Poor experience due to poor quality of technicians. I almost never write a review but will take the time to do so for this place. The technician there - Bengali-speaking, dark hair to her shoulder, wears glasses is one of the most rude technicians I have ever come across. She should not be practicing in any way - not only is she incapable at being well mannered but also is aggressive with her work and created an unnecessary risk of damaging the pregnancy with her heavy handed ultrasound work. She pushed down when she shouldn't and aggressively inserted her tools when she needed to be careful. I will be asking my Doctor to recommend a different clinic because of her inability to do her job properly; and I will consider raising this issue with the governing body. No one deserves to be treated like this lady treats people. Learn to maintain quality control at your clinic. To the owner claiming this is a fake review - I visited your business recently. There is no way I would know this level of detail if I had not visited your business. Learn to take criticism instead of bad mouthing your customers. There is no reason to leave a fake review for an insignificant business like yours unless there was actual disappointment with your service. Clown.

I immediately went to this place after my doctor prescribed me to take an x-ray and ultrasound. I was tight on time and told my situation to the sweet old lady (receptionist). She booked me to come back after one hour, and here I am, finishing my x-ray and ultrasound. I am also impressed by the service provided both by the ultrasound technician (female) and x-ray technician (Male). Thank you very much, King-Mar Diagnostics, for your service.

Worst experience. Please don’t believe the reviews. Usually Im not the person who write the reviews. While I book the appointment, I requested 4 times to know the gender of baby before confirming the appointment date and time. Even I asked that do I need to provide any special request from my doctor. Receptionist told me no need of anything and just inform the technician while scanning. But after finished the scanning the technician was so rude and stubborn to inform the baby gender. Not recommended. Receptionist is not doing the job properly and technicians are rude.

I will appreciate if the clinic management accepts negative reviews and doesn't respond defensively. Negative reviews help improve quality of the services and quality of the clinic itself. I don't like to comment on any technologist as I believe everyone is trained and sincere but I would like to complain to the management team that standards of the equipment accessories used are far below standard practice. A square size big block of hard material probably a wooden or hard board was placed under my lower back to raise my pelvis to let technologist get access to the field of ultrasound comfortably and I was told that it will take 10 minutes or a little more. But it's incredibly big square ⬛️ and about 3-4 inches high and I denied to keep such a harmful support under back that is very vulnerable to injuries. I was hurt and feeling pain. I hope this clinic management have a look on these types of materials used to support human body. Inhumane!! What do they do with a pregnant woman.

I had been looking for this service - X-ray and Ultrasound. This is the perfect place to get it done. The front desk personnel Mrs. Islam is an amazing, welcoming person and very much professional in supporting the clients. The ultrasound and x-ray technicians are also wondering. This place is very neat and clean. Also accessible. Very please to find a place near my home.

This is by far the best ultrasound centre I’ve been to (and let me tell you I’ve been to many). Sanam, at the front desk was such a breath of fresh air. She is polite, professional and empathetic. I was experiencing some discomfort upon arrival at the clinic. I expressed this to Sanam and she immediately acted on it and came to my aid. My technician Iffat was calm, gentle and thorough. She was also kind and made what is normally an uncomfortable procedure a breeze. The staff at this clinic are well trained and it shows. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I had been there thrice as it's near to my house. First was for my dating scan of pregnancy - gone good. Secondly for my NT scan at 12 weeks- good. But worst experience was for my anomaly scan which I did 10 days ago. I felt the technician was confused once she started my scan and was telling she is not getting proper view. At the end of the test she mentioned that "the baby is small, she couldn't see the fetal heart properly and It may be okay."I asked for rescheduling my appointment but she didn't.After a day my gynecologist called me with the anomaly scan report and the report says my baby have several abnormalities including heart issues. Since myself and my gynecologist didn't trust the report, I was send for another scan at a true imaging.Their report came in few hours as my case was of emergency, showing no abnormalities and my baby is completely healthy. You guys can't imagine the stress and pain we had been through because of your wrong diagnosis. If you can't find exact issue/view/position dont provide a false report. I never recommend this diagnostic centre to anyone I know.

After going to this clinic we will never go back. The nurse/technician was rude to us when we were asking questions and basically shrugged us off. There are other clinics around that have better service and cleaner facilities. Avoid this clinic.

I had a student ultrasound tech watching in and an ultrasound tech doing my exam and both were amazing! So friendly and assured me everything looks normal and perfect with my baby, even when baby wouldn’t cooperate the tech was very patient and offered me to stretch/go to the bathroom or grab a snack next door etc. I felt listened to and wanted here. Will continue to use this clinic for my pregnancy and any future pregnancy

It was my first time with them. I called wishing luck I could find urgently an ultrasound. Nahid at Reception she answered the phone and was so gentle and friendly, she resolved it and they attended me, I really appreciate it!!! Zahara was the tecnic she was patient and very gentle. Thank you for all your hard work and comprehension! We appreciate it!

In short, come here for your ultra sound!! This is the best place in Toronto! My wife went to a couple of other places and went out disappointed. Here the receptionist was super polite and nice and then the technician Zarah was simply amazing. She explained in details everything to my wife and I went in the room she was polite enough to show me and explain everything to me as well! We will recommend them to everyone!! Don’t hesitate choosing this diagnostic centre!!

I went to King-Mar for an ultrasound and x-ray. Each person I encountered was polite, courteous and efficient. Not only did I manage to get an appointment same day, I was taken on time and was in and out quickly. My technician Cindy was very diligent, nice and friendly. I would not hesitate to return to King-Mar.

I have visited couple of times to this location for my ultrasound and had best experience with both technician and the front desk. They are very polite and helpful, will get you through each and every process very patiently. Highly recommended.

King-Mar diagnostic has the most amazing employees. I'm new to Canada and I don't have any idea about the process especially during pregnancy. This diagnostic centre has been brilliant. I live away from Scarborough now and they have been so considerate to my travel time and scheduling. The receptionist is one of the kindest, most genuine and sincere woman I have ever met - she provided genuine advice about comfort level and how to speak to the tech about my diagnostic test. Truly wonderful, I willingly travel almost an 1.5h to come get my tests done here. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at King-Mar. From start to finish I had great experience. I went there for X-Ray. Girls at the reception are very courteous, welcoming and helpful. The technician is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, kind and polite. The clinic is very clean and well organized. After I arrived, I didn't have to wait for long. They called me within 10 mins. I made an appointment just one day prior. I highly recommend.

If you are looking for an exceptional diagnostic centre, look no further. My husband and I have been continuously wowed by the amazing team at King-Mar. For the past four years, they been consistent in upholding their values. The staff is compassionate and super helpful, they go above and beyond to service their visitors. Not to mention, the premises are super clean and disinfected continuously. Their receptionist is exceptional when it comes to appointment booking and last minute changes, I don't think you can get this sort of service anywhere else.

This is my second time here at Kingmar and I love the way they treat you. I went in for an ultrasound and the technician was absolutely amazing in making me feel comfortable throughout. They sanitize the place throughly as well and take a temperature of all that walk in as well. She explained what she was going to do with me cause I was nervous for a transvaginal ultrasound and was very gentle in performing the scan. I didn’t have to wait much longer either as I booked my appointment. If you plan to go in try booking an appointment, they are quick and don’t have long wait times.

I had a great experience! I went for pelvic ultra sound done by Sana, she's very helpful, gentle, well experienced on her profession. The front desk is very nice and accommodating. Keep up the good job! I highly recommend going there.

I've just had don't 19 weeks pregnancy ultrasound sound yesterday with them. I've don't remember the technician's name as I'm bad with names. She introduced herself and was friendly. She took her time as my baby was upside. Very accommodating and my partner was able to come towards the end to see our bundle of joy!.

Today I visited this place. I happy about the service I had. I could my finished my matter within half an hour eventhough it was very busy time. Officer at the reception is doing a big task. A very friendly staff starting from the receptionist, who is emphatic and smiling. The sonographers and the respective specialists are knowledgeable and kind to deal with the patient. The X-Ray specialist is so nice too. They accommodated me even without an appointment. I suggest people to approach them for immediate attention.

Great experience. I had an abdominal ultrasound today. They don't make you wait for long hours. The front staff is very welcoming and nice. The technician that performed the ultrasound took her time when performing the ultrasound. I recommend visiting this place.
