From start to finish Forever Ring was overall a great experience! I thought ordering a ring online seemed a little intimidating at first, but after my first discussion with Azia she really made me feel comfortable with the entire process. We met over a FaceTime discussion to review the Jewel - Oval Four Prong Moissanite ring which I was interested in. We also talked about customizing certain aspects of the ring. No questions asked we modified the band width, the gallery rail width and even elongated the dimensions of the oval moissanite. During the reasonable 6-week timeline, she provided some renders of the ring to review and ensured the customizations were adequate before going into production. Once the ring and moissanite were created, Azia sent me a couple videos to review once again and ensured everything was to my liking. Shipping was quick and easy through courier service and was well received in a beautifully wrapped Forever Ring box. I can certainly appreciate the attention to detail throughout their entire process. The overall experience felt very genuine, personalized, and approachable. The best part? My new fiancé can't get over how nice her ring is!
