My
family
doctor,
Dr.
Akila
is
wonderful,
she
herself
deserves
5
stars,
and
is
such
a
pleasure
to
work
with!
But
dealing
with
the
reception
is
an
absolute
nightmare,
0
stars.
It
is
so
frustrating
to
just
try
to
book
an
appointment.
I've
been
a
patient
at
this
clinic
for
over
a
year
and
every
time
I
call,
I
can
barely
ever
get
through
to
anyone.
They
promise
online
appointments
and
booking
on
their
website
but
none
of
it
is
actually
available.
For
someone
disabled
who
has
difficulty
doing
things
already,
this
creates
a
huge
barrier
to
accessing
the
help
I
need.
When
trying
to
call
to
book
an
appointment,
I
was
once
put
on
hold
for
47
minutes
before
my
husband
used
his
phone
to
also
call.
He
got
through
and
when
he
said
that
his
wife
has
been
on
hold
on
the
other
line
for
so
long
the
receptionist
just
responded
flatly
saying
"yeah."
He
then
booked
the
appointment
while
I
was
still
on
hold
on
the
other
line.
I
don't
understand
how
anyone
who
has
received
any
type
of
customer
service
training
would
think
that
this
is
acceptable.
The
way
they
talk
to
you,
firstly
they
assume
that
I
don't
have
a
family
doctor
here
and
I
have
to
explain
every
time
that
Dr
Akila
is
my
family
doctor
(should
they
not
have
another
option
for
family
doctor
patients?)
and
secondly,
they
speak
in
such
a
way
that
makes
people
feel
bad
for
trying
to
ask
anything.
I
also
deal
with
hospital
visits
and
must
report
back
to
my
doctor
within
a
certain
period
of
time
but,
many
times,
I've
not
been
able
to
do
that
because
I
can't
actually
get
through
to
book
an
appointment.
I
try
calling
and
run
out
of
energy
having
to
call
so
many
times
and
wait
dealing
with
all
of
this.
Dealing
with
this
clinic
is
so
frustrating.
But
again,
Dr.
Akila
herself
is
amazing,
and
she
deserves
so
much
better.
