If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I visited this store yesterday, and it was by far the worst customer service experience ever. I was waiting for someone to help me with the earrings, when the employees "friend" came into the store. Her name was Reneesha because her friend screamed it out, and both of them continued their conversation with a store full off people. I asked if she could help me, and she rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk to her friend. There was a lady waiting at the cash to pay for her stuff, and when the employee finally decided to go back to the counter to cash her out, she was being extremely rude to her. I was so disgusted at her attitude, I had to leave. Clearly by the reviews below, this same employee is horrible at her job. No one in this place seems like they care to do anything about it. I can only imagine how many sales this store has lost because of this employee. I will definitely not be coming back here, and will advise others not to

My poor 4 years old baby girls ear got infected.... + we played more than 100$ to get here ear piercings.... Never recommend.... soon we will visit the store and talk with the manager !!!

My daughter got her ear hole pieces here and the associate was awesome! She loves shopping in here but their stuff can be quite pricy. Sometimes there’s buy 3 get 3 deal which is worth good !

It's a store for simple things. Kids love it but please stop getting your ears pierced at these places. Go to a professional that doesn't use a piercing gun to traumatize your kids ears.

Helen the Manager has been there for a long long time and I used to go there when they were young, she helped me picked the right pearls for my nirce. It iscalways nice to see familiar faces. I always find lilbtrinkets for my friends girls here

My brother and I had never visited Claire’s before and initially visited The Markville mall location but had an awful experience and left the store (October 2nd, 2022). We therefore started calling piercing studios in the area but they were all heavily booked. We decide to give Claire’s at STC a try, and thank God we did! We called 45 min before closing and booked an appointment. Khadijah and Claire were working and completely changed our minds about Claire’s. They were very professional and while they may be very young in age, they understand what high quality customer service is. Khadijah, my brother loves the piercings! You did and amazing job!! It is fun to shop at Claire's, but people were not social distancing properly in this store. Don't forget to check whether there are any deals for buying more than one item.

The internet is always down. So it's either cash or credit. I was there on 3 different occasions and all 3 times it was the same thing. They had the sign up. The woman really didn't seem to care about how inconvenient it was for some customers, she said, maybe next time or you can go to the bank machine. Very unimpressed.
