The club looks nice from outside, the green clay looks friendly from outside. However, you shouldn't join this club ! Why? Here is my 0.02 1. This tennis club had way too many weird club members, and board members. A member could come to you and give you altitude while you are playing; give your dirty looks. I was really expect a friendly playing environment, but it is not what I found at North york tennis club. 2. The board members is not doing their work, instead bring random guest to the court. It takes them one week to get you a name plate, then it takes you forever to find your it. Even though this club is completely running by volunteers, board members think they have ultimate privilege over other members. And one of the board member really enjoy come over and tell you what to do, and let you know he is a board member! Just joint the damn club you will figure out who he is. lol 3. The clay court is lack of proper maintenance. Conclusion: I'd rather quit the club right now. So disappointed.

My kid went to this camp and absolutely loved it. Awesome coaches, combined with great tennis activities. The clay courts are fantastic as well, and the location is a quick walk away to the park. Love this camp!!

The club has a sign stating 'members only' I have suggested that the sign be changed to 'New member welcomed' include phone number. Encouraging exclusivity in our community is how we move together for continued growth.

The youth programs are not good, especially for the amount these programs cost. The coaches are unresponsive to emails and do not provide feedback.

They apparently have a limit on how many people can join as members, and only members can use the facility. Then you go to their website, and it says their adult memberships are completely full and you have to join a "waiting list" and if you are lucky, you will someday get to be a member. They don't explain how this works, like if there is a rotation, and everyone gets an equal opportunity to be a member. I'm guessing, that some of the people there have to die before new people can get a membership. It looks like that kind of snooty place. Then you walk by there and there are empty courts not even being used by anyone. It's a public facility... if these "club members" want to keep this place for themselves, then they should pay the full bill and take it off city hands, so tax payers don't have to waste their money on this anymore. It's pretty simple, just raise their membership rates to enough to cover the costs of buying it. They want to make it exclusive to themselves, then they should pay for that privilege. They have decided to make being a member a privilege by restricting the number of spots. But the whole idea behind public facilities, is that they are for everyone. Not for the privileged. Not for the wealthy. For EVERYONE.

My daughter has attended this Summer Camp for 2 years running; and will continue to do so. The Camp is well organized, the Coaches are skilled/friendly and it provides and encourages a life-long love of the game. Jennifer has demonstrated a high degree of responsibility as it pertains to the care, nurturing and skill level of the children. Moreover, she goes above and beyond to make it a memorable experience which keeps us coming back. Many thanks!

The clubs as of 2017 is very well maintained for a clay court. The staff is very friendly, and there are some high level players that you can play against. Great summer camp program too!

NYTC is a fantastic camp for children. I cannot praise the coordinator Jennifer and her team of coaches enough. My children have attended this camp and I have referred many friends who have been equally if not more happy with the organisation, the day to day activities and how the coaches dedicate so much care and attention to the children. Because of Jennifer my children are now avid tennis players and active. The encouragement from the coaches and Jennifer is phenomenal, they truly care for the children and their desire to encourage learning a new sport and having fun is beyond measure. The facility is beautiful and so well kept. I highly recommend this camp to any parent looking to have their children well cared for during the summer.

This is a wonderful tennis camp that knows how to teach skills and make tennis fun for kids. My children were excited to attend and have developed a love for the sport! Jennifer and the other coaches create such a welcoming environment and we feel lucky to be part of it!

Too many kids per instructor - didn’t learn much at summer camp after spending weeks. Prefer private lessons but this place seems to have hard time organizing private lessons. Jennifer, the main coordinator, is very kind and responsive. The facility is decent. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place to other parents esp if their kids are beginners and serious about tennis.
