Worst ever place to come. I am giving this review before even eating. After eating food review would be the same. Staff is really unprofessional and manners less. Pathetic customer service. Please if you’re fan of this restaurant go to other location, do not even bother yourself to come here.. I would have gave 0 star if possible. You guy should ashamed of running this restaurant.

Im still suprised how we still find good reviews with this restraunt. A pathetic franchise of the aunthentic Honest in Ahemedabad. Please dont spoil the real Honest name by doing such a bad job here in Canada. Tasteless , No flavour and no taste. If you order pulav ull get Capsicum rice with pepper. If you order Garlic noodles ull get Chinese noodles with Maggies masala and garlic. Water was so good , thanks for that. One star for the person who took our order with smiling face. And the person who kept the food on our table just threw it on our table and went just like feeding dogs and we felt really grateful for that while paying our bills, Thanks again for that. Probably this would be my first and last experience with this restraunt. Kindly dont waste your hard earned money in this restraunt. Last but not least atleast increase the qty so that people will fill the stomach with your food for the bill they are paying. Lol and 10% service charge on food because of inflation which is on their reception instead of menu cards is another tragedy in this place. Advice- If you arent changing the qty and quality kindly change atleast the name of restraunt so that people dont get fooled. All that gliters below in the photo are not gold. Its just blunt tasteless , Highpriced food where people buy and dont waste it for the respect people have on food which I did on that day ate everything in my plate since I paid.

I was excited to finally go to honest in Canada as it was one if my favorites in the USA, we tried the vada pao and it did not meet the expectations, the vada was so tiny , the sev puri was good, the ambiance and service was great too

Ordered a hakka noodle and schezwan fried rice. The taste was good but both the items were very very spicy. The spice level could be reduced a bit. Masala chai was good. And service wise no complaints. Service was at par and good.

Could have given 4 but due to the taste, I would not and overpriced, maybe not to a Canadian but an Indian desi u feel salu 100 $ na bill ma kai khaduj nahi. The pav bhaji is good baaki we had ordered some wonderful named sandwich and dosas but all items not upto the mark, let me come to the sambhar(the lentil soup that is served with dosas) a gujarati dal is better. Overall did get the glimpse of india but didn't get the taste and definitely not the budget. Anything extra is money.

Ordered Dahi Puri, Dabang Dosa and Normal Pav Bhaji. Loved the dahi puri and dabang dosa and bhaji, pav not so much. Masala soda was yummy too. Service was quick and pleasant. Our server Yatri was very sweet and prompt in her service. We walked in around 6pm on a Friday and she walked us to our table instantly. Order was taken within minutes and served in time. Overall recommend this location of Honest. Also the washrooms were clean and equipped.

Would give it a Zero if I could. Sleepy service, poor food quality. I ordered a dry Gobi Manchurian and they served the cauliflower manchurian. When I told the server that this is not gobi manchurian he rudely replied that its what they have. They had two different on the menu but he was like this the only one they are serving. They don’t have gobi only (which was specifically mentioned in the menu and thats what ordered)

Amazing Food quailty and hospitality. Great place to visit. We ordered cheesy pav bhajii amazing level of taste, quality and quantity. And bahubali sandwich was perfectly presented with cheese on top and served with ketch up and green chutney both were good. Lastly Chinese bhel it was combination of paneer chilly, manchurian and noodles perfectly cooked with great taste.

MUST TRY!!!♥️ Every dishes, we ordered here were too tasty and also had very attractive presentation. If you want to try true Indian taste, this one is best! I had heard very good reviews about this place and I must say, it did meet our expectations. We tried their Dabang Dosa, Katappa Sandwich, Pav Bhaji, Manchurian & Indian Bhakhri Pizza. Bhakhri Pizza is Love. Dabang Dosa reminded me of the Mumbai street Dosa. The sandwich was very delicious and I think this restaurant did satisfy my sandwich & indian pizza cravings. I liked the Pav Bhaji too. Overall a beautiful experience. I cannot wait to come back and try other available options.

Ordered Mysore masala dosa, Honest special sandwich and soup. Taste wasn't very authentic South Indian. Sambar and potato filling didn't taste fresh. Chutney variety was good and seemed fresh. Sandwich could have been bigger portion. Ambience is good but definitely they could improve on taste and freshness.

Fantastic food , authentic Indian cuisine experience. I love it but the wait time was more than half hr on festive day. We ordered dabang dosa, maysoor masala dosa, schezwan masala dosa, noodles and Punjabi Supreme thali . All dishes were amazing should try again.

I'm a fan of Honest since, and I have tried their original place of Law Garden Ahmedabad where they started their journey. What I really like to order; Masala Papad, Manchurian, Pav Bhaji, Bhakhri Pizza, Sev Puri Dahi Puri, Pulav and many more.

Thanks Honest for bringing authentic Indian Street food taste in Canada. I loved Vadapav, mixed uttpam, Dabang dosa. Meetha paan is a must to try. Will definitely recommend honest Etobicoke.

This South Indian restaurant is the best with unique names bahubali, katappa 😂 Love the ambiance and the way the food is served. Great for a family to come and eat here.

HONEST is HONESTLY GREAT!!! Loved the food! Schezwuan Dosa is the best because you don't really find the flavor of Schezwuan to the places we have tried. This is the only place so far to have that flavor. A must try is also the Kattapa and Bahubali Sandwiches. The Pav Bhaji was yum too! Ending our dinner with Cold coco. Of course you need to have that if you visit Honest! Would love to try the Pizza Dosa that our server recommended for our next visit. Keep going 👏👍

We visited this location last week, customer service was good, Nice ambience and well maintained restaurant. Paubhaji was okay at this branch; we like the Brampton location more. And not sure what this Surcharge is?! Whatever it is is ridiculous for table of 3.

This restaurant is one of the top Indo-Chinese establishments in Toronto. The food we tried, including Vada Paw, Paw Bhaji, and Sandwich, was all fresh and scrumptious. The chai deserves special recognition and we ended up having multiple cups. The only downside was the lack of non-vegetarian options. Although the ambiance could have been improved, it was still satisfactory.

We had been to Honest for dinner over weekend. As it is very famous for its pav bhaji, we felt it lived upto that level in Canada as well. We ordered - Pav Bhaji, Rawa plain dosa, and Bhakri pizza (the sherred cheese on the pizza was scrumptious.. 🤌) Personally, I felt Etobicoke branch better than Brampton.

The pav bhai was extra salty. The punjabi guy who was serving our table was very nice. But the lady who worked at the front needs to learn how to serve customers.

Always nice to find a new place with such warm welcome and amazing food and prices . We had the recommended dish, and it was amazing , among a few other items on the menu. Nice spot for friends meetup or family.

Twas a terrible experience! I personally believe it’s mainly issues with this branch of honest ! The food was bland and the customer service was disappointing. The sev puri was just a puri with pani puri masala and no chutneys, and the taste was disgusting. Even when we told them, they didn't give a satisfactory answer. And the Bhakhri pizza had a burnt base and no taste at all. I'm glad we decided to leave before ordering more. It's always disappointing when the food and service don't meet expectations. 😔👎

Quality : 9/10 Taste: 8/10 Vegetables in Dosa and sandwich were too thick. Could be finely chopped. Coconut chutney for dosa was little bitter.

Food looks good, Taste is average, honest is famous for Pav Bhaji but I personally felt it's different from traditional authentic taste. Nice atmosphere and ambiance.

Worth driving to Honest from Montréal. If you are missing Ahmedabad taste then you should/must visit this. We have ordered Punjabi Executive Thali, Plain Dosa, Honest Pulao ( Riz végétarien ) and signature dish Honest Bhaji Pav (5 star) with Butter milk (Indian Beer). Nice ambiance. We were welcomed and served by Rahul and Ami. I will definitely visit this place on my next visit to Toronto.

We did a takeout. The filling was really nice and spicy in the samosas as it should be. The size was also large to fill your craving. It was over fried and a bit more crispy. And yeah they were expensive $4.50 for 2

  • 5/5 Nikita N. 2 years ago on Google
My husband and I personally just loved it. :) We ordered Manchurian dry (~$12.06), Dabeli (~$6.89), and Samosa chat (~$6.89). All three of them were tasty. The packing was top-notch. The pickup time was acurate. We didn't have to wait after receiving pickup alert from Ubereats. We also liked the quantity of Samosa chat. However, they could improve Manchurian dry's quantity. It was the most expensive dish we ordered (~$12.06) but quantity for the price wasn't the best. But we were so happy for the neat packing and the delicious taste. Highly recommended place (at least for the dishes we have tried). We'll surely revisit and try more dishes. :) Way to go Honest team!!

Honest etobicoke is honest when it comes to food quality, taste and customer service. We have been to the other locations many times but this location can’t be compared with others. They have Provided us with delicious and mouth watering dishes with authentic indian taste. We were group of 7 people and we tried different dishes. It was amazing. Also, when it comes to gratuity and service charge there is nothing like that in this restaurant for 6 or more people. Nice ambience and best food. Worth visiting this place. One of the Best Indian restaurant in GTA. Great customer service by Rahul..! Honestly Thanks to “HONEST”…!!

The sandwiches here are amazing! Indian style street food done right! So well worth it! Try the Bahuballi or if you like spice go for the Katappa. The Honest special sandwich is probably the most interesting combination of flavors but so good.

Great place for Indian fast-food. Very humble staff and great customer service. I loved the way they did take out for dahi puri as chutneys and dahi were packed separately. Definitely recommend this place. Keep it p guys...

Really good. The food and the staff was so good, especially Yatra if I'm not wrong. The owner of the restaurant was so polite, genuine and willing to help to enhance their tastes of every dishes if there is any opportunity. I'm swaminarayan, so the owner herself made a dish for me which was kahu Kari and believe me it was mouthwatering. Even they have started to give 20% discount on lunch fix dishes for students. Cleanliness and tidiness is at par at every corner of the store.

Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Ambience 4/5 Went in because of the brand name and the only thing we liked is Punjabi thali. It’s was absolutely better than an other Indian Thalis. The dosa was pretty mediocre especially for the price you pay. Half of the restaurant was closed when we went in and we’re only serving in the small area of the restaurant
