I visited 4949 Bathurst location last week and had a great experience. Centre was clean, lady at the reception was very polite and professional. I came a little bit earlier than my appointment time and they called me right away. Blond lady who did my ultrasound was such a sweetheart! I rarely see professionals who love their job and care about patients like her in Canada’s health care. Highly recommend this location and will make all my future appointments there! Thank you

I am a huge fan of this clinic. Everything from the cheerful receptionist to the well designed waiting room was fantastic. The entire facility appears incredibly clean. Things were well organized and my appointment ran perfectly on time. I was initially nervous about having my mammogram but the technician was great. She was very friendly and explained everything in full detail, putting me at ease. I have full confidence that I am in capable hands.

The staff were so prompt, kept you up to date, went for an X-ray and the service was fast and was not stressful. They also sent the results to my doctor very quickly. I needed that result for a time sensitive matter and I was prepared to wait 1 week as that’s normally the time it takes but they sent the results to my doctor immediately which is amazing! So overall, really really great service! Absolutely recommend 💯!

I had a great experience at this location, I have been coming here for a few years now and the staff and technicians are so kind and friendly. They make you feel calm and relaxed and are super fast. Highly recommend this location and wonderful people!

I've been to the North York location a few times for Mammograms. I was just there last week. My technician was/is an amazing person. I had the best conversation with her. I forgot her name but would like her to be recognized through this comment. I waited maybe 5 minutes for my app. The receptionists are very friendly as well. Let me tell you about their mammogram machine. It is by far the best one I've been too. So comfortable doesn't hurt at all. Again I was out within 10 minutes. Just want to say this location is by far the BEST EVER...

Thank you very much for a very good customer service and pure human care and attention! Everyone was very welcoming and professional. They helped me when I started feeling anxious before the procedure and needed to lie down, they were very attentive, offered me water, and even snacks! The technicians, assistants and reception were great before and during the procedures 😊 Also, when I was waiting for my chest X-ray, the receptionist lady offered to move my mammography appointment to 2 months earlier when she saw a window of opportunity so I had my screening much earlier. I will recommend this centre to everyone I know! 👍👍💖💖

Doctor was super kind and charismatic. Staff were super fast and efficient. I struggled to understand them since English is not my first language and they were suoer patient with me. I would highly recommend.

I am so upset with your service to answering the call and customer service. I have been your patient for many years but getting like a headache for a long waiting for phone calls or no-one responding. I have been trying to call you for more than a week and have not been able to talk with anybody so far for rescheduling my appointment. I recommended your service to many people and I regret it even with the knowledgeable and perfect staff you have at Bathurst and Finch location.

Pleasant experience checking in and very short wait to get called in. Technician was very professional and had a very calming demeanour, clearly explaining each step and what I needed to do. Highly recommend this location.

My first time at this centre and it was a positive one. My entire experience was positive. Laura was my technician and she was very patient, she answered all my concerns and was very professional and pleasant.

Appointment was booked and I was gently reminded through texts. Ample parking and entrance was well marked. A friendly greeting when I entered and my appointment was right on time. The technician was just lovely and ensured I was comfortable and kept me informed of every aspect. It could not have been easier or more pleasant. Thank you.

My MRI technician, Laurie T. Is absolutely a beautiful and rare gem. I have had her as a tech 2 years ago and was happy to see her again. She makes me feel comfortable and she is kind and skilled. I think I’m blessed that I met Mrs. Jessy Wei when I was doing the ultrasound. I couldn’t have been luckier! She was the friendliest and most pro doctor I’ve ever seen. She had a lot of patience like when she was explaining things (she didn’t get bored or impatient, which I appreciated a lot). I show all my gratitude, appreciation, and thanks to her. If it were on a scale of one to five, I’d instead rate her at six. Thank you Jessy, for all the kindness you showed to me with, again, a bunch of patience.

I went to this location for mammography for the first time around 11a.m yesterday. The lady with glasses at the front desk was super nice, amazing and welcomed me. The doctor who did mammogram was also very knowledgeable. She asked me some questions and gave me clear instructions and explanations about the process! I was kind of nervous before, but she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I will definitely visit this location in the future. Also, I arrived ahead of time so I didn’t wait at all.

Wow! This my first time this place. The front desk is very very sweet, respectful and professional than my other ultrasound place. I will use this place for now on. The place is bigger than other MyHealth at Thornhill (once be there). The blond lady who did my ultrasound was such a respectful and care the patients! Also I like how they treat Hard of Hearing person. I was planning using phone for speaker but the staff speaking clearly. I am SO HAPPY! Highly recommend this location and will make all my future appointments there! Thanks you.

The front desk staff are great! The customer service on the phone is also generally good and responsive. However my visit to the clinic for an ultrasound appointment was not a pleasant experience. The technician made a mistake mixing up my file with other customers’. Thankfully it didn’t seem to lead to a bad consequence but that is questioning. The bed is very uncomfortable. It’s already hard for a woman in her third trimester to lie flat on her back for one hour. But the technician kept telling me not to adjust my body. I was simply making myself comfortable. I recommend adding an option of lifting up the part where patients lie their head so it could be more comfortable. Another thing is that the photo printed out at the end was terrible, nothing like a baby, and in poor definition compared to two other clinics I’ve visited before. This is our first baby and we were excited to see our baby on the screen and it hasn’t been a good experience at this place.

I got in the same day I registered. saw the Doctor at the exact time I booked the appointment for, and was out of there within 15-20 minutes. Quickest, most efficient doctors visit I've ever experienced. Also very friendly staff, clean space, and easy parking.

Went second time for my Ultrasound. I look to keep it as my regular imaging centre. I have private health insurance and they accept it for payment so I dont have to pay upfront. The imaging technologist always good both times, met same technologist. Nice lady, easy going, made my procedure easier. Overall good, hassle free experience

This was my first time doing imaging at a MyHealth Centre. I was extremely impressed by the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm smile when I entered. The lady confirmed what I was there for and my wait time was very short. The technician was also very welcoming. I will be returning whenever I need imaging done in the future. 100% satisfied

Wonderful personnel! Each and every medical professional involved in my assessment and procedure were personable, kind, professional and genuinely caring individuals. The doctor was extremely kind, professional and efficient. The nurses were kind, encouraging and extremely professional. One person still stands out in my mind and that is the kind and highly proficient mammographer with the beautiful Russian accent. I’ve had a lot of mammograms over the years but she was thorough, kind, and just a wonderful person.

Came as a walk-in for x-rays. The woman at the front desk was both very friendly and fast in registering me. The technician called for immediately, and was also very friendly and professional. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Service was quick and professional. I was able to book an appointment online with the help of the chat feature. At my appointment Covid protocols were in place and followed. Using MyHealthcentre.ca was a nice feature since my last visit. I could communicate there on my time and not play phone tag. Clinic was clean & efficient. Appointments were well spaced so I could distance myself from others. Technicians were professional and well trained

I came for an ultrasound exam. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was seen on my appointment time. The ultrasound tech was very polite, explained the procedure, and asked if I have any questions before we get started. I had no issues or problems during the procedure it went quite well. I had an appointment, my appointment was confirmed with me 2 days before amd i went in on the exact time i was supposed to. The reception staff were super polite and effective. My ultrasound was with Rosa, she is very kind and personable and explains the procedures she has to follow tactfully and respectfully. All the staff have the same friendly qualities and this is why i always choose the 4949 bathurst street location for all my needs.

I was helped promptly by the reception staff. The technician called me within a few minutes and she was careful and thorough. My Dr. had the results promptly. It was my first visit and, in the future when I need this service, I will ask my Dr. to send me back to this facility.

I came here for my very first ultrasound for my first pregnancy a few weeks ago. I will say the staff at reception was very friendly but the ultrasound technician I had made my first experience horrible, I wish I knew her name. Seeing as this was my first ultrasound experience I did not know what to expect. Though my technician was nice enough she did not seem to know what she was doing and did not make me comfortable. While looking for my baby she started by asking me if I had been cramping or bleeding recently, which may be a general and normal question but it was followed by silence when I asked if everything was ok. Then after locating my baby and turning the screen to me to view she asked me "Do you see anything concerning?" .. because I am not an ultrasound technician, and this was my very first ultrasound, I had no idea what I was looking at. I replied back saying "um no? Not unless you see something concerning? But I really don't know what I'm looking at or what I should be looking for.." which was then responded to with more silence. At this point I was very nervous and was being made to feel like there was something to worry about. The tech then said she had to go get her colleague to come in and view something she sees, of course this set off further alarms for me. I asked what it was and she said she "may see an empty sac but she was unsure" - I had no idea what this meant or how concerning it was but the way she left the room to get a second opinion had be very alarmed. The second tech that came into the room took over, and after maybe 5 seconds of looking at my uterus she assured me there was nothing wrong and nothing there to be concerned about then she left the room. I was left there with the first tech who by then could see the panic and concern on my face and she reassured me a few times everything was fine - but by this point I had no faith in her at all to know what she was talking about. I had a doctor's appointment booked for a week later to go over my ultrasound. From my experience I was already very anxious and nervous awaiting my results since my tech had made it seem like there were some concerns. I went to my doctors appointment and was informed that the Ultrasound clinic never sent her my results. So now I had waited a week on pins and needles to hear my results just to find out the clinic never even passed them to my doctor to review! It has now been another week and I just finally got a call from my family doctor saying she was able to track down my results. Luckily she told me that everything looks good and there are no concerns and no second sac. Considering this was my first experience it was really disappointing. I am not usually one to write negative reviews but I think its important that this tech be told how to act more professionally with a patient. My last few weeks have been very stressful waiting for these results and they didn't have to be. Please never again ask an unknowing person if they see something concerning on an ultrasound they do not know how to read. And I completely understand that at times a second opinion my be necessary but that could have been done in a way that made it seem routine and not so concerning. Again, I would like to say that the reception staff, as well as the 2nd tech who came in to help me were very friendly and professional. I only wish my whole experience had been.

My mother had an extremely positive experience. She was well attended to, and attended to with care. She intends to make the facility the only place where she gets her tests done.

I was impressed from the moment I stepped inside the clinic to the moment I left the clinic. Friendly staff, adequate seating (with plastic partitions), waiting time minimal, and Laurie the technician was fabulous. Laurie asked the necessary questions, explained the process, and was so kind and friendly. I would recommend this clinic, especially for those getting a mammogram (which is what I had done). I know that I will continue to go to this clinic.

I’ve had 2 kids and have gone to a lot of places for ultrasound and this has got to be the BEST place as everyone was very nice. Technician was wonderful and had a great bedside manner, showed empathy and in tune to the patient. Reception were also fast, efficient and very friendly. The place is also very clean and organized. I had Xray done, the technician has been working there for over 15 plus years. Do not let her retire, her communication is excellent , how she explains, guides next steps, she should be mentioning younger technicians. Also the receptionist ladies are very polite, quick service. This is the best Diagnostic service location I experienced in the last 15 years. Fantastic staff and service.

The staff is fantastic! I had a mammogram which is usually not the most enjoyable experience but the technician I had (wish I remembered her name) was upbeat and so reassuring with her positive demeanour and skillful method. She made it go by so quickly and painlessly. Great experience!

I had a pleasant experience at this location. Had a 12:30 appointment. Appointment started right on time. The staff was very friendly and attentive to everyone who came in. The tech was very reassuring and calming. Everything was seamless. I forgot the name of the technician but an extra thank you for your patience and reassurance! Very appreciated!

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years. Every time I come here everyone is kind and friendly. The front desk is always smiling. Lucy, the technologist is wonderful and very experienced. I feel like this is my home. Best clinic in Toronto. I will suggest coming here to everyone.

This was my first mammogram so I was a little anxious going into it. The ladies at the desk were very warm and empathetic and made me feel more comfortable. The lady who did my mammogram named Laurie was amazing! She explained everything to me and really helped put me at ease, she was a sweetheart . The staff that I dealt with at this office were all wonderful.

As soon as I arrived I felt at ease. The reception staff were very pleasant and I was seen right on time. The person who did my ultrasound was so lovely! I really felt she cared about making me feel comfortable and at ease. It was a great experience overall and I highly recommend this clinic. Update: My second visit was also wonderful. Nobody gets excited about going for any sorts of check ups etc but I have to say the team at North York make it as painless as possible. From the receptionist with the beaming smile and great attitude to the technician they were great. Punctual, pleasant and knowledgeable and I felt like a human being not “another appointment”.

I usually don’t leave comments or ratings but this one I would say is very hard not to give a positive rating. The technician who did my ultrasound was amazing and very nice and kind. She makes sure that I feel at ease. And the clinic was very clean. Even the Filipina receptionist is very accommodating and pleasant.

Starting from the first to the last minute I was satisfied with the care that I got there. The receptionist was so polite and friendly, the things that you hardly can find at the doctor's offices))) I came for the US test on time and got called for it in a minute. The technician was absolutely professional, gave detailed instructions, explained every task that she did and didn't ask personal questions about my health problems.
