Horrible layout everything is jammed packed. The store should be more cognizent of its customer base and make room for strollers. How are parents supposed to shop when they can not get through a single aisle.

I went into Children's Place today to exchange a sweater that was given to my daughter for Christmas. I did not have a receipt, though I thought since the tags were still on that it wouldn't be a problem. I searched the store for the same sweater but the store no longer had it so I picked a sweater the exact same price in a larger size in hopes to exchange it. Funnily enough, the sweater was now on for 30% off. When I approached the cash and explained the situation I was told I could only exchange for a larger or smaller size of the exact same sweater. I said awesome, where are they? The associate then told me they were sold out. I asked why they couldn't substitute since it wasn't me wanting a different style, it was the store not having the product anymore. I also pointed out that the sweaters were now on sale and I wasn't asking for the money difference, I just wanted a straight exchange. Again she repeated the store policy and asked me if I wanted to purchase the sweater I had chosen. I said I wasn't interested in one sweater costing $70 and left. So thank you very much for your lousy store policy. My 7 year old daughter is now out a Christmas gift.

If I could give them less than a star I would!! This company has a terrible return policy and horrible customer service!! I will never shop in this store again!!!

I wish I could give a negative star due to the extremely rude/bad attitude (and possibly a criminal behaviour) of a store employee and unprofessional attitude of the manager (their names are Shumona and Ronda). The employee used the word ‘stealing’ in front of us because my wife separated the clothes from the hanger. Manager is extremely unprofessional and not sure why she was employed as a manager in the first place; instead of listening the complaints, resolving the issue, advising her subordinate, she was busy with balancing and suppressing our complaints. I would like to make a complain to the company authority against them though I don’t know if the company cares about the attitude of the employees (rude attitude, possible criminal behaviour, unprofessional behaviour) and if they care to take any reasonable action against them. However, they have to decide if having more these types of employees are bringing them in loss in the business.

To be honest this place is very tight and often times I find not enough space to move around.. csr is so so.. they just doing their job.

Long line up at cash. Only one person at the cash and 2 others on the sales floor folding. Waiting 15 minutes to cash out. Horrible service! Deserves 0 stars.

My goodness...where do I begin. First of all I never liked The Children's Place for their style, quality and price (way to expensive for cheap look/quality). However, this location at STC is extra terrible. Poor layout, messy, way TOO much stuff jammed in that small store, you never know where to find what ago unless you look at each tags separately. I went here to spend a gift card and I got bunch of things on the sale rack but didnt belong there..again not organized and adds to the clutter. Their line up situation is another problem, they have one line up on one side and if you go the second register on the other side they send you back to the other one to line up and then come back to the second one, doesn't make any sense. All in all, not good! Staff are also meh.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I waited 15 minutes in a line that stretched to the back of the store. One person working cash and three people folding clothes. Change rooms are closed “for health and safety”. Abysmal customer service.

Nvm I'm dumb,,,, someone stole from the program I'm at and I got my stuff returned, staff were friendly and courteous, and helped me noticed she did put things in my bag when I lost them!!! V good place, I apologize lol!! They hire lots of poc and v outgoing ppl, always willing to help! Wish they had more unisex options but that's ok, great variety regardless. Bad reviews r from dumb ppl like me. Love the store. This is why you double check things before writing a review y'all.

Horrible horrible place! My daughter was looking for some shirts for her to buy and then some woman came and said stop doing that your just ruining the store if your gonna do that again I will talk to your mom about your manners! I had a pretty long talk with the employee and left the store with a crying little girl and nothing in my hands worst customer service ever!

I love when they have big sales going on. Lots to choose, all seasonal clothes.big star!!
