I really wanted to love Dr. Chivers and hire him as my plastic surgeon but unfortunately we didn’t even meet. He cancelled my original appointment, rebooked me for a Saturday at 4pm and I was told to be there 15 min before. I was on time and waited, and waited. Them told “sorry, we had a patient arrive late and throw us off schedule” and tell me they needed 5 more minutes. Well after another 15 min (total 1.5 hours) I left. No one was around to let them know either. And guess what? It’s been exactly a week since said appointment and no one has called to apologize or try and re book. So unprofessional in my opinion!

Dr.Chivers is hands down the best surgeon in the business. From the second I showed up for consults into surgery felt like 5 star all the way. I was absolutely blown away by him and his team, His caring bedside manner made me feel so comfortable and so welcome, He is unbelievably honest and realistic with what you will experience as the final outcome, He is beyond professional and genuine, I had consults at 3 other plastic surgeons ( Big names in TO ) before choosing Dr.Chivers...many of them were odd to say the least and by no means would I have felt comfortable in their care. If you are on the fence about doctor’s, know that in his hands you are golden..he’s not just a plastic surgeon but an artist and loves what he does with passion. I’m so pleased to have chosen him as my surgeon. My breasts look Gorgeous and I have now recommended him to all my family and friends. I couldn’t have wished for a better doctor to change my life. Best experience period !!!

Dr Chivers and staff are amazing dont hesitate to go to him.I had 3 procedures at once(Panniculectomy with a tummy tuck ,Breast reduction and an Arm lift) From my consultation to my actual surgery only took 8 months (Dont forget this was during covid) I was worried about recovery time shouldn't have been I was out at the mall 3 days later. I'm now 8 weeks post op and am able to do anything with no restrictions. My results are amazing and better than I ever expected. Dr Chivers, Rachel and Ciara make you feel comfortable and important from the first appointment to the last. I want to thank Rachel who was there in the early stages of healing and answering my questions and concerns at all hours of the night.Dr Chivers puts your fears at ease with his friendly knowledgeable demeanor. I can not give Dr. Chivers enough accolades for his genuine care and outstanding attentiveness I had received as his patient. His clinical staff Heather and Jennifer are so nice and are always a pleasure to deal with. His surgical staff also made me feel at ease on the day of my surgery. Dr. Chivers was there for me when I woke up after my operation to see how I was doing, that speaks volumes. My surgical outcome exceeded my expectations due to his precision and attention to detail, (an artist) which clearly demonstrates his prominent skills as a distinguished surgeon. Dr. Chivers is someone I implicitly trust, and I highly recommend that he should be the first on your list of Cosmetic Surgeons for a consultation. Dr Chivers was my surgeon for tummy tuck procedure that i waited on 2 years for because i couldn’t make the decision to go with it or not. I am so glad i did because it had brought significant improvement and joy in my life. I can attest to the fact that when it comes to tummy tuck in toronto he is the plastic surgeon to go with. My scars are well hidden like he said they would be and my tummy is nice and smooth.

I really had bad experience at Dr Chivers clinic today .I had 3:00 pm appointment and had to leave finally after waiting till 4:20 pm. I mean so much planning and work goes into planning appointment with two young kids. I picked my kids early from school/daycare, my husband took half day from work to drive me from milton to north York . I hired someone for 3 hrs to watch my daughter . At the end after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes I had to leave without seeing the doctor . All this for nothing . In the email they had mentioned “Please expect the appointment to be an hour at most”. The wait time itself was more than hour .

I had a surgery booked with the amazing Dr. Chivers and unfortunately fell on some hard times and had to cancel. I was so upset! I can’t believe how sweet and understanding they are. They fully refunded me no questions asked. Jade you are an incredible human and I adore you. Thank you for all your help and I will see you again for my surgery in the future. There is no one else I would go to and trust fully. Dr. Chivers and his support staff are simply the best.

Amazing results. All the pregnancy scars and excess belly fat was totally removed. The surgical incision was expertly administered and with time will fade very nicely. Dr. Chivers took the time to explain the abdominoplasty procedure in layman terms. The surgical staff and anesthesiologist were fantastic. The clinic's staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with, especially Ciaria. Thank you Dr. Chivers.

Dr Chivers is an incredible doctor! Received the best care from him a doctor could possibly give from the beggining until the very end. He is very proffesional and confident in what he does but also remains humbly down to earth and will talk with his patients unlike some other doctors who rush through it all and expect you to understand medical terms and procedures like they do or don't want to explain to you.Not Dr. Chivers I was nervous about my surgery until I met him and he started talking, I immediately felt his confidence push my fear away. Also must mention the office is great and they we're able to answer any of my questions throughout the healing process. What really stood out for me afterwards was also the fact that this surgeon personally responded to my emails helping me with any questions I had for him after the post surgery, I personally don't know any doctors who will do that especially a surgeon busy as he is. Dr. Chiver and his team is excellent in this field. Dr. Chiver made me feel very comfortable in our initial visit to all the other visits. He explained me everything in detail about the procedure. He is like a magician because I had zero pain after my surgery. I was so scared before it. After the surgery, I was shocked that I didn’t feel any pain. Just minor pinch feeling. Everything healed pretty well. I am very thankful to Dr. Chiver, Jade and Jennifer for their upmost care. Jennifer and Jade always welcomed me with smile.
