Great place full of heritage, beautiful building. Gotta love the green floor, a real attraction that you should not miss if you visit Hamilton. An indescribable hue of green never replicated before. A one of a kind masterpiece of a classic green floor.

So glad I had a chance to visit. The exhibits were great but it is worth going just to see the building. The person who started our tour was very knowledgeable too.

Went there for the first time back when I was in 6th grade. I remember the displays, layout, and the amount of history I learned about Hamilton's industrial past was fascinating. I also remember going here for my 12th birthday as part of a paranormal investigation (thanks for that one Hamilton Ghost Walks!) And I remember it being really amazing. There's this whole atmosphere to the place. If it's not haunted then in the very least it has this air of rich history. It's a lovely place and I highly recommend it. I know ghost walks don't happen here anymore but that was one of the most inspiring days of my life. Will definitely come back someday when it reopens just to see how much it's changed in the past 6 years.

Totally fabulous museum, both full of important history, and doing a ton of great work to incorporate art and modern narratives to be inclusive of today’s working people!
