If I could assign 10 stars, I would! The service that I received from LifeCare Mobility was exemplary. Due to some complications after surgery, I required additional safety devices for my home, before returning home from Rehab. It was a pretty tight turnaround, but Jenni and Chris ensured that their team arrived the same day I arrived home and installed everything required. It certainly made my transition home easier and, more importantly, safer. Subsequently, I decided to get a bathtub cutout to make showering easier and their contractor, Ryan, was able to complete the work in a very timely manner. Chris and Jenni really seem to care about their customers and, without hesitation, I would highly recommend LifeCare Mobility.

In Oct /21 I was considering having a platform lift installed at the back of my home. I contacted Chris and two other local Toronto area vendors. Chris arrived at the appointed time. The other two guys? One never showed up as promised and the other never returned my call. The platform lift never got installed due to timing issues with the supply chain which Chris explained to me so I had a ramp installed instead. In Mar/22 I decided to have a stair lift installed inside my home. I immediately called Chris. Once more HE ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME. My stairway has a landing and some tight turns and an adjacent doorway so a complex installation would be required. Chris explained some of the options available, took some pictures and said he would send me a job quote. The next day I received the quote and decided to proceed. I called Chris, ONCE MORE HE ARRIVED ON TIME. He took detailed measurements and explained that delivery would take approximately 5 weeks as the unit is fabricated in the Netherlands and would take approximately 5 hours to install. In 5 weeks I got a call that the unit was in. Arrangements were made for the installers. They arrived at the APPOINTED time and took 5 hours to install it. Everything about LifeCare Mobility is very professional.

It was a real pleasure working with Chris, Jennifer and the install team. From start to finish the team at lifecare did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the results and am looking forward to how it will enable my mother-in-law to be more mobile and able to share more time with the family and her friends.

Jenny and Chris were really helpful and prompt with helping me have a stairlift installed for my mother before she came home from the hospital. They were quick to respond when I had questions after the installment. Ali was also very professional and kind, also doing a follow up check of the stairlift to put my mind at ease ensuring it was installed safely. I appreciate the team’s professionalism and kindness. I needed to find some options to allow my mother to ‘age in place’. She did not wish to move to a retirement home. Her house was built in 1930 and she had lived there for the past 50 years, however, it did not have the accessibility features needed to support daily living. LifeCare Mobility (Chris Gaffney) was very responsive and efficient in helping me explore stairlift options and took the time to ensure that it was customized to suit this older home with narrow stairs. Ali and Dante installed the Handicare unit and explained how to use it and ensured that there was a comfort level going up and down. Jenni also provide advice on a suitable adjustable hospital bed/mattress and was able to have this installed in time for my parent’s use. We have been very happy with the excellent service received and would recommend their services and products.

We have a narrow, curved, and steep stairway up to my mom's second floor apartment in our house. This custom-made stairway was installed without a problem. My dad had spinal surgery recently, and when he returned home to recuperate, he struggled with the stairs. Mobility is taking some time, so I called LifeCare to enquire about a Bruno stairlift for him. Jenni was so helpful and a wealth of information. Chris did an in home consultation and he was fun, friendly and patient answering all of our questions. The next week, 2 men installed the lift and my dad is living his life again upstairs and downstairs as he recovers! The installers were efficient and kind, and even helped my mom carry heavy groceries in from her car. All of the people at LifeCare go above and beyond for their clients with their service.

From the start of the very first conversation on the phone, to the installation and training, LifeCare Mobility was professional, courteous and thoughtful. Having broken her pelvis in a fall, the stairlift needed to be installed quickly before my mother returned home from the rehabilitation center. The unit is far less intrusive than expected and look like it belongs in the house and has always been there. The electrician was ingenious in finding a power source and making the wires invisible. The price we were quoted was the price we received as well. I liked that we were dealing with a family run business too. We did not feel like a "number".
