Good space. Great to be back here to see a round of special Olympics type sports. Always nice to see this gym area in a quiet area of Toronto. So much of investment in facilities to help people with special needs get mobilized. Great to meet many new people today.

A gym should be a space space free of discrimination for all & this should go with out saying. Unfortunately, that is not the case for this gym.It upset me hearing that 2 of my good friends were discriminated against and racially profiled by the staff members of this facility. There are plenty of of other amazing gyms in the GTA area which welcoming to EVERYONE, which is the way it should be. If you are debating getting a membership here it might be a good idea to look else where.

Been a member at Variety Village for many years. Great facility and your membership fees help support a much needed service for people with disabilities. There is a great mix of able bodied and people with disabilities which is good for both groups and helps to make them one group. It’s a fun place be part of.

A horrible place that used to care about special needs people but now they're so worried about and so busy trying to make money off of everybody and they don't respect the special needs people that actually need to go there!I just tried to renew My Son's membership there,I told them we were compromised we can't do it online&need help they asked me if My Son had"ODSP"I didn't know what that was because my son is only12years old. They told me&they pointed to a form and told me to go home and fill it out no one offerd to help Us with the application.Very disrespectful they just want your money they used to care about the special-needs community but they only care about money now! sad but true! Also I have called there numerous times&stating I needed help renewing my son's membership and leaving my information & my phone number asking them to please call me back months have passed and nobody called me back this is why I decided to go inside and I received extra rude treatment, still by trying to renew My 12year old Autistic Son's Membership!

Absolutely love Variety village. It has everything from gym, three pools (hot, shallow, deep), running ring, cardio rooms and it hosts a variety of different classes. It specializes in people with all kinds of bodies. So that people with special needs and everyone else who may want to come here, enjoy their day equally without any hesitation or judgements. Love how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Their different types of memberships are catered to different people and their budgets. Kids from colleges and schools are often seen volunteering here and helping everyone out. Life guards are very friendly and they treat our kids like they deserve every bit of love and attention.

A great experience. There are a lot of good lessons for the kids (swimming, basketball, tennis...etc).

This place is amazing. I ended up going twice then buying a year membership. The staff are very helpful and kind. As well the facilities Variety Village has to offer almost seem endless. Another thing to point out is the relaxed welcoming atmosphere. All in all Variety Village is truly the best gym I've ever been to.

My son has so much more confidence since he started participating in programs at VV. He is legally blind, and at 6 years old, that can be difficult to navigate. He feels safe and happy with all the phenomenal people that work at VV. We hope to stay a part of the community for years to come.

VV is an asset to the community as they served some of the most vulnerable people. However, it was disappointing to witness more than one accessibility buttons that open the door out of service. This is the last place that should be causing people with mobility constraints further inconveniences. Variety Village you should be on top of ensuring that everything is in working order just as you are with parents you hassle to renew their child’s memberships, as well as join your programs. Thank you!

Great place for swimming lessons... especially for any kids that are afraid of colder pools.

I would rate this facility a ZERO! if I could the staff are racist and beyond rude! And the receptionist is an absolute nightmare not only did she hang up on me but she was super rude people like that should not be dealing with the public! Also an employee there harassed my two sons and on top of all that charged him after he cancelled their memberships!! This Location gives ALL Variety Villages a bad name!!

This sports arena has the audacity to not only racially discriminate my friend and his younger brother but also double charged him !! Kashinpips needs his money back and Variety you need to get your act together ..

I do not recommend anyone coming here. Racially discriminated two guys, one who is only 15 years old. When trying to cancel, was double charged. Kashnpips needs his money returned and better customer service.

The facility is very good. The equipment is also in excellent condition. The food there is very decent. My only issue was with one rule. The rule is that you can only wear track pants or shorts on the court. Yet there is no place where this rule is explicitly stated. Yet I got kicked off the court. The only facility rule is “proper fitness attire”. This rule is very vague in my opinion. I wore very stretchy jeans and my friend wore track pants that gave him less mobility than my jeans. Please make the rule more explicit.
