On July 8 2022, I went to Urgent Care Clinic in Etobicoke with my 70 year old I'll mother. We reached around 8:15 to the clinic for my mother, who was feeling ill and had trouble walking. It was very difficult to get her there. When we reached, I was greeted by Manjot, who was very rude from the beginning. She took us in for a consultation, asking random questions and wasting 15 minutes of our time. After 15 minutes she refused to let us go and have my mother checked out because they were closed. She not only wasted our time, even though we reached before 8:30. She told my mother how she will not find the proper care for her age. She spoke very rude comments to me and my mother. I have never met such a rude, ill mannered person in my entire life. I will 100% be sure to report this to public health and our mayor to fix this clinic and their staff.

I called to the receptionist. I dont kwn who she was. As I was having chest pain my family doctor was not available that day so I called UCC to do my ECG. The lady on the phone told me you cant come today bcoz you already spoke to your family doctor. You can only have one walk-in in one day. She was so rude and arrogant, i was explaining to her and then she hung up the call and never picked up again. Im sure she was an Indian girl. So rude and stupid.

Please have doctors there that can actually do their job because the care that I was shown today was absolutely unacceptable. No proper diagnosis and tapping fingers on the desk as if he doesn’t have time for my issue. This is fifth time I have encountered this doctor here and has done absolutely nothing for me but rush me out. i hope you guys fix this issue as someone of that nature should not be overseeing the care of families that come in and out their trust into you all. I genuinely feel bad for the receptionists because you guys need to have a better plans in place for all of the patients you have to see on a daily basis. Good day !

I'm usually not one to write reviews but when it comes to this clinic I have to. I want to save anyone else from going here. I've had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences. The most recent one was with my mother who wasn't feeling too well. I called around 1030 am to book same day appointment,I even went on the website to book just for backup. I called them around 12pm to ask how much longer it would be the receptionist told me there were 3 people ahead of me. Fine. Waited another hour and a half meanwhile people were going in and leaving (was waiting in my car right in front of the building). Called around 1:45pm asked how much longer, she told me the exact same thing that there are 3 people ahead of me, I said how when I see people leaving and coming in, she had no valid reason just said the doctor went on break. Waited until 230pm called again and she said there are still people ahead of me.I just went with my mom to the next door pharmacy and bought her over the counter medication for the meantime and just left. Basically 4 hours wasted with my mother sick in the car. I called them before I left to let them know of their horrible service, the receptionist was acting like she didn't know what I was talking about. Unbelievable. Never returning here.

I booked an appointment for my kids last night. Once we arrived, we were asked to stay in our car until it was time for us to be seen. After waiting 45 minutes in the car they called us to come to the door, once someone opened the door to allow as in, we were asked to wear our masks. I told the young lady that we didn't bring any masks, you guys should have notified me of this over phone prior to us arriving to the appointment. I asked her to if they can provide us with the masks, she replied No as we don't have any to give. Terrible customer care for a medical office!!!

Really bad clinic. I’m 32 weeks pregnant with bronchitis over a week. my family physician told me if I’m not better in a week I need to see a doctor. Because my family doctor was closed I went to this walk in but they wouldn’t allow me in due to my cough, even though I told them it was bronchitis. I had to go to another walk-in who accepted me right away. Very very disappointed in our health care system and how they’re handling things. They’re getting lazier and lazier by the minute. They want to relate everything to COVID just so they don’t have to deal with people one on one.

Dr.Chaudhry did an amazing job at handling my situation and addressing my needs. He’s a great doctor and I can’t express how grateful I am to have had such a wonderful experience despite being in pain. Amazing doctors and staff. Dr.Moghrabi was also great at providing the right treatment yesterday.

The receptionist is pathetic and very rude. How come you guys are working in a clinic when you don’t have sympathy for your patients. They don’t bother and care if you die also. I had strong fever of 104 + 4-5 other issues typically resemble to Covid. I was waiting for the whole day for the doctor call as they told me doc will talk to you on phone because you have certain issues so we won’t recommend you to visit clinic. It’s better to go emergency which hardly takes 1-2 hours instead of waiting here for the whole day. Moreover when you talk to receptionist and ask question you will get answers I don’t know. You guys are not working free in the clinic, you are getting paid through government so please behave nicely especially to your patients who are already in trouble. I will not recommend to anyone. Really disappointed and dissatisfied.

Went there for a finger injury. Was surprised to find place empty. After initial inspection, was told to go for x-ray, went and came back to clinic with link to see results. Told by receptionist the doctor finished day at 4:30 and had left. Asked if could see another doctor to confirm x-ray results if finger broken. Told only allowed to see one doctor per day per clinic. So do not know if finger is broken, and the best part is when left an re-entered car, the time was 4:20. That is probably why such low reviews, no diagnostics on site and unhelpful staff.

Dr Zamar or whatever his name is is the WORST. Don't go here if you're a woman and he's working because he will pass off any concerns you have. I came here with my husband and daughter as we've all been sick for an almost 2 weeks with whatever's going around right now. Doctor listened to my husband and all his concerns, preformed a check up and prescribed him antibiotics. When I told him my symptoms, which were the same and I had additional concerns about ear infections because I get them chronically especially this time of year, he didn't ask me any questions or say anything when he did my check up. I was in so much pain and knew there was something wrong yet he didn't prescribe me anything but an inhaler (when he gave me husbands an inhaler and antibiotics) but he still wouldn't give me anything. Next day I got 100x worse and came back today, Christmas Eve 2023, hoping there would be another doctor because this is the only clinic that was open. Thankfully it was another doctor (I don't know his name but he was a nice brown guy) who checked my ears again and immediately said I have a bad ear infection in BOTH ears, especially one. Prescribed antibiotics and one other med. I've been having these symptoms for over a week and yesterday the doctor passed it all up. Some doctors shouldn't have a license, bedside manner and caring for ALL patients not just men is part of the role.

I had an excellent experience here. I know some people have complaints about this place but my experience was really good. The receptionist was polite, the doctor was attentive and gave me enough care and attention, and the nurse provided much better care than I expected. Overall a very good experience

Receptionists are very helpful and nice. The male doctor/physician was rude and unhelpful. He barely listen and after 2 mins told me he doesn't have time to spend more and asked me to leave. I waited 2 hours to get in and the service I received was bad and unfair. I won't be taking the drug he prescribed as he barely know what my issue is. Please choose another clinic to go, since your health is worth more than a quick consult with unprofessional doctor.

I was there today at 3:15 and since it was too busy, I asked roughly how long will it take, the lady at the front desk said 2 hours at least. So I said I'll come back in about 2 hours. So, I came back an hour and a half later, but this lady said they called my name and since I was not there, my name is shifted all the way down so I will have to wait another 2 hours. Completely ridiculous!!! Atleast they should've informed that if I'm not there when they call my name, I will be moved down the list!!!

Waiting time. We got a call from the doctor to visit the clinic between 8-5 and said no appointment required. They call me in waited with the patient for two hours.Receptionist said dr is having only two patients. But it took a while. If I knew about the waiting time I could have take the patient to ED instead of UCC. Need more doctors in UCC

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. The doctor refused to get me set up for a food allergy test. He said this was because it wasnt related to my initial concern (sore neck) and had to come back and ask again for the food allergy test. He also refused to refer me to a chiropractor because he doesn't believe in their type of medical practice. I left with nothing but a prescription for muscle relaxers. No chiropractor referral. No food allergy test. If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctor is lazy and does not care about people. He should be ashamed.

I was hesitant to go here after reading many of the negative reviews. I had quite a pleasant experience, and the receptionists were phenomenal and very organized. The first doctor I saw was very nice and thorough and took his time with you. The second time I went, the doctor was a lot older and not helpful at all. His advice did not line up with the other doctor and he seemed to brush me off. Also didn’t close doors when talking to patients so the whole clinic could hear everyone’s health concerns, which I thought was unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE.This was the worst experience Dr. told me I never needed stitches but the next day I woke up with so much blood. Turns out I went to the hospital and they said I need stitches. What a shame. keep in mind, their own employees told us the doctor is very fast and to be adamant about requesting an x-ray. It seems as if his own employees know he doesn’t care.

Went in today made an appointment @ around 4pm for a phone consultation about my heel and I waited about 6 hours and received no phone call. I call them at 9 the girl working there puts me on hold thinking she's smart.. Little does she know I live around the corner so I show up while I'm on hold and the moment I show up she answers the phone like "urgent care clinic how may I help you"?.... Like seriously? She ignores me then because now she is caught she jumps up and answers the phone. I would definitely love to speak to her supervisor

I had an injury that caused an open wound on my knee. The clinic nurse did not bother cleaning it until an hour passed by. Once doctor saw me, it was a quick 3 minutes consultation. The nurse advised to keep the wound open and only applied antibiotic after doctor saw it. Doctor did not give any recommendations on how I should care for the wound but rather rushed the visit. When I asked the nurse on how I should care for the wound after, she was not certain and did not check with doctor. Avoid this clinic if you want better care.

Took my daughter to clinic on October 13/2022 at ucc, lady told me to register on phone , which did, after waiting in the car for almost one and half hour sorry our system is not working , then she register at door the we still have to wait inside, there is no first come first serve, absolutely no good place to go. It took more time in walk in clinic then hospital waiting room. Don’t waste time. Protect yourself don’t waste time in walk in clinics, stay safe

Was refused service for my two year old who was in pain over a health card that was expired for two weeks. I have never experienced such poor health care service. This is far from urgent care, if you do not care to provide urgent care to children who come in crying in pain to your clinic please do this community a service in closing your practice for good. Makes sense why the waiting room was empty I’m never returning here again

ANYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING TO WEAR MASKS OR PUTTING THEM ON THEIR CHILDREN IS IGNORANT AND DOESN’T DESERVE CARE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT THIS IS TO PROTECT OTHER PEOPLE DEAL WITH IT IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR DEAL WITH NO MEDICAL CARE BECAUSE YOU DON’T DESERVE IT IF YOU LIKE TO ENDANGER PEOPLE AND YOUR OWN CHILDREN. Be a much happier place without your germs! You still have to wear one if you go to a Hospital and MANY clinics deal with it that’s life now! The vulnerable matter!

I had a swollen lip. Showed Dr Mohammed. He said it's a scratch. I tried to explain the scratch is there because it has become dry and swollen. He insisted it's a scratch and if it's still there in two days I should come back. Truely a waste of time.

One of the worst places to go if you need urgent care, your better off going to Etobicoke General. Front Staff is rude, and very unprofessional. The doctors are fast and don't really provide care. They charge for $2 for Masks and make it mandatory. Choose another option if your health matters to you.

Hi, I am writing this review after my second visit to this clinc. Firstly it was doctor Mohammed nabeeb who i consulted. He was really helpful and gave me good medication. The second time i went for a follow up and getting my return work form filled. But this time it was a black guy and he was so bad. He was like kinda rushed my consulting and didn't really listen to my concern. I am feeling so bad because i paid him for doing that. I didn't get his name unfortunately. But i really recommend people to visit other clinic and trust the Google reviews at least. because this clinc got this 2.1 review for a reason and this is my reason for it.

I cut my finger using a hand saw and called the clinic and they picked up and said they would have a look. Drove there and was seen in less than 35 mins. the doctor's assistant was so kind, attentive and informative. was seen by Dr. Krueger who was kind and had a good sense of humour. I don't know why the rating for this clinic is so low. Amazing staff and wonderful service. Be grateful that this service is our area.

He was a such a nice friendly person. He talks so nice with my daughter It takes his time he didn't rush a lesson. Whatever I told him he gave me medication for my daughter. Thank you so much for a good service.❤️❤️

Urgent care centre, Where is my medical records? Why are you people so evil? Why no one is replying to my emails or calls? You are fraudulent. You are criminals. You are facing lawsuits. The doctors, nurses, management and admin are involved in premeditated organized criminal activities against me. They breach my medical records! You will be held accountable.

Required urgent care and this location came up on Google. They picked up my phone call and I was in to see a doctor in a very reasonable time. I don't know why the rating is so low. The staff is polite, respectful and doing their best. Thank you for your help.

I was a bit frustrated on the phone as I had specifically asked if I could be seen in person and even though I asked for clarification, it was unclear what was being offered. So I showed up at the door and although they explained a Dr was going to call me, it ended up being ok to be seen in person. I wish I got the Dr's name as he was one of my favourite doctors I have ever met. He explained everything in great detail, provided reassurance, was super friendly and didn't come across as rushed. At the end of the day, I have been sick for 48 days with no end in sight and this Dr. didn't add anything to what others have already recommended but he was really nice and I am grateful to have finally been seen in person. Would happily see that Dr again.

I've gone to the Etobicoke UCC twice for Covid testing, and used the Virtual care option twice as well. Everyone I have encountered as been kind, friendly, and patient, even in such trying times. Would certainly continue to come here if I ever needed, and would recommend it.

  • 1/5 Serena A. 2 years ago on Google
This place is an absolute mess. This clinic is clearly just trying to see as many patients as possible with no compassion to actually treat their patients. With covid their entire system makes 0 sense as you’ll be waiting 6+ hours for a call and people after you are seen before. The staff is nice and from what I observed and the interaction I had with them, it is quite obvious that they are incredibly understaffed though which is crazy considering they love pumping patients in and out. Except to be on hold for 15+ minutes and you’ll see one lady handling everything. The system of this clinic needs to be tweaked and management clearly doesnt care about the reputation of the clinic nor its staff from what it looks like. Been to this clinic a few times and definitely WONT BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE!! Urgent Care? more like a money scam. Absolutely disgusting and needs to be inspected asap!

  • 4/5 Natalie M. 2 years ago on Google
The clinic helped me over a week with a second degree burn. They recognized it was severe and called me in quickly to get me the right medication and care. I did have to come in everyday over a week to have it redressed, and during that time there were some of the same concerns as others have mentioned around longer wait times outside of the clinic and not sure if they remembered if I was in the queue. The staff, once in the clinic, was really wonderful and helpful in getting me the care I needed. I really appreciate the help they provided and would definitely come here again!

  • 5/5 Erika R. 2 years ago on Google
Quick, professional, compassionate care. Only clinic that allowed me to come in person for an ongoing issue that couldn't be resolved with other virtual clinic visits. Most issues can't be resolved over a phone call so I'm very grateful they gave me the opportunity to come in.

If you are essential worker and have symptoms of COVID, they do the PCR test. Bring Healthcard (and proof of vaccination if you didn't provide Healthcard at the time of vaccination) Took around 10 minutes to finish. Lady working here is super friendly and polite.

  • 1/5 Sabrina L. 2 years ago on Google
They tend to downplay and dismiss alot of your concerns/symptoms and then misdiagnose you because of this. Most recently, they told me I probably just had a virus, possibly covid, take tylenol. I went home, symptoms got worse, I passed out, had to call an ambulance. Hospital ran tests (including covid, which I tested negative for) and I ended up having a ruptured ovarian cyst. The most traumatic experience of my life. Could have been avoided if the UCC doctor just listened to my symptoms carefully and didn’t rush me out the room.

  • 1/5 Maria K. 2 years ago on Google
Extremely unprofessional receptionist. Instead of listening to a patient’s concern they find it easier to hang up the phone call and put calls on hold. Instead of asking a doctor or supervisor about the services provided at the clinic they say no we don’t provide that service. Best to go to the Urgent Care at Highway 7 in Woodbridge.

Dr. B…. this is pathetic coordination. Yesterday, at about 4:30 PM you told me I would get a call from the clinic for x-ray requisition email. No body at the clinic bothered to call or send the requisition. It’s 8:45 AM now, x-ray labs are open since 8 AM. If I had the requisition emailed I could go early and get the x-ray done hoping you would revive the results sooner to figure out the reason of my 6/7 days long fever and extreme pain. Now, I understand, why this clinic has 2.2 rating only. Please don’t send the email now as I’ll be heading towards another clinic - can’t wait for your clinic to get opened at 10 and who knows how long you would take more. Technically, my yesterdays telephonic appointment should not be claimed from OHIP as you guys didn’t do your work complete and professionally.

Sliced my finger open and would have had to wait hours at a hospital to get stitches. All the walk-ins in my area (high park) were either booked for the day or closed. I called in and the receptionist was very sweet. She took my health card number and told me to come in. Upon arrival, I was brought directly into a room and the nurse saw me immediately and helped clean my wound. The doctor was in shortly afterwards (2 minutes tops) and promptly began stitching me up. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is saying a lot considering he was repeatedly pushing a needle through my skin. After that, I was on my way! Spent about 15 minutes total on what could have taken 15 hours at the hospital. Excellent service, pleasant staff, and a convenient location. Great snack options around for when you're done. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

They have very good online application service through which you don’t need to register again when you visit their clinic. You can even explain your issue over phone and they will take your test as per the requirement right away when you visit. Doctors are very good and cooperative. Especially the medicines which they prescribe are helpful and effective as well.

My friend went here today with her child for swollen tonsils. The doctor said her child's tonsils were normal. She went for a second opinion across the road down the street at the hospital. Her daughter tested postive for streptococcus group A. Don't go here, go to a different clinic or to the hospital just down the street. They rush here and give false diagnosis.

Their systems were down when I came in for my visit. the doctor was not helpful and quite rude did not provide any resolution or help. The rooms were unclean and had garbage on the floor including the disposable covers they use. Wait time was almost 3 hours and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a doctors note due to the systems not working just for them to tell me that I would have to go to an ATM but the ATM in the plaza was not working as the whole plaza had an outage. They were expecting me to leave an come back with cash. they were not able to print a copy for my record despite printing the doctors note I’ve been here once before and the visit was fine but this time was very disappointing and frustrating.better off going to etobicoke general

Came to the Etobicoke urgent care clinic with only 45 minutes left before closing tonight. I was in need of stitches after an unfortunate accident fixing my vehicle this evening. Even though there were 5 patients waiting and limited time, the wonderful staff agreed to help me anyways. Both the doctor and all nurses were incredibly sweet and helpful even under the time crunch. They were extremely informative, answered all my questions, and gave me advice on how to best care for my injury. Not only that, but they still managed to get me stitched up and on the way home by 10:00 with a perfectly delicately and securely dressed wound. 12/10 experience!!
