It’s always a pleasant service with each visit - front desk staff, hygienists and dentists are always professional, friendly and welcoming! They are well organized and efficient. Honestly, I avoided going to the dentist for 6 years out of anxiety. I’ve never had a great experience, and overtime, it just got more scary to go and be judged. But North York Dental Clinic made it super easy, and not as scary. Of the services, I’ve done cleanings, fillings, and also got a new retainer. I’ve been a patient here for a bit over a year. As someone who also works in managing healthcare clinics, I absolutely adore the staff who work here - from the Front Staff (especially Jem & Janette), Dental Assistants, and Dr. Mehdi Parvanehvar. Everyone is so friendly, reassuring, and very skilled. I appreciate the effort to create an environment where every patient feels like a human, and not just a number.

North York Dental Clinic has taken care of my dental needs ever since I moved to Ontario. I’m very happy and satisfied with their services. Right when you enter the clinic, you’ll be greeted by very friendly and helpful receptionists. No matter the procedure, they’ll inform you about the pros and cons, and options that you can have on your procedure. They have been very transparent with everything and I really trust them for it. Yes sometimes it’s difficult to find an available appointment, but it’s just a testament to their excellent service. It’s worth it.

I'm surprised, they haven't put invisalign marketing in the ceiling so you stare at it all day long when you get your teeth checked.

I had 2 of my remaining of my wisdom teeth removed from this clinic. I kid you not, it was the painless and quickest extraction I've ever had! I had a very bad experience from my previous dentist who made me feel like everything in my mouth needed a major reconstruction. However, Dr. Sadaat is very calm professional and super transparent. She tells me exactly what I need and it was nothing major! The assistant is also very professional and experienced too! I was nervous and sweating before the extraction but her calming superpower was very effective!All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Making the choice to get Invisalign was one of my best ones. First thing..the staff is superbly friendly, very welcoming and very thorough….the best. I’ve always wanted to straighten my teeth but kept putting it off. Dr. Hours Saadat told me the benefits and helped me made that decision/transition so I decided in May 2021 to start and I am emphatically happy that I did. I just finished my treatment (June 2022) and I am smiling like crazy as I can now show my teeth confidently and proudly. If you are considering it…stop considering and just go for it…you won’t regret it.

In the past 1 year, I got teeth filling, cleaning, root canal and crown in this clinic. I also got my Invisalign here. Dr. Houra is very patient, she listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. The result is good. I got straight teeth and better bite. I love the staff here a lot. They are professional and make you feel welcomed. They work in an efficient way and corporate with each other smoothly. (If you are a mandarin speaker, you can find Nancy for help. Outstanding dental and orthodontic services. I have been taking my children to see Dr. Houra since she opened her clinic early one morning 12 years ago to make time for an emergency appointment for my older son. Since then, both boys (and I) have received outstanding dental care as well as invisalign treatment and have been delighted by the results.

I currently had an Invisalign treatment here and the results were amazing! The treatment was easy and the process was painless. If you are thinking of getting Invisalign, do it, because you will not regret it. It will make your smile bright and affectionate.

i’ll try to keep this short… i went in march for a filling. i had to wait over 20 minutes and was visibly annoyed that they didn’t honor my time. when it came to the procedure, it felt rushed (assuming they were pressed for time or that they wanted me on my way). that night when i was flossing i noticed the floss got caught in the area where the filling was done, which i never had an issue before. busy with life i decided to wait until my cleaning appointment in june to mention it. i recently had that appointment on june 25, and mentioned the issue to dr houra who argued with me when i was demonstrating the issue. you can ask the dental hygienist, she had witnessed dr houra argue and leave without offering to fix her mess up. not my first bad experience with them but it is my last. and i will continue to share my story to others

This place is the most high tech clinic I’ve seen: they send text alerts before every appointment, store photos of your teeth regularly in the database, everything is touchscreen and even have a massage chair while you get your teeth cleaned. I switched to this clinic about a year ago because my old dentist didn’t offer Invisalign and I still come here even after moving to a new place 35 minutes away. Every single one of their staff are super friendly, especially Janette & Juliet at front desk are so sweet. They are very flexible and always respond to my e-mails very quickly.

I had an Invisalign treatment and I LOVE the outcome. Dr. Houra did a great job. Clinic is always clean and staff is very approachable. They tried to accommodate my dental needs and even offer instalments on my Invisalign payments.

I got my wisdom tooth extracted here. I was no doubt scared to get it done but I was very surprised because it was an extremely fast and smooth procedure. Dr. Mehdi Parvanehvar was very professional and gentle. The extraction took just about 5 mins. Nancy was very comforting and friendly too. She clearly explained all the precautions to take after the surgery. People at reception are also very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

Based on positive comments I went there for a cleansing first and was recommended for a cavity treatment of 2 teeth as prevention. It was a disaster : I was still able to eat and chew Before, now quite difficult even after 1,5 month ! I was told that it would take 2 months for my cavity to Recover. I'll have to go back to my previous dentist. Actually you have more problem going to this dentist ! Avoid this place esp. Dr M !

I have been going yearly to her clinic for check ups and her services are always on point. I've been going here for 5 years now, including starting and finishing my Invisalign with Dr. Houra during the pandemic. The reception staff are friendly and can help you with any insurance questions. You can email/text them to book/reschedule/cancel appointments and they respond promptly. Just this past year I got a new hygienist, Aileen, and she is absolutely amazing - super friendly and attentive and by far my favorite hygienist I've had. I can tell her that I have sensitive teeth or other issues and she would address all of these or bring them to the doctor's attention. Another pro is that you can also go to the location down near Bloor if you're downtown.

I have been with them more than 2 years, they have the best team there. The receptionist are friendly and provide excellent service as always. Dr. Mehdi is really professional and gentle, all my filling experience were painless and smooth. I like my hygienist, Arlyn, she is so lovely, I have all my cleaning appointments with her. She will explain the processes and answer my concerns every time. She did her job professionally and cares about her patients.
