My favorite optometrist Dr. Geeta Nadarasah and staff! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Geeta is very knowledgeable, friendly and also responds promptly.

As I reached there, I was given warm welcome by the receptionist. And from there on yhe experience was amazing. I am getting my eyes tested by Dr Geetanjali for last 6/7 yrs and I am super happy with her. She is very pleasant and approachable. Makes you feel comfortable. Very neat and clean facility.

My experience at STC optometry was very positive! Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly and helped me feel comfortable during the experience. I never knew having your eyes checked could actually be a fun experience but it was great, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had an emergency eye appointment on Friday Jan 13 for my mom and the eye clinic staff booked us in very quickly. All staff at the eye doctor clinic are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We were helped by Dr Nadarasah whose experience in eye examination, testing and treating my mom was exceptional. She booed a follow up appointment to see her again on Sunday (in 2 days time) and ensured that she will follows up again over the phone on Tuesday. Wow so good patient care and follow ups! Thank you as my mom is feeling so much better in her eyes. Exceptional service and thanks again Dr! We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Dr.Bains was very knowledgeable. She answered and explained all my question regarding myopia control for my daughter. Definitely recommend her for the ones who are looking for excellent eye care. And also the opticians there were very helpful and compassionate. Together with the doctor they took excellent care to meet our needs.

Always love going in for an exam the staff are always nice and professional. Ive going to this location for many years I've never had a problem. I always appreciated the honesty and care they put in to taking care of my vision. 10/10 i recommend

I was very worried about my busy 4 year olds first eye appointment and it couldn’t have gone better. The Doctor was incredibly kind and patient, my son had a blast. Can’t say enough how wonderful of an experience this was!

I appreciate the staff at the reception being very professional. However, I don't know what happened yesterday to my Doctor Chahal Gurjot because 2 years ago, I got a very good service from her but this time, I received the worst service I've ever received. I don't know if it is due to other programs she had that day but : Examinations were too fast. Asking questions apparently was not allowed because there was no answer. I am not a specialist in the field, but it was my first time to have a dilation, and told to open my eyes immediately after like 1 minute. If it was a new method, at least she could have explained that to me instead of not answering. Again last time, I was allowed in the consultation room with my partner to interpret because of the language barrier. However, this time, I was not allowed, and she did not understand what Dr said about her examinations. I would not recommend anyone to this specific Dr.

It was a nice experience as the Staff behaved in a professional manner. The Dr/Lab person was so fantastic as she handled the test so passionately and interactively. She explains each test stage quiet comprehensively. The other tall light Guy that helped pick the frame was so charming and polite.

I am in my late 60s and i have been wearing glasses since I was 18 months old. This was the best experience and most thorough optometrist appointment I have every had. All the staff were professional and efficient and I appreciate how well they answered my questions. Dr. Nadarasah was exceptional - thank you all.

My Followup went better than I expected. I had a complete eye exam and was explained why I was having blurred vision and looking forward to the next steps. The front desk staff handled the scheduling, payments, and services very professionally. Thank you for making my day less stressful.

The staff was amazing and helpful in the formality process at the beginning of the process. Later the doctors were very kind and friendly to get my eyes checked through various machines and it was really smooth. Later the sales people attended me quickly for the frame and lens’s measurement. Overall it was awesome experience.

My dad really enjoyed his experience at this location. The doctor was so sweet and listened to our concerns. She also explained what was happening with my dads eyes in very simple words so we can understand. In addition, she provided us with options and alternatives and encouraged that we think this through before making a decision about next steps for the treatment. I’m very pleased and hope to take my mom and myself for a eye exam next.

I always receive excellent service when I go for an eye exam. This time I brought my two children. This was my son’s first eye exam (he’s almost 4) and he said, “that Doctor is nice, I had fun”.

I had a good experience with the Eye exam. But I had terrible experience with the person Incharge with the specs. I clearly asked her if she can just check first how much my will be covered for my insurance on the eyeglasses. She did and without my permission she go thru right away. I was surprise when she said oh the "insurance payed this and you have to pay this amount"... she eventually gave me discount at the end BUT after I payed $129 she said her last word "next time you have to clear it out because I end up (her) in trouble". ( I felt blamed) and I kept silence. I will never go back to this store.

I will give this place 5 thumbs up. They are courteous to you when you arrive and my doctor, she listens to what you have to say first before jumping into the examination. I recommend this place to friends and family.
