    Ellesmere sleep disorder clinic wouldn't even fax my prescription to the company I wanted to buy it from. I requested as a patient.they refused and said that they would ONLY fax it to ''cpap solution ltd' situated right downstairs to them. The doctor is excellent. It is the front office that gives you worst service and gives you a run around. Please don't even step a foot inside CPAP solutions Ltd. All they care about is get the maximum of your benefits and maximum cash payment.

    This response is solely for the receptionist. It's never a great encounter when I speak with her. It's always a female and I'm not sure of her name but she always makes you feel like she's trying to kick you off the phone and not have the greatest attitude. This is not the first time I've spoken to her btw.. As a company I would have a talk with her because some people feel very nervous or even uncomfortable coming here. The tone and everything Is just very poor.. I'd never say to fire or get a new receptionist because everyone has their own personal issues or expenses in their life but I hope you use this as a way to educate her on being more welcoming towards your clients.

    I asked for a sleep test from my family doctor 3 weeks ago and got a sleep study at Ellesmere sleep clinic within 1 week (curious as to why they have so much availability when everywhere else has a 3 month wait list). Not knowing at the time I went anyway and when I got there the technician hooked up all the electrodes and closed the lights, it was 10:00pm (I normally fall asleep at 2:00am and told them this). I asked on the intercom if it was ok if I called my wife to say goodnight and the technician rudely responded that I have 5 minutes to call her then Iโ€™d have to hang up. A few days after I was at work when I received a phone call at 9:30am and then proceeded to receive 6 more phone calls within a 3 hour period. Then they called my wife while she was at work to see where I was. Totally unacceptable and is harassment. When I called them back during my lunch they told me they had my results and when Iโ€™d like to receive a telephone appointment from their sleep doctor. Somehow they gave me an appointment for a few hours later. As if my experience with them wasnโ€™t bad enough their sleep doctor told me I had an AHI of 18 and that I was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea and offered me surgery or an apap machine. When I got off the phone I googled what an AHI of 18 ment and it was clear from the numerous websites that an AHI of 18 is moderate sleep apnea not severe. Their sleep โ€œdoctorโ€ canโ€™t even differentiate between moderate and severe sleep apnea. I was booked today for another sleep study with an apap machine but had to cancel for family reasons. So I called them and the lady at reception was extremely rude, she answered the phone with a simple โ€œSleep clinicโ€ then after I explained that Iโ€™d need to cancel she took a huge โ€œsighโ€ and aggressively asked when Iโ€™d like to reschedule. Needless to say I wonโ€™t be rescheduling a further sleep study at this location or at any other of their locations in the future. P.S Ellesmere sleep clinic will try to send you to Cpap Solutions Inc downstairs in the same building. They wanted to charge me $900 total ($200 to rent the machine, $350 for a mask, $180 for a hose) to rent their apap machine for 3 weeks. The place I went to at Leslie and Sheppard gave me everything for free for a month.

    Dr. Bhinder is a fabulous doctor. He is kind, compassionate and takes his time in explaining the issues. He has an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended lung specialist!

    They book appointment 6-12 months in advance than just expect you to show up. Dr. Wilton is also very rude and only available 1 day a week. Its ridiculous.

    Female doctor did phone consultation was rude. Her tone of voice was not accepting. She did not even introduce herself with her last name. She wanted to know how my sleeping was. I explained to her that I have had an issue but since becoming a nurse working shift work it has been more difficult to deal with the lack of sleep. Due to the inability of not being able to change my job She basically told me there was nothing they could do. That I would always have the inability to get to sleep and stay asleep. Will no continue to go for sleep study or blood work. Will look for a separate place to do consultation.

    very annoyed with this location. DO NOT GO HERE.. I needed a release to replace my broken CPAP and they would rather money grab and have an appointment and a new sleep trail. Bilk the system for more money. they even went as far as to call the CPAP supplier and report the technician for some reason. never going here again.

    Two woman I have dealt with I can hardly understand them. They lied and said I was confused about my appointment. Thank God I had the email showing they screwed up the day. Kept saying it was me. I am cancelling this appointment and will warn people about this clinic.

    Had a great time. Place was nice and spacious also really clean. The woman doctor that I got was really nice and helped me a lot. 100% recommend this place. If I could come back I would definitely come back no doubt.

    This should be a -1 Star review. Absolutely worst, rude, disrespectful, aggressive, unkind. Went to Ellesmere location. Donโ€™t do your breath test here. They will worsen your condition and straight out send you to the hospital. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Getting a degree doesnโ€™t not mean someone actually know what to do and how to do ot successfully. Their overall treatment of people is absolutely deplorable. Itโ€™s beyond professionalism, I believe itโ€™s cultural. They have seem to have that in common. (I am not being culturally bias, my parents are immigrants)

    Front desk staff are aloof, if not downright rude, particularly the woman with the religious head wrap. I doubt anyone at this clinic even cares about patient service given the number of bad reviews and how far back such reviews go. Dr. Sandhu comes across more as a police interrogator than a physician. The last two times I've met with her, I found myself constantly on the defensive trying to explain my situation, seldom feeling comfortable opening my mouth. She has a snarky, aggressive tone of voice. She seems determined to believe that the CPAP works for everyone and that it is the patient's fault otherwise. I had the findings of my recent visit to an ENT faxed to her, but she opened our meeting with no indication of even knowing about it, much less having read the findings. Began our appointment with a cursory "So how can I help you?" like it's a fast food drive through.

    They force me for book appointment same day they called. And I was in absence mind, i confirm it. Suddenly i remember i have to go somewhere for urgent family matter. That lady on the phone she threatening me for no showoff $150 charge will be send. And she talk so rude on the phone. I do not have any idea how come people visiting there and sleep peacefully ? Already front desk lady give me anxiety. Not only that my mom and sister been there, thay said people on night shift not professional at all. Talk rude and treat you like , you already sick with sleeping problem. What else you can accept from Scarborough ? Owner of this clinic and supervisor of this clinic highly recommended to take care of front desk lady. I forgot to ask her name but I'll make a official complaint about that lady. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

    What an experience, you really have to go through it to understand the key issues. You all are right...they treat you like a burden, I felt it when I went for my first overnight study, you ask the technician anything the answer is a cart one and as if you are asking something stupid. Next, I met with this pakistani origin doctor, we wasted the first 5 minutes answering the pre-screening questions again. I had to literally tell him that I had already taken the overnight sleep test and I was there for the consultation. Again went for the APAP test, this time the technicians were a little more accommodating remembering me from the first time and I also had my expectations lowered. Next, I met the doctor again, he literally engaged with me for 2 minutes with no explanation of the test or anything wrote the prescription, and acted as if he just wanted me to get out of his office as soon as possible. I asked about the CPAP machine and received a short and rude answer to discuss it with the front desk as if it was beneath him to answer these questions. I am sure having been diagnosed with sleep apnea is not a pleasant one and you would expect some sort of guidance and assurance from the doctor but he was simply amazing #@*&$. They would send you to Cpap Solutions Inc. downstairs for the machine in the same building and they would quote you an extremely high rate! much higher than other vendors.

    I had an online appointment and was already on the call. Receptionist called on the other line and telling me to reschedule because they didn't receive the data last week only to find out they missed the email. Told me to wait for the doctor to join the meeting but been waiting for 30 mins already and doctor didn't show in the meeting.

    This is the worst experience...my sister here waiting for an hour after her designated time... Her appointment was 4:45... At 4:35 they take a guy ahead of her who had an appointment for 5:30. My sister commented and they lied an said his appointment was for 3:30p. Well, if he that late then he should have gone to the back of the line... What craziness going on with the medical professional. My sister came on time for her appointment. The same thing happened on her previous appoint. The staff here are horrible. Do not come here. If I could give zero stars I would.
