Two days ago , I went to whole food to eat healthy food as they advertised, I bought salad and water, but as you can see on photos; there was a bug on their salad. So I couldn’t eat it , then I showed it and they told me sorry without any compensation, also I got diarrhea after it . This review is just heads up for their store and customers like me who liked their healthy salad !!!.

Love walking to Whole Foods Market to pick up fresh organic greens, fruit and vegetables amongst other things. Stopping for a tea in their cafe or meeting friends there with the convenience of Sheppard subway connection, is a treat. Free wi-fi access and 1.5hour free parking with $15.00 purchase is awesome customer service. I have been a patron from inception and find the staff genuinely friendly and helpful. With the Amazon purchase I can see a difference in steeper savings than before and their tie into Prime benefits is a great offer. Hope to see more on this, the US has a broader offering than Canada at this time. I am a repeat purchaser of their PACT organic cotton line, fair-trade exchange and happy that we can donate $0.10 for every bag we bring to bag our groceries. Smart, helpful and supportive of the planet and others that need a bit of a boost in this world. Overall glad they are in the neighborhood, and keep great hours 8-10:00 pm, especially in the summer when everyone is out and about. Lots of good less invasive makeup and skincare products to pick from. Grateful for their potted plants and flowers. Life is Good! :)

An upscale supermarket where the items are a bit more expensive. I love everything about Whole Foods and the abundance of products they carry, very impressive. It's bright, airy, well organised, staff are helpful and friendly.

Clean and pricey but always has a lot of good choices at bakery ☺️

Wholefoods is our go to place for buying healthy food. We don't buy meat from any other retailer. Wholefoods' is always fresh and tasty. Also, the fact that you know they are organic helps with shopping with ease of mind. The staff are friendly, the floor layout and atmosphere is great. We always enjoy shopping there for produce and other grocery items as well. Surprisingly, the prices are not expensive compared to some other retailers that offer lower quality food stuff.

I loved the Whole Foods experience when I was in States. So I got excited when I saw one here. I went there a few times, but to my dismay, the quality, taste & pricing of food wasn't good, neither were the staff members. Not a single person smiled when talking. I guess then it's not their fault, may be the bosses don't treat them well. I paid $20 for salad that was just for 1 meal, which is too high for a grocery store. I bought Banana bread & a few other things. They didn't taste anything like the Whole Foods in USA or anything like any decent bakery in Canada. The bread was hard! Texture was so dry, I had to keep consuming fluids while I try to enjoy my banana bread. The prices were sky rocketed for most items including fresh produce which was no way of better quality than any No Frills or Fresco. Only the Sourdough bread was cheaper than other places.

I will visit the Whole Food Cafe when I am in the neighbourhood to study at the Toronto Library. I like their cafe alot, and my go-to is their smooties or iced matcha. It's nice to visit once in while as treat.

nice and clean, organized shelves. plenty of vegan and organic options! they also have a great food/salad bar + microwave to warm the food up. the coffee was delicious!! some things are overpriced though, so we only come here every once in a while.

It's always a pleasure to shop here. They have a large selection of quality products, especially organic produce that I haven't seen anywhere else. And the staff exceed all expectations. Everyone is friendly, helpful and polite. There was only one unpleasant customer service lady, but she is not there anymore.

Apart from the hot food if you're out on lunch, there's really no reason to shop for groceries here unless you're dead-set on organics and the like, the prices are as high as they get. It doesn't help there's a Food Basics directly across the street. The Amazon pickup lockers at the front are useful though.

They put too much sauce on the stir frys and the sauces are not very tasty. Good variety of fresh vegetables
