She took her time and listened to what we preferred and showed us the designs. She also let us try the items without any comments. We ended up buying a gold chain and I love the design. Had an extremely pleasant gold shopping experience at Thevan’s. From the minute we entered we were greeted and consulted by Neshan who was extremely professional. I had explained to him that I was looking to purchase a ring and he started off by taking some initial notes and measuring my ring size. Shortly after, he had brought out various rings organized based on sizes to skip the guessing game usually played in other South Asian gold shops. He had a great selection of rings and at the end of our visit he had provided us with a scratch off ticket for discounts on our next purchase (excellent marketing technique). Overall great experience and we will definitely be back.

Service is friendly. There are many options but many of the provided options seem like they have poor build quality. In terms of price per gram, this store seems to have one of the highest prices in the local area. There are other stores offering prices of 80-90$ a gram and this store offers $115+ for gold. The price snapshots are taken within the span of 2 days for reference.

i have purchased a number of different items and every time the service is really good. They have a good selection of jewellery and the staff is also very knowledgeable. You can tell they care, they actually make smart recommendations and suggestions. They also answer any questions you have. We recently purchased our wedding bands from them (both were custom pieces). Everything was perfect - good service, good selection, good people, and good prices.

Jewellery options were very limited and not that great especially if you are looking to buy small daily wear jewellery and those small jewellery was priced per piece instead of per gram which gets expensive. They give some scratch card with range from $0 to $50 when we write Google reviews while in the shop and all the coupons can only redeemed in our next purchase. Only thing we really liked is their customer service and friendliness.
