambience and even the decor of the restaurant was so homey and comfortable. I would say to definitely dine in for the first time, if want to get the full experience. Their sushi is definitely to die for!

This is one of our fave spots whenever we're in the neighbourhood! The portions are generous, and the food is flavourful. The staff are very kind and courteous, and the place is very tidy. We've been coming here since 2015, and we recommend this place highly!

Been my go to spot when I need a tire change in the area. It’s definitely Japanese with Korean fusion. I would say the Japanese side of the menu is much better. Stick with the sushi and sashimi and avoid the bento boxes. The fire roll is cool to look at, but too big for a sushi roll and tasted average.

Nice little sushi place tucked in just across from Pacific Mall. Clean environment, polite staff and fresh sushi. Ordered a few special rolls and they were quite large in size at a decent price. Their menu selection is quite large and would have something for everyone. Would come back again as it is the best in the area. If you pay cash then you get 10% off.

We had know about this place for a while and finally decided to try it. The space was cozy but they also didn’t pack the tables too close together so there’s a lot of comfortable space. The first thing I have to commend them on is service. When we asked for tea, the waitress was cognizant enough to let us know that the tea has caffeine (as we have a 6 y.o. with us that was also going to have some), so we really appreciated that. Thank you! For food, we ordered a lot of things (probably just a bit too much), but we wanted to try a bit of everything. We ordered the salmon loveds dinner set, which we thought was really good value. We also got their warm sake + 4 veggie gyoza dinner set. It was a lot of sake. We were expecting a small bottle that was 80% full but instead got a big bottle that was 99% full (see pic). The tako wasabi was also very good. I love my tako wasabi and this is probably the best place for that IMHO. The presentation was nice, there was a lot of tako wasabi along with other garnishes. What I liked most was that the wasabi wasn’t too overpowering here and I could actually taste the octopus. And at $6 it was tremendous value. 11/10 for me on this appetizer. If I had to nitpick, I would say that some of the specialty rolls weren’t rolled as tight as I would like and can come apart quite easily. The parking situation also isn’t the greatest, but despite all of that, we still really enjoyed our dinner. Daughter asked if we could come back again soon. Yeah, I think we will.

I’ve been here quite a few times. The latest time, I only got sashimi a la carte. The presentation was great, and the salmon and tuna I got were really high quality. This is truly one of the best sushi places in Ontario.

I visited a lot of sushi restaurant in toronto. This is the best sushi restaurant. First fish, especaily sashimi quality is the best very fresh and very diverse. Also sroll? Rice cook state is perfect some restuarants they don't know how to cook rice(under cook usually), spicy mayo taste was really good so should order extra on!!

Came by for takeout tonight and although it was busy and I had trouble getting the menu QR code working, the staff were kind and even lent me their personal phone to use. The food itself was well presented and the portions of fish were very fair too. I've sometimes found sushi places in Scarborough to be hit or miss in quality, but all of their sushi and sashimi tasted quite fresh - I'm really glad I tried this place out! My only point of feedback would be that they forgot to include any soy sauce in my takeout bag - I figure this because of how swamped they were. Still, a great experience overall!

Tonight my father and I wanted to try out something different for dinner, so we went over to Nichiban Sushi 4 U! I was absolutely impressed by this place because it had some really good options on their menu. I ordered their Salmon Bento Box which was delicious!! The waitress was kind and the food came out really quick which was great. We hope to come back here again someday with my Mom being present because she likes this kind of food too!!!!

Wow! This is one of the best sushi restaurants ever! We tried Sugar Mama roll and it was absolutely delicious. Plus Philadelphia roll and spicy salmon which were both great! Lovely staff and generous hospitality!

Its been awhile since we ate out and going to Nichiban for our 1st dine in was the best choice. Food was serve hot and fresh. Jeon our server welcome us and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!!!

I have great sushi from all over Toronto and the quality of this place is absolutely my favorite! It is amazing in everyway. I feel like this is a hidden gem! If your a sushi love do not pass up on this place. 😊

A hidden gem - literally hidden at the back or a strip plaza behind a gas station. But don’t let the obscure location deter you. The food is excellent and service is courteous. It’s one of the best sushi places in Scarborough. The speciality rolls are excellent, and the katsu don is one of the best I’ve tasted anywhere.

This place has some really good sushi. Great thing is comes with miso soup and a salad with rolls! I love the salad dressing and would buy a tub of it (citrus ginger flavour). Ordered take-out a couple times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rice tasted fresh and light, fish also fresh. Would recommend giving it a try if you are host any. Price is great too

My favorite sushi place in town! The signature rolls and sashimi are very good. My personal favourite is the Golden Philadelphia roll. The staffs are nice and the atmosphere and the vibe is real cozy.

The place is small, warm, and cozy. The people are nice. The food was outstanding! We had Sushi B and the Bulgogi Bento Box. We do recommend to come here at lunch time.

Have been coming here for years for their party trays and it's never a miss. We always get the large sashimi, sushi, roll tray and the fish is fresh and tasty. They don't really fill up the tray with cheap rolls like some places do too, which we love!! The staff are so kind and accommodating as well. Nichiban Sushi 4 U is my ride or die.

I have to post another review because I love their customer service, along with the fresh sushi. Last weekend, I ordered a party tray (take out). When we got home, we discovered they made a mistake. They immediately rectified the problem and made a new party tray for us, at no cost. This is excellent customer service. Taking responsibility for their mistake. And they were super apologetic too.
