After patiently waiting 1 - 2 months for an appointment I was finally able to see the doctor yesterday. I was VERY impressed by the staff and level of service from this clinic. Before I was able to find a seat in the waiting area I was already called in. Then after being shown the next room to wait in, I was right away greeted by the doctor. Overall my total time spent in the clinic was 20 min and that included parking, registration, treatment, dismissal and paying. This is the fastest, most efficient health service I have ever received in the history of my own life. Not to mention the doctor is VERY experienced and treated me with a lot of care and patience. HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

My 2 interactions with them was really. They are super fast and friendly and the environment is super clean and relaxing. They have a whole complete team, from checking you in to sitting down with you to discuss your problems and they suggest you great products. Oh and also if you have s any inquiries you can email them, they are so quick to get back to u. Thank You.

I mean, wow. I’ve always been the type of person to get a little anxious before doctors visits, especially those booked a few months out, so I was nervous coming here. I showed up twenty minutes early, and was seen by Dr. Dan Sauder within five minutes of arriving. We took a look at my issue, he reassured me that everything was fine, and I was out the door before my scheduled appointment was even supposed to start. Super knowledgeable doctors, super friendly staff, and like zero wait. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

It was great! I had a surgery to remove 3 cysts on my head. I was done in 40 minutes. I was in very good hands. The doctor was perfect. The nurse was perfect. Both did their work very professionally, I could see that they are very experienced. I felt very comfortable, no pain, I was given all info for the post surgery care. I am happy that I chose this clinic, I was driving 2 hours to get there, but it worth it. I would like to thank again Dr. Backstein for his wonderful work.

Please read. A very important review of why I do not recommend you see anyone at this clinic. The secretaries are rude, unhelpful and unwilling to help a former cancer patient. When I asked for my annual checkup, I was told that Max was not available until July. 6 months from my call. This is due to the fact that he prioritizes cosmetic procedures over actual health concerns. Any doctor that cares more about $ than their patients lives is pretty low. Very classy of you Max S!

This is a great centre, doctors are knowledgeable and professional and they have the latest technology and products. The one area for improvement in my personal experience is wait times. sometimes it can be up to 20-30 min wait time. The ‘Sorry, I’m late’ by the Dr. can only do so much if it happens every time. Please don’t double book your specialists, schedule appointments based on realistic time, don’t book back to back appointments. Being on time shows service excellence, time management skills, and most of all, respect for the patient’s time. Not everyone who comes for an appointment has enough flexibility to write off an entire morning or afternoon just for a 10 min appointment. Everyone has different circumstances and patients arrange their schedules to be there on time. We only ask for the same in return. We understand, exceptions can happen, but please not every single time. Be on time. Improve your time management skills and this centre can be one of the best!

After many sun vacations in my 20's, my fair skin tone had several spots and freckles that were changing in size and colour; I was concerned that I had developed skin cancer like a member of my family. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Maxwell Sauder at Toronto Dermatology Centre. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very down to earth. He explained everything to me and ensured that I had a plan. Excellent visit! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist. Efficient and professional medical office.

Great clinic! Would definitely recommend it to friends/ family. There was no wait time to be seen by Dr. Upidis. She was very kind and listened to my concerns. Prescription was faxed to my pharmacy making the whole process very efficient.

I was trying to make an appointment with them. I waited whole month for their answer. When they finally called me, they asked me a lot of questions to which I already answered before. After, they said “okay, we’ll email u soon to make an appointment with u” and I said “no, I do not want to make an appointment anymore”, because I’m done with this clinic. Don’t spend your time, guys. Find a better clinic!

I highly recommend this clinic. As a first time client, I was greeted and processed immediately upon entering. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I had zero wait time. That alone was impressive as past experiences with dermatologists has never been under an hour wait time, usually more. The moment I entered the exam room I was followed by Dr Upitis who introduced herself. Not only is she knowledgeable and skilled, she has a warm, supportive manner. I felt at ease immediately. I am grateful that my family doctor referred me.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic, the receptionists were all kind and friendly and very welcoming. The doctor who saw me was also very kind and helpful. I am pleased I found a clinic I can go to for all of my needs and they offer so many great procedures. I highly recommend!!

This was a just a great experience in an industry where that is such a rarity. I was in the examination room and Dr. Mukovozov was there for my appointment exactly on time. The Dr. was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was in and out of the Centre in less than a half hour including making payment for the non OHIP part of my appointment. I can't remember having such a professional experience with a medical facility of any kind, anywhere in Ontario. I actually felt like they cared about me instead of just being another number. Often when I have to go to a medical centre I come out feeling like my time is not cared for in any way. I can't recommend Toronto Dermatology any higher. A wonderful experience.

I had an incredible experience and I highly recommend this clinic. They took me immediately with no wait time and not a lot of paperwork. Dr. Wasel is amazing. He is very friendly and immediately diagnosed my condition. He was extremely proactive and passionate about curing my condition as soon as possible. He seemed more invested in my health than me. He walked me through a treatment plan step-by-step and clearly answered any questions. I can't recommend him enough.

I was there February 10, 22. The staff was really nice and polite and my appointment was right on time. Dr. Upitis, was amazing. I didn't feel rushed and she took the time to check me 100%. She addressed my concerns and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely see her again and I totally recommend her to anyone. Actually I already referred a family member to her. MP

I visited Toronto Dermatology Center yesterday, It gave me a very good impression. The receptionists are very nice. My initial appointment was in February, after somebody cancelled yesterday's appointment, the receptionist asked me if I could visit doctor yesterday. I did and I found Dr. Xiao Yang is very nice. Although she is young, she is a very experienced professional doctor. The center can provide us with satisfactory services. I like the center.

I have done multiple laser hair removal sessions with Marina for my underarms and I see amazing results she is always so welcoming and friendly but I must say her knowledge on the treatments offered at the clinic and guiding me through each step is top tier she has been amazing. She gives me ice to help reduce the discomfort from the laser which I find very helpful. When having the consultation prior to the laser sessions she was very thorough and in-depth and everything she discussed made me feel comfortable that I would be in safe hands. I recommended this clinic the staff are very friendly. I did not have a pleasant experience with another clinic and here I’m very happy. I will definitely be booking some facial treatments next.

Doctor was quirky, but nice. Staff were kind. However, I paid $300 for a 5 min laser procedure that did not work. Only option is to do the procedure again, as it is cosmetic and no guarantee on sessions needed. To put that into perspective that is an hourly rate of $3600 to shine a laser on my nose... No thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially after my first visit, but my encounter with Dr Valarie Yanofsky was so pleasant that she deserves nothing less than a five star review. Dr Yanofsky is personal, approachable, charming, sweet, kind, professional and highly efficient. She immediately removed a mole she felt was necessary, and did so in the kindest most gentle manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a fabulous dermatologist.

Since pregnancy my skin has been all over the place. Leyla helped me build a skincare regimen and explained how to use each product. I ended up getting a customized deep cleansing facial. She gave me a massage during the facial which I thought was sweet. I will be back in 4 weeks!

The clinic and all the aestheticians are amazing! I have been going to the Laser clinic for the past year and half. Everyone is super-helpful, understanding and kind. I was nervous before going in because of a bad experience at a laser clinic years ago. But yeah, I am seeing great results since I started coming here.

I've been visiting Toronto Dermatology Centre for a year now. The excel V treatment has been showing progressive results and I am very pleased with my medical esthetician Marina. Not only is she thorough every time while performing treatment, but also she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I have had throughout the course of my treatments. I truly appreciate her professional advises and would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help.

I went to this clinic for a minor cosmetic procedure. It was quite easy to arrange appointment via email. When I arrived I was a bit apprehensive. There were more than 20 people in the waiting area, and 4 busy receptionists. However, things were moving fast and well organized. I was taken to procedure room very soon. The doctor was pleasant, very knowledgeable and skillful. I was out of there in about 30 minutes! Unheard of these days at other places. The procedure was a great success and I am healing fast. Thank you dr B. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

From the start, I had a positive experience at the Centre. The time between my referral and my appointment was satisfactory. The booking and reception staff were pleasant, professional and helpful. I was taken into an exam room without any waiting and the doctor came moments later. Dr. Upitis was knowledgeable, thorough, and calm, and I left feeling reassured, seen, heard and respected. I would surely return and recommend.

I have been seeing Marina for my laser sessions since last year and it has been a really great experience. She is extremely thorough, careful, and very knowledgeable! She is also incredibly welcoming and friendly and we always have such great conversations throughout the session which creates a relaxing atmosphere. Marina also always ensures the comfort of her clients and regularly checks in throughout the session. Before she starts she also asks whether the laser feels alright or if it hurts and makes sure to accommodate and adjust for her clients’ needs. The rooms and equipment are all clean and hygienic as well. I have never had any problem seeing Marina and only have the best things to say about her. The results have been excellent! Highly recommend booking your appointment with her!

My first time going to this clinic and I saw Dr. Norman Wasel. Receptionist was very nice. Dr. Wasel was extremely super friendly. So overall very happy with the clinic and service I received. Also easy access, south of Sheppard on Bathurst.

They were pretty efficient. I came in waited a bit and got to see the doctor who was super nice.

Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. I was greeted, had my intake form completed and was seen by the doctor within minutes. A very efficient process. Dr. Sauder was lovely, thoughtful, and took the time to explain things well. A perfect balance between making the visit efficient, but being thorough.

I went in for a mole removal on a weekend morning and the process took less than an hour from waiting to the removal. The clinic is clean and organized. The staff are friendly even when it seemed busy. I appreciate how friendly my nurse was during the removal. She made me feel relaxed and let me know the mole will be sent for testing to make sure it is benign. That was a relief to me as it was a concern of mine. I would recommend this clinic to others.

Very clean and modern clinic. I arrived early and they were able to see me right away. I saw Dr. Wasel who was extremely friendly and funny. I've been to other dermatologists in Toronto who were not that nice, so I really appreciated how nice he was. He also called in a female assistant so that she could be there while he checked the moles on my body. It was a fast visit, but certainly not rushed. Fantastic experience.

I have been coming to this clinic for several years now. They have proper social distancing, and taken all precautions, so you feel safe even when they can be very busy. The doctors, I have had are truly world class. Kudos to Valerie Y. :) Feel sorry for reception when they encounter a unruly customer. I have never had a bad experience here and been here about six or seven times. Bravo Toronto Dermatology Centre!

This clinic and the doctors are really busy. You won't get an appointment (even if it's an urgent matter) before 4-5 months. I booked in August and got an appointment for December end of month. same story with my husband. The staff is rude (even on calls) and sometimes very very mean, especially the receptionists. You walk into the place and you will feel the receptionists start judging you and at times are making fun of you. They make you wait for no reason even if you are on/ before time. I was consulted by Dr. Daniel Sauder who is a great doctor and I will give 5 stars to everything that he does, but if the team is rude, I feel the whole clinic is in a bad light. Having said that, Dr. Sauder is a very busy person, if you don't know what you are gonna ask, he will walk away without asking if there is anything else you want to tell me. If you have questions, and you want to take help of a receptionist, they will tell you that you already took time of doctor, then why do you still have questions (basically don't have basic courtesy of how talk to patients/ human beings). This happened when I visited there for first time, so I let it slide as I liked Dr. Sauder. But, now it's everytime I call and they are rude (except the one person I talked to today, who seemed like an elderly lady. She was very sweet). Another thing is that if they refer you to the 5th/ 6th floor for anything related to acne, the staff there is the most rude I have seen in Canada. I don't know how people think that they can treat patients or other people in a certain manner just because they are working in a fancy clinic. I would never go there and infact I cancelled whatever appointment was given to me for good.

I went with my son a few weeks ago. The service was quick and good. Staff is very polite. Dr. Yanofaky was super sweet and calmed me down about some concerns I had with a few moles on my body. Very recommended!

Very clean space. The front end staff was efficient and Dr. U was the best. So pleasant and didn't waste any time. Just started my treatment so I cannot report on results just yet. Great Clinnic!

Dr.Yang was wonderful. The booking process was easy, the clinic was clean and if you read the signage, instructions were very clear on how to check in for your appointment with computer registration. Clean, pretty and efficient. This place works like a well-oiled machine, and has lovely people working here too which is important. My doctor told me they were the best around for all skin issues, and that has been my experience too. Dr. Barankin is particularly wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.

A well-run, very professional facility. Modern and welcoming interior, with friendly and helpful staff. Went in to talk about mole removal and left with the offending moles gone! Nursing staff were super kind, capable and professional. A little slow yesterday but worth the wait. Will return for any future skin care needs.
