Jack Astor was one of my favorite until last time hence the review. The service was pathetic and the food was nowhere near what they used to serve. Not sure if it’s because if COVID but they’ve surely lost a loyal customer. We couldn’t finish the food coz of his taste and texture and left in between. Pathetic experience!!

Good location, friendly staff but very quiet during lunch hours. Been here for dinner and it’s very lively. Their bowls are good, the portion felt small as compared to other Jack Astors but was delicious.

Can't say anything bad about the staff and the service. I would only suggest that they install some shades at their roll up doors to block the afternoon sun on hot days. We couldn't stay out there in the heat, even with the door down. Staff was very understanding and found our group a good table inside with practically no notice. Well done!

Just like any other jack astors. We didn't order food but we did order drinks. They make them stiff and the service is really nice. Vic our waitress was really funny. Hopefully will come back soon!

This is a very large restaurant near the airport. Came in for a lunch with friends... it was not busy but we were seating right next to the kitchen for some reason. The speakers were very loud so we had to practically shout at each other and the noise from the kitchen did not help. The food was ok, but my pad thai was very mushy and bland. The service was great and staff was very friendly. I typically enjoy Jacks but not this visit.

We ate at Jack Astor's Bar and Grill Airport after a long day of sightseeing. We were greeted and seated promptly. Initially we were served our drinks and given some extra time with the menu as it's quite large. My husband had a burger and it looked delicious. I had the goat cheese and chicken wrap with a baked potato and it was cooked to perfection. Our son ate from the children's menu and had the chicken strips with plum sauce and fries. The only complaint we have is that we requested refills on our drinks and were forgotten about until we were nearly finished our meal. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Great dinner experience. Excellent food, fast service and very friendly and courteous service too. I asked for some extra hot sauce on the side and they got me 3 different sauces including some house made hit sauce. The food was delicious. The server was friendly anf knowledgeable about the food and menu options. Very good experience will be happy to come back again !

Good service! server Eva was attentive and sweet! Great energy. Food was great (nachos were crunchy!) Enjoyed our time here with friends. AJ AND EVA are exceptional!! Shoutout to the shift manager Ishan for accomodating our group and being keen on service!

I have had to eat out in the general area for two weeks. This is the absolute best service I have recieved. Marianna and Maria wound up taking great care of our big group. They were entertaining, friendly and quick to get us drinks. Great experience

The place was busy but the service was great especially from Siba and Darren! They were both great and very efficient. We ordered: *** 2 lbs of Chicken Wings - pricey but very good. 8/10 *** Vodka Soda Fish ‘N Chips - very light and airy and perfectly cooked. Best one I’ve had in a long time. The tartar sauce was incredible but the coleslaw had a little bit of stale taste to it. 9/10. It would have been 10 if it wasn’t for the mediocre coleslaw. *** Mushroom Truffle Cheeseburger with Caesar Salad - very nice! Love the earthiness note and the burger was perfectly cooked . 9/10 Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Amazing place with fantastic customer service. I visited this restaurant couple of days back with my friends. We got patio seats and ordered a veg burger and fries and many other things, which were excellent. I would recommend this place to my friends.

This was a hockey team lunch which the service was really good food was quick well done considering most restaurants don't have the staff to accommodate. My only issue was they did not take my INSPIRED REWARDS. I arrived told them I would check in and they kept saying yes ill get it. Then when I paid she said oh just add on the app...there is no way to add it. $103 bill @JackAstor's why are you using this if you won't take them?

Been lots of times in various group sizes. Always enjoyed my meal and staff are always helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is great and lively. Their protocols for the pandemic are great, make sure you have your vaccine receipt and ID

We got to-go/take away. salmon Fiesta Salad and a dish with beef. The salmon was cooked but I found a few bones in there while chewing which made me a bit paranoid about eating the rest of the salmon. The Salad was okay and had a decent taste. The beef was firm and a bit over cooked. It was under seasoned and did not come with any sauce to make it any juicier. It was definitely tough to cut through. The service staff was nice in the front. It was a crowded sports bar environment. The bathrooms were clean with automatic trash recepticals in them. Overall there are some good and some not so good attributes of this restaurant. It was definitely an experience.

A group of coworkers decided to come here from some drinks and snacks and for our surprise, after 3 hours of consuming one of the staff members came to the table to let us know that we needed to move to a different table because that one was already reserved. We are still with drinks and food in the table enjoying the time but he insisted to kick us out because of the reservation. Please think about this before coming here, eventually this could be happening to you as well when they feel that your consumption is reducing and not going as expected. You really don’t know what’s this all about, but you’re wrong and all customers deserve the same treatment.

Meal was good. I wouldn't say great because I've had this burger before at another location and it was prepared/tasted better

Kayla was the BEST waitress I've had in so long (anywhere)!!! She was a great sport with my father in law being such a 'dad', and was truly just lovely to interact with. the food was as expected, standard across most Jack Astor meals, it truly was Kayla who made our experience so fantastic. I'd come back just to sit in her section again!!

Our server Mona is amazing. She was fast. Efficient and helpful with my extensive food allergies. She rocks!!!!!! Our food came out so fast. All of our food accommodated our issues and the taste was second to none. Our drinks were on point. She served us mere minutes after we placed the order. I highly recommend this restaurant. Monica is the best..

Really spacious location! Service was good, food came quickly. I really like the pink bubble bowl - however too much ice not enough drink

A lot of security COVID-19 standards before eating in the place. The service is really good and the ambient used to be better to be honest back in the day. Good for gang out with pals to catch up.

Went here with my 8 year old. Weather was nice so we sat outside, probably the best choice because we also got to see airplanes of all different sizes land and he loved it it. The service was great and the food was delicious! I'm just not a fan of the new menu. Otherwise, the experience was 10/10!

Absolutely amazing! Jermaine makes you feel at home with his presence. He’s very attentive and pays very close attention to you. The atmosphere is full of great vibes and he’s Very welcoming! I will be back for sure. Thank you Jacks Airport!

Went here on Saturday night to catch a Leafs game and the place was packed and buzzing. A little bit of a wait at the entrance to get seated but they found us some decent seats in the bar area. Despite being busy the service was great and the food was even better. Lots of TV's around so watching the game was easy too. Great experience overall.

Very nice and clean restaurant, service was great and all staff were amazing. Stopped to have something to eat on our way back to London ON with a 9 people party and they took great care of us. Everyone’s food came out perfect and we could notice no dish was sitting on a warmer before being served. This was my first visit and will definitely come back.

Such a nice location with good food and good service. We were seated as we got inside and our food came fairly quickly. There were two (small) things that stood out as my family and I ate: the coating on the fish came off as we cut into it and the wings were a bit pink in the middle; those were easily overlooked since everything tasted really good.

The place looks so nice and Tatiana the host gave great customer service and was really friendly so yea I had a great first time experience there. Also the shrimp Thai was excellent.

we were gathering at the office but it was a stormy day so we decided against going out for lunch with my colleagues. We wanted to get burgers so we picked the closest burger place & we didn’t mind to go pick up. We wanted to get some garlic bread to share and it’s not how I remembered their famous garlic bread tasted like. It literally was like a grocery store brioche with some shredded cheese on top. They had extra garlic butter on the side but still nothing close to what I remembered from the past. For entrees, I had a cheese burger with a side salad. The only good part was the salad, the beef patty was below average and the processed cheese didn’t taste good at all. I had half of it and I had to stop. May be it’s the first order for the kitchen or May be it is the takeout factor. I was disappointed by this meal. I could have gotten similar results for less than this price at fast food chain instead.

Loved the al fresco luncheons. Serving was quick. Very nice menu choices of Mediterranean , Mexican, and fusion food with many veg and vegan options. Bowls are the steal deal. A tad bit pricey but the portions, taste, and seating makes it all worthwhile.

Definitely my best experience I’ve ever had at a Jack Astor’s. My server was Elvira and she provided my family and I with above and beyond service and the manager Nicolette helped us celebrate my moms birthday in the best most unforgettable way ever. 10/10 and will definitely be returning very soon

Great place to catch up with friends specially when you want to be near the airport :) Friendly atmosphere and courteous staff. We had Fish Bowl drinks - LIT and Mango drink- tasted little too sweet… rest all was good

This place is very happening on a Saturday night, with great music from the DJ. The staff are very friendly and gave us a comfortable seat. We tried the Fishbowl drinks and nachos. They taste great, but you may find your nachos a bit lacking in the cheese department. That is, many nachos around the edge of the plate have nothing on them. Still tasted great, anyway.

I’m always craving the chicken bow tie pasta from here! It’s so tasty. I came here in a bigger group, service was pretty slow but the food overall was great. Drinks were good, standard bar drinks. The only complaint was there was no chicken in the thai chicken bowl, but the manager comp’d that meal because of it so it was resolved.
