Can we talk about Pauline at the Scarborough Town Center location? Took my phone in for a warranty repair, and found her to be personable, informative and thorough. Essentially rebuilt my phone in under 2 hours, explained everything. Top tier work, she's setting the bar for customer service. Really happy with the service.

I visited the Mobile Klinik at Scarborough Town Center and had an amazingly great experience. I was served by Justin, who was professional and patient. I watched him attend to 2 other customers in much the same way. I would recommend them to everyone. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

My iPhone stopped working randomly at home. I tried everything I could to no avail. Booked an appointment and took it in to the STC location. The store was neat and quiet (10:15am). I got looked after right at my appointment time. Rex was patient with my phone and did all he could think of to sort things out with my phone. And he did it! And it didn’t cause me a thing as no new parts where needed. I am thankful ! It truly made my day.

Super good workers, the gentleman with the ginger beard easily booted up my tablet that wouldn’t start and unlocked my other tablet that I had forgotten the password to. All free of charge. They seem very honest with their work. Will definitely be coming back!

Booked an appointment for my son's Pixel 3a battery OEM replacement. The phone is in excellent condition but the technician there said the screen might crack when he open the case so I will be charged for it!! $209 plus tax payment for a not my fault issue. The management refused to even give me a discount on it and instead they said they will give me a 50% discount on battery. This could have cost almost $300!! ... I refused and took my business to Ubreakifix Scarborough and they did an excellent job replacing the battery with no issues at all. The guys in Mobile Klinik STC seems to me unprofessional at all ... Be aware!! I filed a complaint to Google and they recommended Ubreakifix to me .. Thank you Google!!

It was an excellent experience. I forgot the Samsung tab s6 password and the CSR(Rhoe) was super helpful and restored my tab as it was earlier and didn’t charge anything. I literally paid $0 and got my tab fixed. Loved the service. Thanks ‘Rhoe’ for your excellent service.

Pauline was a super kind and knowledgeable tech. I was given a 2-3 hr wait time for repairs, but she did it in like 50 mins. That woman needs a raise, she could do that job with her eyes closed! Will definitely return for further business needs.

I went here here for a phone repair and a gentleman named Justin helped me. He was very helpful and did a good job fixing my phone. It turned out my phone did not need any fixing more like a maintenance and he figured it out real quick. Will come back here again for sure!

I came in for a repair recently to this store and I spoke to Izza on this repair and she was very informational and helpful. She was very quick to answer any question I had before I had done my screen repair done for my Samsung warranty. This store is quite busy, I did have to be patient. She also informed me of updates on my repair when there was a delay. I understand that and am happy that she kept me up to date. I had a chance to speak to the store manager Danny and he was very helpful as-well. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family as I had a great experience with Danny and Izza.

My phone's battery portal was broken and I was unable to retrieve some very important data. My service provider whom I got the phone from couldn't help. They told me to go to the maker of the phone however they couldn't help me either. I went to Mobile Klink. They were the only ones that even tried to help me. When the part needed was unavailable they didn't give up . Justin 's ingenuity along with his resolution worked and I was able to transfer my data to my new phone. Thank -you doesn't express how much I appreciate what he did for me.

Amazing experience that I got here when my note 20 ultra broken screen needed a replacement. Within an hour, Ms Pauline.D got my phone fixxed and completely diagnosed free from all issues, installing for me a nice new edge-to-edge screen protector. Everything was perfect, professionally done that so impressive and I'm so appreciated. Definitely recommending this shop to y'all got phone cracking or broken down anytime

Great service with the new plan. Staff was very knowledgeable and quick with the setup. Not sure about the cost of accessories and phone repair as I was only looking for a new plan. They were not advertising anything but the staff was aware of the black Friday plans. Accessories collection is very limited as of now due to black Friday

After getting multiple reminders for a Saturday morning appointment - store was not open on time, and the part that was needed to fix my phone was back ordered. I received no apology, just an offer to book another appointment for the following week, with no guarantee that the part would be ready by then. Found a local shop that charged half the price with better customer service.

Their staff awe awesome and have only been kind to me, and giving truely honest advise involving any issues I've had involving phone repairs. They're real about expectations and setting appointments and timeframes.

This place fixed my Samsung Fold 4 phone on the spot when no other place had the parts. The employees there looked happy which was good to see. Pauline serviced my phone and offered to show me what it looks like taken apart, which I appreciated and I wish more places did. They repaired it in front of me so I could see everything and the process.

They were very fast and professional. I thought my phone would of never came back to life, but they brought it back to life and they made it look so easy. The prices also was very reasonable. I honestly I'm pleased with the service they provided. I would definitely recommend!!!

I wish I could give them few more stars. Today I had been to the store with an international samsung model, something wrong with charging port. Don’t go to any other cellphone repair shop! This Scarborough location has been such a pleasure to do business with. My iPhone had water damage and the only apparent issue was the charging port. So Mobile Klink replaced the port, however both front and back cameras stopped working. They said it may be due to corrosion, preventing them to work after reassembly. I was flustered because my cameras were working prior and this phone would be useless to me now. After communicating with head office, Danny politely invited me to come back in with the phone and offered to replace the cameras free of charge. Unfortunately the camera replacement didn’t resolve the issue, so Danny sourced a replacement phone for me in excellent condition free of charge! Danny has been extremely polite the entire time. All the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Thanks!

Bought a screen protector for my Samsung 23 ultra a couple months ago, it fell down for the first time today and I have an Otterbox on it also and it still cracked the screen which it shouldn't, it's a scam company. I need to fix my phone now for hundreds of dollars.

Worst Experience I got their contacts from Samsung website for the repair. I strongly advise against using them for cell phone repairs. After confirming over the phone that they could fix my phone on the same day, I drove for hours to their location. I had even shared the time of my arrival to ensure we had enough time for the repair. However, upon reaching their store, they informed me that they couldn't fix it on the same day and that it would be ready by the next day. Frustrated, I decided to look for another place that could repair it on the same day, so I left. The following day, they called me and confirmed that they could indeed fix my phone on the same day. Trusting their word, I drove back to their store. However, when I arrived, they once again informed me that they couldn't fix it on the same day. Having wasted hours going back and forth, I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. It is crucial for the store manager, Danny, to ensure that employees honor their commitments. Additionally, Izza should only make promises when they can be fulfilled. I will be reaching out to Samsung as well to inquire about their selection process for repair centers due to this bad experience. I am seriously considering changing the phones for both my entire family and the cell phones used by employees in my company.

Great customer service and didn't belittle me for not being tech savvy at all and he had the patience to not only fix my phone when it did an unwanted update and found my contacts and important work information on my calendar. If I could give this a 10 star review I would. I am a Freedom customer (not for much longer) My Iphn 11 ( which is a little over a year) would not charge at all suddenly, Freedom refused to help with my concern, all they wanted to do was put me on another 2 yr contract plan. They lied, saying that they could do nothing for me and that the issue they THINK was happening with my phn was gonna cost me $350.00 to fix ( the charger port) After giving me the run-around for a good 30 mins I went to Mobile Klinik and right away I was assisted by Justin who took 1 look at my phn and knew exactly what the issue was, A dusty charger port in which he did a quick fix and my phn was good as new. I would like to thank Justin and just let you know that I will definitely refer my friends and fam to this great store because they were the biggest help to me and saved me a lot of $$. They repaired my Samsung Note 20 Ultra Back in 1.5 hrs. Did a great job 👍🏾 I'm happy and cost me under 150 $.

I came in to inquire about my iphone 8 charging port that was not working for well over a year. I figured it was probably broken due to wear and tear. The associate at the store was professional and patient. He took his tools and cleaned a lot of dirt from the port and used a compressed air can to fully clear out any debris. In a matter of seconds my phone was able to charge again! He did not charge me for this service. I believe he valued the customer's satisfaction more. I would highly recommend this place and come back to give them business.

I brought in my iPhone 6 to replace the battery. I was so glad I didn't need an appointment. I dropped off my phone and picked it up a few hours later. It cost me $75 to replace. Service was good no complaints. I will post back if anything goes wrong but good so far.

Today’s visit at this Mobile Klinik at STC was mazing. Justin, the associate was really nice and helpful. I appreciate his effort going beyond what I expected to help me with the process of getting my Z Flip phone.
